the flyers show the personal information of ice agents. the names, faces, phone numbers, despite resistance from activists in some areas, ice is pushing forward with their work across the country going after violent criminal migrants. >> dana: just yesterday a major operation near houston swept up several immigrants including child predators. more from texas in a moment. let's get to jonathan hunt starting us off knew l.a. >> frustration as seeing operational plans leaked and operations themselves disrupted by activists shouting warnings to potential targets of raids. but now there is outright anger prompted by the posting of flyers like this revealing the identities of some of the agents involved and reading in part these armed agents work in southern california.

ice and hsi racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies and kidnap people from their homes and from the streets separating families and fracturing communities. department of homeland security spokesman tells fox quote, these pathetic activists are putting targets on the backs of our law enforcement as they shield ms-13, tren de aragua and other vicious gangs that traffic women and children. kidnap and poison americans with lethal drugs. protestors in the los angeles area and at this leaked and failed ice raid in aurora, colorado have been showing up during ice operations shouting warnings and instructions to anyone who might be targeted. the activists say they do not physically interfere with the agents and as such are simply exercising their rights to free speech and doing nothing

illegal. f.b.i. spokesman acknowledged the activists rights to assembly and free speech but told us anyone who impedes law enforcement operations could be subject to potential prosecution. dana. >> dana: jonathan hunt. thank you. >> bill: in texas you have a major bust just outside of houston. 90 illegal immigrants arrested as the border czar tom homan witnessed the raid firsthand. brooke taylor has the follow-up. what happened? >> this is one of the largest operations we have seen yet with border czar tom homan telling fox first that around 90 illegal migrants were arrested. the colony ridge area right outside of houston. a largely hispanic development. officials say hsi along with other officers targeted criminal and illegal migrants early monday morning. border czar tom homan joined that operation. he tells me it was phase one of

a larger criminal investigation and that a majority of thieves arrested were criminal migrants. we were waiting on a breakdown already. some had warrants and arrested at work sites and others captured on camera getting arrested during traffic stops conducted by dps. >> something different today. a larger criminal investigation into a network and a lot of the people we were interested in were located in that area. know for a fact there were several sexual predators. child predators that were arrested for sexual misconduct with a child. several of them. one was convicted of homicide or murder. >> ice just sent me this. among those arrested a three-time previously deported criminal illegal alien from el salvador. ice tells me he had a criminal arrest warrant for alleged

peace will be respected by russia. >> dana: a few hours after digesting all that information in that long and good interview, what do you think? >> good morning. i think there was a lot of confidence that came out of the french president. as i met with him both on camera and what he said off camera i came away from the meeting with president trump encouraged. the big hinge is the security guarantee. he is committing french peacekeeping troops. i think the u.k. prime minister is coming thursday to meet with president trump. i think that's going to materialize. the big question is what the u.s. security guarantee for ukraine would be. from everything i can divine from what he said and what said it is a backup. to have u.s. companies and people on the ground that is a positive to deter any action by

russia. but also as a backup to those peacekeeping troops on the ground. we'll have to see what the details are. he came away encouraged. >> bill: he insists you cannot think that russia won this war. you have to have a back stop for ukraine. that was one of his main messages. do you get the sense that both sides were ready for this point, russia and ukraine? or do we really think it was like trump that put them together? >> i think it was a combination of both those things. there was this exhaustion of this three-year war but all sides agree it is only president trump can get all sides to the table. so to macron's point he was a game changer. i do think there were a little hard feelings about what happened at the united nations yesterday with that u.s. vote not to call russia the aggressor or invadeor or however it was

being phrased. it didn't really sit well in europe and didn't sit well in kiev. but i don't think it is going to stop that rare earth minerals deal. that's what i'm hearing right now. >> dana: also i wanted to ask you about this. tariffs are on the table. macron had something to say about that yesterday, too. >> the solution is not to increase tariffs. why? the emergency is to increase our defense and security expenses. how do you want us to increase those if we are in a trade war? >> dana: i really think we should change our pronunciation to tariffs. it sounds better. do you think he will get anywhere with president trump with that argument? >> this is a tough one. i think president trump is dug in on reciprocal tariff. they say they don't tariff but it is how you look at different goods and what exactly happens in france and in europe more broadly in the e.u. and it may

be not a specific france but more an e.u. back and forth. i think the president is pretty dug in on that and as is his commerce secretary lutnick. france is only spending 2% of its gdp on national defense. the president wants it to go up to 5%. yesterday president macron said they need to do more. they are on the low end of supporting ukraine dollar-wise. so that's all part of it. at home macron is facing a serious economic crisis and the political crisis as his coalition is very shaky. >> bill: how many times did these guys shake hands yesterday? >> a lot. it was a tug-of-war. >> bill: i thought they would break out rock, paper, scissors. maybe next time. well done, nice to see you. >> dana: see you tonight at 6:00. >> we have to do the thing right. not just about the deficit.

commissioner from all the interviews he did during covid. the measles outbreak could spread. 100 cases reported in texas and new mexico putting the hhs secretary robert kennedy just on the job now on the spot for the first time in that new role. dr. marc siegel, fox news senior medical analyst. good morning to you. i found some things this morning about measles i didn't realize. measles is the most dangerous to children under the age of five. put it on screen, guys, can cause fever, cough, runny nose, watery eyes, two or three days after symptoms begin tiny white spots may appear inside the month. three to five days measles rash appears as flat red spots appear there. there is no specific cure or treatment for measles. what do we need to know? >> i will amend a little of that. first of all ten to 14 days before you know you have it.

unfortunately if you are exposed to it you can get it and not know it especially if you are unvaccinated. if you walk into a room where measles was two hours ago and you are unvaccinated, there is a 90% chance you'll get it. you said there is no treatment. there are a lot of studies that show that vitamin a helps. if you take vitamin a if you have measles. the best thing to do for measles is vaccinate. that vaccine if you take both doses as a child is 97% effective. in gaines county where this has started we're only having an 80% uptick of that vaccine because of all the exceptions and more laws have been passed in the state of texas and they are about to be passed allowing more and more exceptions. there has been question about why governor abbott isn't coming forward because again, this is like kindl. if you are unvaccinated. measles leads to hospitalizations, about one out of ten times.

if you get measles and you aren't vaccinated a risk of measles pneumonia. 16 of 90 cases in texas are in the hospital now and hitting over 100 cases and seeing outbreaks at two universities in texas, that's the latest including the university of texas in san antonio. it has gone across the border into new mexico. this is not going to be stopped without the vaccine. >> bill: another thing. the united states declared measles eliminated 25 years ago. that was in the year 2000, meaning the disease had not spread domestically for more than 12 months. the type of thing that can easily cross borders here and anywhere around the world. >> yeah. in europe they are having a big problem again. 40,000 cases last year. here in the united states we had about 260 last year. we'll see a lot more this year. look, bill, vaccine confidence is at an all-time low.

we know why. vaccines were pushed on people. what i do is i have a conversation with people in my office and i explain what vaccines are for, how they work, why we need them the way i just did. we have to meet people where they live. that's the way back to vaccine confidence. >> bill: you mentioned a few of these. i will put it on screen. you are at 92.7% for kindergartners there. what can help fight it off? sandwich, spinach, cantaloupe, mangos, appearry cots. you mentioned the vaccination as well. quickly -- >> and vitamin a. that's true in the whole state of texas. the urban areas have a better uptick of the vaccine. all those foods are good for you. >> bill: gottlieb was talking about states below 90%.

autism. questions what is causing the jump in diagnosis over 20 years. one in 50 in 2000. one in 36 now. >> more people looking out for this, more advocacy groups on more diagnosis. all of that is true. i think it is the environment. i do agree there is something in the environment whether it's pesticides or chemicals or people smoking still or obesity or diabetes. all of this has been linked to autism. my message today is i think we have to look womb. i think it's pregnant women with a pre-disposition because of genetic factors that may get some tox-in that affects them while pregnant and why i say that and not looking at vaccines anymore. it has been studied in millions of kids. because neuro imaging studies, bill, a study recently out of harvard is starting to show

hear these things? yes, three nervous. they probably are confused. if you work for the government it is a tricky time right now. if you are outside of that sphere. most of america is way outside of that sphere, they see people going as fast as they can to fix things because they know time is not on their side. if you wait, if you go slow, the bureaucracy wins. that how it has won for decades. they want elon musk to give up and say government stinks. i will go build rockets and then this whole thing -- >> bill: he must have a bigger chain saw, i think. >> do whatever else you want. they want how they want to unlast the guy. an unpaid guy is saying i will unlast you, how will that work? >> dana: i was thinking about you this morning. there were other companies yesterday private sector that announced layoffs are coming fast, starbucks was one of them.

is that a reflection of what's going on in the economy? >> well, it is a reflection of real life in a competitive market where you have to do things well and efficiently or you lose customers and business and you have to shrink, right? whether it's a reflection of the economy. i think the economy is middling now. prices are still very high. this is what i want to say. companies always have to do this. americans all over the country every day of their life have to live with the reality that if their place doesn't work efficiently and effectively they might lose their job and they know that and they go to work and happy to tell people what they do. why you put together a resume to show people what you have done. what they are asking government to do is have the same ethos. they aren't saying it will be easy right now but saying unless government starts to work like that, the thing is going to go off a cliff. everybody knows that because they can read the debt number as clear as any other american.

>> bill: jamie dimon is out there talking. a lot of times he doesn't care what people think. i know elon and trump don't care what people think. >> the club is growing. >> the government is inefficient and needs a lot of work. waste and fraud outcomes. are we getting what we deserve? what should we change? doing that needs to be done. it is building the right policies and procedures and the government we deserve. >> bill: he would say if you do that you effectively for years to come make a better government. >> bill: can i latch onto one word he said? a private sector word. outcomes. what's the result of what we're doing? all this conversation is what email do i have to send and how much money is going in and how many people do we hire. a private sector guy who has to compete says what matters is what we get out of the process.

alexandria hoff is there in nap annapolis, maryland. what did you find out? >> it is causing quite the stir in maryland. the legislature passed forth a bill that allows for the sale of condoms, all contraceptives inside school vending machines. it reverses a ban on the sale of such items. republicans eye light this as legislation allows for the contraceptives to be sold at any grade level. >> this is the kind of stuff that makes swing states go red. it doesn't make any sense logically. it frankly shocks the conscience. why in the world would someone in a pre-school need a condom? >> it is not dictating what school systems should and shouldn't do. it is not mandating anybody to do anything. or suggesting that they should do something. it is just removing a criminal penalty.

speed. for generations to come. even at st. mary's our numbers have never been higher at republicans of america. we're excited about trump's -- we want a country we can be proud of. that comes with president trump delivering us promises and doing exactly that. >> dana: one of the things that you dealt with was that at st. mary's college, a women's catholic school, they tried to admit transgender women. you were somebody who fought against that -- transgender men i should say. how has that affected you at the school if at all? >> right. that has been an amazing situation. a policy was reversed over a year ago. we're seeing this revival. right wing revival at schools across the nation. the republican party and these conservative ideals are the

party of success. we're excited to latch onto that. >> dana: leo, let me turn to you. sometimes people would say the republican club at harvard must be about three people. i'm sure that isn't true especially that you are there at the helm. what has it been like for you since the election? >> i think the situation at harvard has never been better in recent years. 2016 we did not endorse the president. 2020 was qualified endorsement. 2024 a full endorsement. i think a lot of people were coming out of the silent minority on campus realizing the common sense policies. i think particularly the young people are getting more maga and as harvard is broken. we all know this. harvard -- has died but it will live again. new leaders will come out of it. we're a great institution and create great leaders, presidents and i think there can be a resurgence of harvard on the

you. we always think it's cool stuff. >> dana: would love to interview somebody who is on it. they can tell me so i never have to do it myself. right now house speaker mike johnson is speaking on capitol hill as a budget battle bruce with democrats and internally with the republicans. aishah hosni is following it all. what have we missed in the last couple hours? >> you hit the nail on the head. we don't know if speaker johnson has enough republican votes to get it going later don't. he doesn't have any votes from democrats. in fact, right now the left is attacking president trump's big, beautiful bill by going after his 2017 tax cuts which do expire later on this year. now on monday democrat leader jeffries wrote a letter to his democratic conference and basically saying the far right extr extremists are trying to push through tax breaks for wealthy republican donors and well-connected corporations.

he is calling on them to go outside the capitol today at noon and protest this. we asked some democrats here why -- what they would say to americans wondering why they would stay in the way of tax breaks? >> listen, what i tell people first of all is to remember that average americans got bread crumbs. a couple weeks groceries in tax cuts. the most wealthy got the lion's share of that tax scam. so they get yachts and we get bread crumbs. don't settle for that. >> how republicans will try to cut 2 trillion and some people are afraid it might hit medicaid. we'll see what will happen later this evening. >> dana: we'll pay a lot of attention and watch for you. thank you so much. that was fun. >> bill: we'll get the true for the blue origin. >> dana: you want to do it tomorrow? >> bill: i want to do it again tomorrow. >> dana: harris faulkner is up next. here she is. >> harris: we begin with a fox news alert and watching
