efficiency. and 60% think that doge, specifically, is making major cuts to expenditures. nevertheless, carville invests that the trump administration is on the brink of collapse. >> i believe that this administration in less than 30 days in the midst of a massive collapse. and particularly a collapse in public opinion. it's going to be easy pickens here six weeks. just just lay back. >> kayleigh: easy pickings, that's quite a promise. mr. carville might be waiting for imminent collapse, this full implosion for quite some time. not only does president trump enjoy a majority support, check out what americans think of his policies. these numbers are huge. 81% approve of the deportations. 76% approve of finding and eliminating fraud and waste. 69% approve banning biological men from women's sports and the

list goes on with 10 of trump's 11 policies garnering majority support most to the tune of 60% or above. now, in the fails of this empirical data showing categorical support for trump, maybe democrats should question the message they are offering. but, maybe they should also question the messenger. james carville, the famed democratic pollster, recently said this about kamala harris. >> we went with our seventh string quarterback and lost by a point and a half and actually picked up a congressional seat. so if you are asking me if i think she was going to win and she did win, yeah. >> that's a much different tune than the within carville sang during the 2024 election. look at this, he penned an op-ed in the "new york times" three reasons i am certain kamala harris will win. he is sure of the country of this. quote: he wrote america it will all be okay. miss harris will be elected the next president of the united states of this i am certain.

that is a lot of faith in a seventh string quarterback. nevertheless, democrats have received their marching orders. here is congressman adam schiff doubling down on the mission. >> you posted on social media this: trump is moving in a fascist direction and we need to stop him. >> this has nothing to do with efficiency and effectiveness. this is about trump and musk creating a situation where they have the power to do whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it without any checks on that power. >> and here comes hakeem jeffries. >> we understand the scale of the threat that can't be doubted. our communities have been under siege since before the civil war. i'm a direct descendent of those communities. we understand the struggle and history and as a caucus it's definitively the case we understand it jamie dimon provided private energy.

>> efficient. >> not very confident and it needs a lot of work. not just waste and fraud. it's outcome. why are we spending money on these things? are we getting what we deserve? you know, what should we change? i think every big institution or government the bureaucracy push back on everything. and they will here. every little thing they will push back on. you have to be strong if you are going to do it. i'm hoping it's quite successful. >> here is a dose of private sector energy kevin o'leary, chairman of o'leary ventures. kevin, hakeem jeffries had this quote that stuck out to me. this was amid the fiasco of elon musk asking five things people did. five things. into the threatening email. didn't threat to fire anyone. here is what hakeem jeffries jeffries said about the email. elon musk is traumatizing hardworking federal employees, their children and their families. is it traumatizing to children for a boss to say what did you do today at work? >> no, it isn't.

you know, people hate change. they hate disruption. they hate any movement from the status quo. and that's exactly what's happening everywhere. we're starting to question for the first time in a long time, how government works, what metrics we have to test its success or failure. and these are uncomfortable things for people. but, the majority of the population wants to see this happen. they have elected a leader with a majority mandate and a popular vote mandate. and, of course, as you start to implement this, you get a lot of friction. but, in the private sector, if i can't contact an employee of mine, after two days, i have to ask are they dead? where are they? that's unheard of. and, you can't do that. i mean, you need to communicate and you need to get the feedback. so, this all started over the weekend, regarding emails going out to employees.

there is nothing wrong with asking what are you doing? i do that all day to many, many people. and i expect a response. and the ceos i work with expect response. this is all very good. i understand the angst out there. and i have to tell you, you know, i worked with democrats and republicans because i'm an investor. i don't have the choice to be partisan in my investment. i have to work with everybody. you mentioned carville earlier. he has got a different problem. democrats are -- excuse my french, are really pissed off about the 1.5 billion they lost in this election. they want accountability on that, too. the large donors are pissed. >> kayleigh: they are very an grill. we will be getting to that in just a little bit. i noticed two things going on in the polling with doge. i have done a deep dive. in principle there is support for elon musk and doge and the idea of cutting spending. there is. and i put that information up. but, in practice, "the washington post," quinnipiac, pugh, emerson, there is polling showing there is a negative view

of doge, specifically. you are right that people are averse to change. i'm wondering your advice, how do you make something that is popular in principle also popular in practice. >> well, part of the problem is elon is an enigma. is he a unique individual. he has extraordinary executional skills. however when you hold up the chainsaw it's a little alarming, and i get it understand in this extraordinary individual has an amazing track record of executional skills. why wouldn't you just let him do thinks thing and maybe you just don't like the social media around it. but those images are jarring, i get it, however, the data is interesting. remember, he has no mandate to execute any of this. he can only find it and then use his network to post it and let

the press take it and explain he found this here and found that here and, frankly, as a taxpayer, i want to know more. and the other thing i would say that, you know, i have said this a couple times now, is when you try to fix a broken company or agency or an entity or an organization that bleeding cash, you have got to cut deeper. you have to cut way past the comfort zone. because you only want to do it once. you don't want -- it's very -- it's very difficult to do little cuts over and over again. it's -- it's hard to the organization. it's not motivating to people. so you cut deep, really deep. and then you hire back. i have done this countless times. it's not easy. but i'm a little concerned he is not cutting enough. so, you go and i'm waiting for the pentagon. that's going to be an interesting one. that's so big. and for decades we said oh, we can't really look at defense spending because it's opaque and for defense.

crumbs. i wanted to bring up what these bread crumbs, the trump tax cuts look like because we can empirically point them out to viewers heartland institute of irs data. this is how much you save. if you are making between 15,000 and $50,000, you got a 16 to 26% tax cut making between 15 and 100,000 you got 15 to 17% tax cut. i would venture to guess that 26% of warren's income would buy you more than bread crumbs. >> this is one of the sad things about washington. is if you had corporate tax cuts, which both parties would come together and they would pass it. there would be no problem at all. you would get democrats behind it and republicans behind it. k street would back it. these are actually tax cuts for families each people at the $200,000 level. a few of those are small business owners. people like that actually trying to make decisions based on these sorts of things. american families don't have a

whole lot of lobbies in washington, d.c. you have the democrats, progressive democrats coming out and attacking this and saying they are not going to vote for this but unlike any other tax cut that has been passed and which d.c. loves. these are the ones rely on to be able to deal with inflation. to be able to pay your bills. to be able to give your kids a nice christmas. these are important to actually normal families. >> kayleigh: they no doubt are. chris, i love the polls, hobby of mine. maybe a weird hobby. maybe it makes me a nerd, i don't know. i love it. i saw this, look at this. net favorability of various political actors, trump plus 7. r.f.k. plus 9. vance plus 4. elon, the guy who is supposed to be so unpopular dead even. you flip over to the democrats, negative 14 kamala. negative 24 biden. negative 14 aoc, negative 18 schumer. what does that stay about your party if you are bringing in negative double digits?

from young to old. >> exactly. this is not from a poll or university. you, of course, know that as an alumni. it's really quick to give extra points to the g.o.p. you can tell the people who aren't pramila jayapal up there in congress people future democratic governors pritzker in illinois, newsom in california, shapiro in california. they are attacking right. they are cutting waste. shapiro just announced an audited of his buildings. that's what my beltway brief is about tomorrow of state buildings to see where are they losing money in pennsylvania. they kind of wish that they had thought of this themselves. and at the same time, it's kind of a strange reversal for republicans where for years democrats were able to do the obvious and easy and emotional thing and republicans struggled to fit ideas on to bumper stickers. now that the entire thing is reversed. republicans are doing things that people actually really love. this new populist agenda and democrats are relying on process. my wife for "the washington

examiner" sarah bedford find democrat finding doing the right thing on this. right now so completely lost it's hard to find one. >> kayleigh: no doubt. you had me laughing there. harvard giving extra points to republicans. wouldn't that be the day? chris bedford, thank you. democrats trying to find a path forward after their devastating loss in noe. but there is one problem. major democratic donors are angry. and with a lack of enthusiasm, comes a lack of funds. joining me now is former democratic congressman and presidential candidate dean phillips. dean, it's a pleasure to speak with you. the hill had this this piece ths week in it pretty eye opening quotes from democratic donors. here are them a few of them. i will be blunt here the democratic party is terrible plain and simple. they want us to spend money for what? no message, no organization, no forward thinking. the party never really learned a lesson in 2016. this is worse than 2016. are you hearing things like this

from democratic donors? >> i sure am, kayleigh, you should imagine. i'm also hearing from a lot of these same donors, who support efficiency and want to eliminate waste. we should all -- by the way, that's not a political issue. americans want the efficient use of dollars. they want our government to work well. of course, i'm disappointed in my own party that is simply obstructing. now, with all that said, the same donors that are the upset ones are also the ones that favor, i think, the general notion of trying to approve the delivery of government services and doing so more effectively and efficiently. the problem with the democratic party is increasingly we are devoid of the very business people that have that experience of identifying strategy, implementing it, managing and leading. and i think that's another call to action, actually, kayleigh for many me and many others to my party. to say start attracting and recruiting. more private sector thought leaders, though can actually play a role and sit at the table with my republican colleagues to

actually get this work done. because, many are also concerned about what they are se seeing fm mr. musk. >> kayleigh: all fair points. dean, you are a primary challenger of president biden. and, you know, my ears perked up when i heard mike donlin earlier in the week give a kind of counter factual i would call it analysis of the election and what went wrong for democrats. listen to this. >> lots of people have problem with the base. usually the party doesn't lose its mind. but that's what happened here. it just -- my view is, i think it was insane. i think the party lost its mind. >> so his problem is that biden was pushed out. should biden have been in? would they are prevailed is that what he is saying? >> no. kayleigh, mr. donlin, with all due respect, was one of the ringleaders of the cover-up. that wasn't just a bad debate. that was a symptom of a

and that is exactly what they are. >> no more money towards an institution that is demonizing and criminalizing our immigrant neighbors. >> kayleigh: you see it there. democrat are criticized and tried to abolish ice for years and as a result anti-ice activists are doing everything they can to shield dangerous illegal immigrants from deportations. posters have been spotted around los angeles that includes photos, names, and even phone numbers of ice agents, a clear interference with immigration operations. the poster, you see it there, it's written in spanish, and it's roughly translated to say careful with these faces. ice agents are racially terrorizing and criminalizing entire communities with their policies. they kidnap people from their homes and from the streets. separating families, and fracturing communities. many people have died while locked up.

joining me now is missouri senator josh hawley. senator hole hawley we have been talking about federal workers and how traumatized they are receiving an email questions they did during their day and their children are apparently traumatized according to hakeem jeffries. i would argue there is no more traumatized federal worker than the immigration enforcement officer. first it was accomplish ice then border patrol whipping people. doxxing? their phone numbers up? how do their kids feel? >> yeah, it's absolutely outrageous, kayleigh, listener, it's not just anti-ice activists outside the federal government. what worries me is we have seen leaks from within the government, trying to impede ice, trying to impede these raids, we have seen leaks about operations in chicago, in los angeles, in other parts of the country, we have seen them come from within the fbi, according to the dhs secretary. we have seen them come from within ice.

within dhs apparently. this has got to stop. the deep state is real. you can see it with this doxxing that's going on. this is the deep state at work. we have got to figure out who is illegally leaking this information and they need to be fired, and, if possible, they need to be prosecuted. >> kayleigh: it's a huge problem, the deep state is real. to that end, you know, we are talking about government workers and let's bring up government contractors, there was new reporting today about irs data. this was revealed during a house committee hearing. and listen to this. relying on data analysis by the treasury and inspector general for tax administration, irs. the irs mailed notifications 20,500,427 taxpayers whose taxpayers information was ininappropriately disclosed by a guy name mr. littlejohn. mr. littlejohn was a government contractor. we initially thought 70,000 taxpayers were involved. now 4,400,000 plus?

>> it's absolutely outrageous again. this is what president trump is doing to get to the bottom of these agencies to cut out the rot. kayleigh, is he exposing the rot. is he exposing the corruption. and he is tearing it out. that is what we need. refeed to protect the american taxpayer. we need to protect the american citizen from these criminals on the street. criminal illegals committing all of these crimes. that's why ice's mission is so important. that's why exposing the waste, fraud, and abuse as trump is too long is so important. and i think that's why people are looking at this, his approval ratings are at all-time highs they are saying more power to you, mr. president. you are out there fighting for us. >> kayleigh: on that note about illegal legal immigrants and another story, "wall street journal," this was just reported, that the president trump and this has not been confirmed by the administration, is creating a registry where illegal immigrants have to report in information. it would apply to anyone 14 years and older. pursuant to a 1940 law passed by congress. what do you think of that?

a registry for illegal immigrants. some accountability. maybe we could find guys lie jose ibarra before they kill young women? >> how about the fact, kayleigh, that this last administration, not only allowed 10, 11, 12, million illegals into the country, they allowed 520,000 children to be trafficked into this country illegally. and they have no idea where they are. so am i in favor of figuring out where all of these people are? you bet i am. am i in favor of deporting them? you bet i am. we ought to start with the criminals. i think what trump is doing here is absolutely vital. is he closing our border. that is as it should be. he is depovertying the criminals. that is as it should be. the message ought to be to people within the government who are out there impeding this effort. who are impeding the law. who are leaking evidence. leaking evidence of. leaking details. doxxing fellow agents. those people need to be removed, prosecuted and the law need to be enforced. >> kayleigh: a men to that, senator hawley, thank you.

ukrainian officials. that would be a huge deal considering 185 billion taxpayer dollars went to ukraine. joining me now is lt. general kellogg. fox news national security adviser no longer a fox news contributor he is with the trump administration, has a big role there as it pertains to ukraine. welcome, general kellogg. i'm wondering if you could confirm for us this deal and, first, i want to play a soundbite from your boss, president trump. >> right now we're just in the process of negotiating. we have pretty much negotiated our deal on raw earth and various other things. we'll be looking at that security. talking about general security for ukraine later on. i don't think that's going to be a problem. there are a lot of people who want to do it. and i spoke with russia about it. they didn't seem to have a problem with it. i think they understand. they are not going back in. once we do this, they are not going back. >> kayleigh: general kellogg do we have a framework with ukraine

for a rare earth minerals deal. >> kayleigh, it's good to be with you tonight. we have both been in the white house. you were the white house spokesman. i will let the white house make that announcement if and when and let karoline to talk about it as well with that i would rather stay away from it. it's up to them. >> kayleigh: there are definitely, i will let the president make the announcement, but there has been some movement, because zelenskyy previously said i will not sign what 10 generations of ukrainians will have to pay back. it's been ridely reported, just now the comments from the president seem to be moving in a positive direction. tell me about some of the deal making that president trump is doing behind the scenes. he seems to be the one, along with you and others, mike waltz, moving this forward, to a deal that would benefit the american people. >> well, look, this is traffic trump. i mean, look, we have been before. he is the ultimate dealmaker. and i -- you sit here and almost

stunned silence after 35 days what he does. you know, i go back to there is a book i read long ago presidential command by peter rodman. two great things about very, very successful presidents. one is the ability to communicate. and the other is the ability to reel rule on instipulating. his instinct are off the chart president trump. his ability to communicate off the charts. with the last administration. president biden didn't talk to people. he didn't talk to kim jong un in four years. didn't talk to president putin in over two and a half years. president trump reaches out right away. he knows he has to talk to anybody out there that is going to be involved in deal making. he does that exceptionally well. it's fascinating to watch him work. not only with ukraine right now but russia as well. what he's doing with china and south and latin america. it's an absolute master class in how to be a president and how to lead. he is doing that after 35 days. it's just amazing the results he has gotten.

and i am very, very positive about what he is going to do with this war. the largest war in europe since world war ii. i absolutely believe and trust in him that this war is going to come to a conclusion in the near term. very confident. >> kayleigh: general kellogg, that's good to hear for a lot of people. there have been some flash points with zelenskyy. and, you know, one of them that i came across in axios was february 12th, there was supposed to be a meeting between zelenskyy and scott bessent. that meeting was delayed and president trump mentioned zelenskyy might might have been rude. they might have been sleeping. in i'm curious how you would characterize the relationship now. i know president trump, he's someone who works with the individual. he pushes them. and he chivas remarkable things. middle east peace. he has this interesting relationship with foreign leaders. and he pushes them to the brink and gets something in the end. >> yeah. is he really tough. but is he very honest.

look, he says that i'm going to do a deal, whatever the deal is, that is best for the american people. he always says it's always going to be the american people first. you know, i was always amazed when the first time i ever saw it and amazed afterwards, the first cabinet meeting i was in when a foreign minister came in. the fitz comment out of the president's mouth was what's our trade imbalance? i said this is going to be interesting. he was absolutely right. that's how he works. he works for the american people. 24/7. and he basically tells all these leaders you have to come in and it's not going to be like it was before. we are going to protect america first. he does that exceptionally well. he challenges people. and, you know, there is nothing phony about president donald j. trump. they know what they are seeing and what they are getting. i think they really respect that you know, the nice thing about it. you always want an adversary to fear and respect you. he has fear and respect from both adversaries and allies alike. it really does drive successfully all foreign relations. and it's an absolute master class to watch him.

you put your heart into this into swimming in your case. what is it is it like to not have a fighting chance. >> that's heart breaking. that's why we fought so hearted for this issue. women didn't have sports back in the day. they fought so hard for title #. now we are looking to fight all over again because mediocre male athletes want to put on a dress and grow their hair out and say they are magically women one day? that is to me why this issue has lost its way. i have many friends who have lifelong democrats, family members, even, that voted for donald trump this past november strictly because of this issue. and if that shows how wildly unpopular it is. again, 80% of americans agree on this. how many issues do 80% of americans agree on in general on any issue in this day and age. that again, shows where this is. that everyone has lost their mind and common sense is to have men not playing women's sports. >> kayleigh: your friend that voted on this issue is not alone. the "new york times" talked to undecided voters. there is a 25-year-old woman whose quote i can't get out of my mind.
