know been promoted at 24 years old. what is your thoughts on this tragedy out of newark, new jersey? >> my first thought as a mother with two sons and having a father who is a police chief retired and a brother who is a detective, and a captain and a husband who is serving. we send heart-felt condolences to the family, it is unspeakable tragedy, the family and police department need your prayers right now. this is really difficult time and they are hurting and they need america's prayers to get them through this. this is a difficult time for all of them. >> carley: there is the age of the alleged perpetrator, 14 years old, had his hands on an automatic weapon and take the

life of a police officer. when you hear that, what goes through your head? >> we know that laws in new jersey prohibit that, he actually even possess, own or have the opportunity to get his hands on it. there are laws that prohibit that. laws don't stop people and that is even age 14, from doing horrible things. and that is where we are, we have a 14 year old who as a rule in the state of new jersey, probably most likely prosecution may make a decision on this. i'm not a prosecutor, they will make a decision should we charge him as an adult and it is a very difficult decision. they look at why somebody at 14 years old shouldn't be charged as an adult because their mind hasn't fully developed. it does not take a high level of

reasoning to realize that you shouldn't murder a police officer. so i can see the public outcry for charging a 14-year-old as an adult and i will concur with that. >> carley: state of new jersey, you have to be 15 years old to be tried as an adult. if you are the family of this detective and somebody who is 14 years old takes their life and receives a sentence that is less than they would want, there is tragedy of that and feeling like justice hasn't been served here. we are hearing detective azcona and his partner were invest investigating. what can you tell us about the shooting and what led up to it? >> it is an ongoing investigation, there are limited details. it doesn't indicate they arrived

not sleep already and about 50 to 70 million people already have sleep disorders. we are even more exhausted and it takes about one to two weeks if not longer for people to regulate with the time. i actually think it's aest with a of time and also increases the lack of productivity because we're so tired. and fatal accidents on the road within the first week the daylight savings time taking place. >> carley: that's so interesting so you want to get rid of daylight saving time. >> carley: we wanted to have you on to talk about this. daylight saving time gave farmers more time to work. that's within disputed. some people believe it started during world war i to give more hours in the day to limit fuel conservation. but, regardless. you are working outside all day long. what do you think about this. does daylight saving time help you and other farmers? >> i will tell you every time they change the time it effects

farmers. and, you know, livestock, one thing livestock enjoys is a steady every day type pattern. so every time the time changes, we have to adjust to that and, you know, getting kids off the school bus at, you know, dark isn't good and putting them on the school bus in the dark isn't good. i would like to see the time spring forward and stay there. and not have time change twice a year. i think it really sets everybody back. >> carley: john, i'm board with that whether it's daylight saving time or not. just pick one and stick with it. it's the time change that screws everybody up. ingrid, president trump recently weigh in on this he was asked if he is going to sign a executive order banning daylight saving time and sticking with it all together he said probably not. 50/50 issue. are you in favor of daylight saving time or not 54 percent
