power. of course you have elections and people come and go. that is not my question. as a constitutional matter can congress do whatever it once with twantswith the power of th? let me give you an example. if congress passes a massive bill they pass an omnibus bill all the time were the members don't know what's in it. which raises a serious question in the first place. is that legitimate? our representatives spending money and they don't even know they're spending money on? and then they delegate the power to these massive actually dollars spending bill to a bureaucracy? that is not even in the constitution. does not represent us, we do not know who these people are. they put the bureaucracy that is legislating to make determinations about spending on the executive branch. i thought the determinations of the power of the purse remain in

congress. not by an unelected bureaucracy that is not in the constitution. that is establishing the executive branch. my first premise is this, much of what you see going on in society today is no connection to the constitution whatsoever. nothing. he wrote. the framers never contemplating anything to massive bureaucracy. the american marxist that's the progressives, they are the ones who came up with the idea, establish it. they're part of the democrat party pushed it hard, founde fu, created it. so, this whole thing that exists right now has no constitutional basis whatsoever. the lawyers out there will say that but the supreme court ruled. i do not care what the supreme court ruled i'm not talking about the supreme court. the supreme court in many ways has to make things work. i am talking about what is your constitution provide? your constitution not a supreme court in the 40s and so forth. your constitution. it provides none of this.

now, the power of purse they gave to congress not unelected judges. they are not the executive. the legislature makes spending determinations. but does it? what is an omnibus bill? at the massive spending bill the particulars of which nobody knows. and then it goes to the bureaucracy. i has no place in our constitutional construct. you have people who are mid-level bureaucrats lower level bureaucrats may be manager bureaucrats making decisions about hundreds of billions of dollars in where that money is supposed to go for it is out the framers had in mind? of course is not what they had in mind. that's not anything close to a constitutional construct that they or anybody else was contemplating. okay, next question. does congress have the power to bankrupt the country? under the spending clause? what, mark? i'm very serious about this.

borrowing taxing. does congress have the power to bankrupt our country? what you think the framers would say? of course not preset but limited government with checks and balances. article one gives what congress actually has. all of this spending that president trump at elon musk in the team are finding, the framers would be shaking their head. what does this have to do the federal government? what does this have to do with the american people? what does this have to do the constitutiowiththe constitution? nothing, zero. none of this is contemplated not because those of the old days and these in the modern days. no. in fact what's happening in our government is pretty primitive. nobody really knows what's going on. trouble comes in and says i want to know what is going on. i want to know what's going on in the executive branch whether they put the bureaucracy here i

got to take a look at it. that spending money left and right. including our vault in congress. the house the power of the purse. half a trillion dollars year up to half a trillion dollars says the gao is wasted. waste, fraud, abuse it. i am the president. i'm in charge of making sure the money spent wisely. no? the answer is yes. does congress have the right to fund fraud? under the power of the purse. fraud customer of course not. the executive has the power to find out if there is fraud, right? one of the federal judges doing? what about waste, fraud, abuse? does congress have power under power of the purse to spend money in ways tha incredibly wasteful and abusive? friend at the democrat party are

being larded up with millions of dollars with their so-called nonprofit organizations, nongovernmental organizations, some kind of ideological objective or whatever? does congress have that power? should it? should it? you never ask about the power of congress. look at congress over the last decade. congress cannot and get a budget done on time. ever. congress cannot ever balance the budget, ever. congress cannot get the debt under control, ever. or paying our children dollars soon to be 1.2 trillion dollars to finance the debt. now again, the framers of the constitution would never have imagined such irresponsibility. using the framers of your constitution would say it's a job of the president just to ignore it all and rubberstamping and rubberstamping?

so why do the democrats, the lector immediate academia white and the phony constitutional law professor saying basically donald trump from the executive has no role. despite the fact it's in the executive branch. they are cultural marxist economic socialist for this is what they want, this is what they have created. you see america if you begin going down into the process that what looking at what's taking place, you're destroying the whole idea of an omnibus spending bill. we the people o knowing of the spending is on. congress on the front and the omnibus on the spending and, and he says i want to take a look. they're fighting him. they're fighting him with their judges appeared the fighting him in the media. the fighting him in congress and with a constitutional crisis. what congress is doing is a constitutional for their something in the constitution that gives them the power to bankrupt the country.

there's something in the constitution gives them a ubiquitous spending and taxing power to spend, borrow whatever they want on whatever they want. and tax anyway they want. you could not write in a document and details that's not a mortgage is not a contract to purchase a car something like this. this is a governing document. they said early on at the people want virtuous the representatives aren't virtuous, this will not last. but no constitutional republic, especially ours, in other words you got a massive bureaucracy a fourth branch of government that has no constitutional basis whatsoever regardless of what the super import says, it has none. what's a supreme court? nine really smart lawyers in black robes. okay, let's not have a black robes and know what we are talking about for these omnibus

massachusetts. new york, manhattan, places heavy, heavy concentration democrats. we are most likely to get a judge by obama, or biting. some of these judges the key judges right now were appointed by biden and obama. have judge abelson who is blocking the anti- dei efforts of the administration. just a point by biden in the last two years or so. we have judge alec him appointed by biden. he is blocking the freezing of federal funding or trump said i want to take a look at this. they said no, you can't prejudge a leak perhaps the most radical of the bunch. he has ordered trump to actually spend money on foreign aid in ad trump says no, i do not want to spend that money. i went to look at it. john roberts and the court stepped in and said not so fast judge olley. we are going to take a look at this.

congress. they do not have the power to micromanage the executive branch either. so, what we have here? are you ready for this? i am sorry to upset you. the post constitutional america. what is being done now is an effort to wrap the constitution around activities, institutions that are taking place that are not in the constitution. the constitution was never amended to do any of these things. so we are taking the constitution, the supreme court will no doubt and try to figure how to wrap it around all these things are taking place in two sorts and assign who has what authority and who does not. that is what is taking place. this is been going on since the early american marxist the progress of the late 1800s.

president. it makes our job so much easier. because as a principal level we are are talking to each other constantly. i talked to elon constantly because ellana needs us with everything he is doing. he needed us a couple of weeks ago when his federal government employees, half of them got locked in u.s. half got locked out of usa when the career deep state turned off their access cards. that is one of that many per you cannot make this up and that's one of the many things we are doing with doge. last weekend secretary is eldon and secretary bessette of the treasury the three of us were face timing pretty much all weekend about the $20 million issue you know about epa. we have been talking nonstop about that. we are going after that, that's a team of lawyers on that. we are all working hand in hand to secretary rubio, as you note

i just get the sense that this administration early on is functioning much better and coordinating much better than your typical administration you've worked in administrations before, obviously not for present is that your sense of this? >> absolutely. the present and i talk about this a lot. the president talks about this publicly. even from his first administration. you are wiser i was in his last administration for a short time when they tried to impeach him the first time. so i got to see how great it worked then but now it works even better. you're just a wiser, you know what is happening we all work so well together he has assembled a team of people who are second to none. our vice presidents off the charts he is truly remarkable. he is someone who i did not know before this i really, really think the world of him and the entire cabinet. and then mark, if you take it to

that brings me too a short story that he only learned recently from my son, david, who was a soldier of my oldest son. who was the commander of forces that entered gaza. to liberate the hostages. he told me that on the night they entered gaza, he went up to his older brother, the commander and said you know, i am afraid because we were firing our artillery to put here for the ground incursion. my oldest son put his hand on david's shoulder, the younger brother and said i am afraid to but let's get in there get the hostages back. so, with over 400 soldiers that have given their lives to get our hostages out. to defeat hamas. tremendous courage, we have an army that is just incredible rate people came back from all over the world to volunteer, they were not even called up to

participate in israel's defense of its existence. the defense of its people after the horrific attack on october 7. and the continued insistence on the part of hamas there was only a beginning. they plan to repeat it. i cannot help but point out that we have almost a resurrection on many college campuses. at the insanity that went on here in the united states. while the day after hamas implemented that massacre of the slaughter of 1200 innocence. we had college students out there celebrating this massacre. supporting hamas. and now we see a recurrence of this. as we talk right now there is a demonstration in support of palestinian terrorism. we had three instances in the past week where universities here in washington, thankfully canceled the appearance of hamas supporters speaking on campus.

these are steps the president has taken. he has come straight out of the white house. leo terrell is made it very clear that supporters of terrorism will go to jail. well, we are here to say those of us in the embassy representing israel this is a tremendous achievement on part of the administration. we have to see to it those are prosecuted and sent to jail but we cannot hawe can have a centee campuses. mark: the funding forces need to be cut off but we know who they are, i will say they are hamas, qatar pouring in numbers sums of money into colleges and universities. in teaching seminars and so forth in her k-12 schools. so, this has to be sto stopped n president trump's focus on this. as well as student visas. people who are in this country who hate our country.
