i am very proud of what we did do. i would have liked to have wrestled with the question of communication and narration some more but we spent a lot of time on it. it's a very difficult landscape. traditional media is not as powerful as it once was. >> jesse: mayorkas confessed that traditional media was the democrats propaganda machine and it ran out of juice. so now democrats have to rely on themselves to get their message out. and the democrats are like weight, what's our message? how do i talk to people? can someone tell me what to do here. you want me to saying, dance, all right, stephanopoulos never made me but i will give it a shot. republicans are naturals because they were forced to go around traditional media and communicate directly to voters. they typed their own tweets, they made their own videos, they spoke for hours on radio.

the apa entered into this account control agreement with these entities -- epa -- treasury enters into a financial agent agreement with the bank and they design it to tie the epa's hands behind their back, to tie the federal government hands behind its back so when the money goes through the ngos to subgrantees, many of them are also pastors. we don't know where it's going, we don't have the proper amount of oversight and as you pointed out, it's going to people who are in the obama and biden administrations, it's going to donors. it's not going directly, as you pointed out, then fully you did, it's not going directly to remediate that environmental issue, to deliver clear air -- clean land, air and water. it's tens of billions of dollars going through their friends. >> jesse: they will say they did not steal it, they are just going to say they got paid salaries and then they donated to some other subcontractor who got paid salaries and it eventually went to some kid to pick up litter. right?

at the end of this, what's it like 5% of this money actually goes towards the environment. how much actually goes towards the environment after it's been stripped out for salaries? >> right. salaries of middle man after middleman going through these multiple added layers. i will give you an example on the other end of this. there was one ceo who is serving on the white house environmental justice council for the biden administration. while she was serving on the council, she was ceo of an organization that applied for and received $20 million. so some people were able to, with the right connections, be on the receiving end of billions of dollars. others on the other end of this adding tens of millions of dollars. the federal government not having oversight. i just mentioned the account control agreements that were entered into with epa and the prime recipients. they were amending the account control agreements right up to the inauguration.
