be backed by crypto currency the government sees from criminals, turning that into assets. brian: thank you for that. you talked to kevin o'leary last hour and he was trying to focus us on the most important pieces of this. he had a different thought on what he thought was most important about this. listen to it. >> the most important part of this whole announcement was signaling the regulatory environment will change on all things crypto. the last administration, the way policy was administered was through the nation, trying to interpret existing laws and new technologies of bitcoin and all the other technologies of crypto and it was a mayor of lawsuits. what we are really talking about and the president's signaling is let's bring people
5:06 am
who develop these technologies back to the united states. we chased enough through litigation. he is signaling come home, let's develop digital payment systems like we talked about digitizing the american dollar because that's a great idea. it is a signal and it is powerful. brian: even if you are not interested in crypto the what kevin is saying is the way the sec was regulating these assets, we will sue you and you will find out why what you are doing is wrong and once you settle that everyone else will know what to do are not to do which is a fundamentally bad way to run anything including a potentially valuable financial asset. charlie:that lack of clarity led to problems. we are in day 45 of the new administration. two months ago it was like we went back 100 years in time, the previous administration is

5:09 am
a statement on x from the secretary of education says universities must comply with all federal anti-disco nation laws if they are going to receive federal funding, for too long columbia abandoned that obligation to jewish student studying on campus, we demonstrate to columbia and other universities that we will not tolerate their appalling in action any longer. we had leo terrell talking about this. >> i'm going to visit 13 schools with an army of lawyers, army of fbi agents, army of individuals from hhs, education deportment, linda mcmahon and the department of justice telling his these universities clean up your act now immediately and if we have to get court orders we are going to do it because what is happening right now is illegal, jewish american students because they are jewish-american, because they are jews are being denied the

5:19 am
same outlook to do the right thing with each of those programs from education to health care. the center of gravity if it is saving the country will move from the federal government where donald trump is doing an outstanding job right now back down to the states and to the people where it belonged is. lara: he talks about making the rest about the platinum belt, that his plan if he's the next governor of ohio. we sat down with byron donalds who is running for the governor of florida and we have these big midterm elections coming up and it is not just about congress, they are hugely important to people around the country. we sat down with vivek ramaswamy and byron and sean duffy. there have been a lot of aviation issues and incidents. he talks about the need to
