or whatever needs to be done because that technically puts money to the economy. but i think this: if you tell people to reduce the debt and tell individuals to reduce the debt, don't say here is mineta go buy something. it is a mixed message in a way. and two things would have to happen we have to pay down the debt and send the american people $5,000 inc. get the total we owe because that will allow us to keep some of the entitlements we paid into like social security and hopefully keep interest rates down. my hope is to keep interest rates down while getting the deficit down so to trillion dollar deficit and we have $1 trillion now. we keep systems to keep the debt down. next year, we would spend $1 trillion less than the year before. that would be $1 trillion we lose and if you keep giving money back, i'm saying, will bat slow down paying off the debt?

budget amendment. where we will continue to spend. say doge cleans us up, right? they get the waste, fraud, abuse out of it. what happens to the next budget? do they just put it back in? there has to be some guard to say once we get this under control and identify all these programs, each agency has a cap for overall budget here do you know, people use to run on the balanced budget amendment. they stopped running on it or maybe they still run on it but don't do it. that is only way to stop it from happening because they can clean it up all day for four years but the next administration comes and we are back in the mass. >> ainsley: it's accountability and be 25 looking at agencies. if you don't spend your budget, they make your budget smaller than next year. is going through, why are we spending money on this? he's making sure the budget is probably smaller for each agency. list talk about congestion
