the time the plane hit the runway. and in critical condition in a 60-year-old man and 40-year-old woman all taken to the hospital. but officials say all 80 people on board that flight 76 passengers, four crew members, they are all accounted for. it was flight 4819 that took off from minneapolis-st. paul operated by delta connection airline endeavor when it landed at toronto this afternoon, the wind gusts were upwards of 94 miles per hour and it appears that atlanta during those gusts that the right wing of that bombard ea see rj may have struck the runway when it touched down with such force. you can see it snapped off the wing right from the fuselage. the gusty winds appears that the plane was landing and is stiffed across when on 23, all of that will be a part of the investigation, but it's being called a miracle when you see this fuselage upside down that
