>> welcome to this special edition of hannity. i'm jason chaffetz in for sean. and tonight, just when you think the democrats have hit rock bottom, all think again with their poll numbers at historic lows, someone from the not so distant past is offering a helping hand. according to nbc news. joe biden wants back in. yes, joe wants back in. in fact, both joe and jill have reached out to party leadership to help with fundraising, campaigning and anything else the dnc needs. but their overtures have reportedly fallen a bit flat, with some democrats and even former biden aides mocking the former first couple. meanwhile, two self-proclaimed socialists, multi-millionaire bernie sanders and congresswoman alexandria ocasio-cortez. well, they're hitting the road to lead the resistance against trump. watch this. >> i am here to remind you that
11:02 pm
we are not powerless in this moment. people are starting to put the pieces together. and ironically, the most divisive forces in our country are actually starting to bring more of us together. >> we all know people. >> who are dealing with addiction, right? drug addiction is a horrendous problem. i think we lost 100,000 people because of drug overdoses. we know people who are alcoholic who need more and more to drink. we know people who can't control themselves with food or tobacco. but i will tell you that the worst addiction in this country today is the greed of the oligarchy. >> this is the best the democratic party can do. oh, but wait, it gets worse. according to a new morning consult poll, it's kamala harris who is the clear favorite to win the 2028
11:03 pm
presidential nomination for the democrats. this is a party deeply out of touch with reality. even james carville is calling them stupid and demanding that they apologize to rural america. have a listen to this. >> well, i think it was always the time for democrats to campaign hard in rural areas. i don't know how the party ever got away from that. some of its more urban members and commentators. there have been a folly of a world that we could exist within in an elections, by just concentrating on large urban areas, the stupidity of we got to be the most progressive, self-righteous, moralistic people in the world. and, you know, people that live in rural america just, you know, fat, lazy and stupid, which is decidedly not true. but that's the way that the
11:04 pm
some of the urbanist elements of our party have tried to come across. and it's stupid, and they ought to apologize to the world for being so stupid. >> so where does the democratic party go from here? joining us with reaction, fox news contributor miranda devine, former united states senator and ambassador scott brown and harris poll chairman mark penn, who says the democratic party is in ruins and predicts a wipeout in the midterm election. thank you all for joining us on this beautiful night. mark, i got to start with you. you follow, you follow this as close as anybody to say the democratic party is in ruins. it doesn't get much stronger than that, mark. >> well. >> i've never seen anything. >> like this. >> in over 40 years of. >> polling, the. >> democratic party. ratings have. >> collapsed from. >> like a 47% favorable down to 2927. in some of these polls.
11:05 pm
and that's an incredible loss of moderate working class voters, those kinds of voters that the democratic party needs to win elections. and it's being shrunk to a base of left wing advocates like bernie sanders and aoc, who were touring the country carrying the democratic banner. that's not helping. >> yeah, well, it's helping one party. it's just not the democratic party, that's for sure. miranda. joe biden, he wants back in more. joe is what he says. hey, joe and jill are willing to go to bat and make, you know, raise money, do whatever it takes. that didn't work so well last time. >> no. >> apparently joe biden. >> is. >> feeling a little. >> out of sorts. >> and unloved. >> and so. >> he's offered the. >> democratic party. >> to come back. >> in and help them with fundraising and. >> raising morale. >> and if you want to read the. most hilarious story of the
11:06 pm
week, it's in the new york post today from my colleagues josh christensen and steven nelson. and they've just done a roundup of anonymous democrats. and their quotes are side splitting. they say, is this an snl skit? i mean, the absolute loathing for joe biden has suddenly come to the fore. it's out in the open. you know, joe biden is delusional. we've always known that. but what the democratic party did to themselves in 2020 was they really they tricked everybody to get joe biden over the line. it was obvious that he was not cognitively up to it, but they hid that. they made pete buttigieg and amy klobuchar stand aside, even though they were beating joe biden hands down in the iowa and new hampshire primaries. they diddled bernie sanders again instead of just saying, okay, we might lose this time, but we'll rebuild our party and
11:07 pm
maybe come back in 2024. they tricked the electorate. they tricked their party. they pulled every dirty trick in the book. and then they spent the last four years lying to the american people that joe biden was honest joe and empathetic joe and cognitively all there. joe. he's none of the above. he's always been corrupt and dishonest and awful, and now he's also senile. and so the democratic party deserves everything that's happened to them. and i'm glad that they're in the doldrums, because you just cannot reward a party that is so dishonest and so cunning that it would do the deception that it pulled on the american people in 2020. we want them to come back, but not yet. >> ambassador, look, you've been a united states senator. you've been an ambassador. you're so familiar, particularly with the northeast there. i mean, this is a party who's really struggling. they don't have a leader and they
11:08 pm
don't have a message. other than that, things are going pretty swimmingly for them. >> well, listen, all i. >> can say is. >> thank god president trump got elected. the fact that he is immediately stopped the border. i guess we needed a bill, according to the democrats and the president to actually shut the border. i knew that was a farce because i served there. you don't need a bill. you need a strong president, obviously, making sure that, you know, men aren't competing in women's sports. how about that? that's a novel idea. and the democrats are wrong on every single issue. on every. i'm not the first one to say this, obviously, but i'm just i'm just miffed as to why they can't actually get on board and do their jobs, like solve the country's problems. find a couple of things that you actually agree with the republicans on and actually do your job and pass some things and you can say, yeah, i worked with them on this because i closed the border. i stopped men and women's sports. i became help us become energy independent. i ripped off the scab and found all that fraud, waste and abuse. but they don't want to do that because they don't like president trump. thank god he's there. i'm
11:09 pm
looking forward to the it's not 60 days. it's not even 100 days in my job. and i hope everybody listening is job is to go out there and advocate for him, to make sure that he continues to do the people's business, the things that he was elected to do, and thank the good lord that he's there. >> yeah. mark scott brown brings up a really good point here. you know, the they seem to resist everything. their whole strategy is just resist. i mean, these same people were out there advocating to get rid of gas powered cars in favor of electric vehicles. now you've got people protesting tesla dealerships and charging stations. i mean, what, they can't seem to make up their mind just because it's trump and elon. and i think the overwhelming majority of people look at that and say, what are you what are you for? what do you actually stand for as a party? >> well, in 2016, the resistance was somewhat effective because president
11:10 pm
trump was new to the presidency. but this time around, president trump has hit the ground running. he won the popular vote. democrats have kind of looked back and they said, you know, biden, he really was a weak president. some of these positions, like having an open border, were really crazy. all this spending that generated inflation really hurt me. so i think in retrospect, they looked back here on everything and they wondered how they could possibly have supported it. i think trump still, you know, he's in the 50%, 52% rating. he's people are still waiting to see him prove prove out what he's doing. although there's a lot of support for policies like deporting criminals. i think you see this party is in the wilderness right now. it's going to be in the wilderness for a while. it's much better off looking for some areas where it could cooperate, get, you know, not try to run the resistance playbook again, because the truth of the matter
11:11 pm
is, people want to see trump's policies and whether they're going to work or not. they don't want resistance. they want cooperation and collaboration and bipartisanship. and that's why schumer did the right thing when he didn't shut down the government. he was protecting the party from even a worse debacle. and it would have been worse because, you know what happened? republicans know what happens when you shut down the government. nothing good for the party that that does. so look, i think there's going to be a war within the party. it's going to take until the primaries and maybe another bill clinton will come, come out of this party and maybe not. >> hey. >> i've only got seconds left. so miranda and scott. yeah. go ahead, go ahead. >> yeah, yeah. listen, bill clinton and jfk aren't allowed in the party anymore. the blue dog democrats aren't allowed there. there's no moderate democrats allowed in this party. they are so far left that the average american does not understand what they're talking about. number one, they're fighting the oligarchy.
11:12 pm
what? speak english to the people that you know, that actually want to make their lives better. so once again, keep keep it up, chuck. it couldn't have happened to a better person. >> yeah a couple days. amazing. he flip flopped just in a couple of days. and when you have a party that has a kennedy serving in the trump administration, it's pretty amazing times. miranda devine, ambassador scott brown and mark penn, thank you all for joining us tonight on hannity. do appreciate it. all right. it's been a rough couple of months for democrats. and as you might imagine, hollywood celebrities, well, they're not taking it so well. rosie o'donnell actually left the country. if you didn't notice, she left the country. she moved to ireland, where she's writing anti-trump poetry. and i know you're all going to want to read it. she's touting the views of her new home. have a look. >> it's not easy to move to another country, and we really
11:13 pm
felt as a family, this was the safest and best thing for us to do. and it looks like, sadly, we were correct for what's happening in the united states is overwhelmingly depressing. but i'm telling you, i feel healthier. i'm sleeping better without the stress and anxiety over what was happening politically in the country. i'm very happy that we made the decision that we made, and i'm really, really hopeful that americans are going to see the americans who voted for him, just how cruel he is, and do something that will stop him. >> another celebrity, john leguizamo, has a slightly different coping mechanism. today, he went on the view and called trump a racist. how original. take a look. >> trump's executive order terminate all the dei mandates, policies and programs in the federal government.
11:14 pm
>> it's terrible. i mean, removing plaques. >> of black and latino and women heroes. just i mean, what kind of action is that? it's like a white only club. >> here. now with more tudor dixon podcast host tudor dixon and outkick founder clay travis. thank you both for joining us. all right, tudor, i got to start with you. rosie o'donnell moving out of the country, moving to ireland, writing poetry about trump. what do you think? >> well. >> you might not know this, but i actually. >> worked for. >> rosie o'donnell. >> once upon a time. >> so 26. >> years ago, i was an intern at the rosie o'donnell show. i know, i know, and it was a totally. well, the rosie o'donnell that i knew was obviously a different rosie o'donnell than today. people absolutely adored her. they loved working on her show. i don't know what happened, but i will give her credit that she didn't like it. she said she was going to leave. every other celebrity says they're going to leave and they just stay in the united states. so she left and she's saying all this stuff. the one thing i would say is,
11:15 pm
rosie, don't look at our party. look at your party. if you're so unhappy, ask yourself why your party is so screwed up. >> yeah. you know, you bring up a good point, tudor, because clay, at least she did what she said she was going to do, right? ellen degeneres said she was going to do it. she actually moved out. but all these other ones that said, oh, i got to leave the country and then they don't. so, yeah, give her some credit there. i don't wish any ill will on any person, on any american if she's happier there. i'm glad she went. >> i actually. >> feel sorry for. >> ireland because. >> of all the celebrities. >> that said they were going to leave. don't you think. >> they're actually. >> disappointed that they got rosie o'donnell? i mean, she's like 78 on the list of celebrities that you'd want if you're irish to move to your country. no. americans care. and by the way, tudor dixon, we need you to run in michigan and help win back that state, either as governor or senator.
11:16 pm
she's got a great podcast and the clay and buck podcast network. we would hate to lose her like we lost sean parnell, but she would dominate in michigan. she would win statewide as either a senator or a governor. maybe rosie would move back since she used to be an intern. maybe she'd be comfortable in michigan with tudor and control there. >> michigan is a lovely. >> i do. >> encourage people to move to the state of michigan. i'll take rosie. i'll take anybody, you know. come on. come. we are friendly here in michigan. >> that's pretty friendly. that's that's going the extra mile to be friendly with that one. but listen, i look you got john leguizamo, right? he's decent actor. or at least he used to be. and but he says out there saying oh, trump is racist. i don't know, maybe kash patel might have something to say about that. i don't know, maybe tulsi gabbard might take issue with that. i'm just guessing. what's your take on donald trump? the racist? i mean, that's such an old tired trope that they throw out
11:17 pm
there. that's just it just doesn't hold water. >> yeah. i mean, if you look at this, you got you've got marco rubio, like you said, you have tulsi gabbard, but also this idea that it's the white men's club. i mean, you have the first female chief of staff in siouxsie wiles, an amazing woman. she has done incredible things. everybody is praising her all across the nation. how dare he say this about donald trump's white house. open your eyes, people. this is why you have a 27% approval rating. because people are looking at this white house and saying it has more firsts than any others. i mean, you've got women, you've got gay, you've got black, you've got latino. stop saying this about this white house. they're not hiring for race. they're hiring for quality. and they've got great quality people. >> yeah, he's hiring the best. >> people you. >> have to hammer home. >> yeah. that's why i think you have to hammer home here. look, it hasn't gotten enough attention. donald trump won the
11:18 pm
least racially divisive election victory in 2024. since 1964. that is white, black, asian, hispanic. we have never voted closer together than we did for donald trump in 2024. remember, interestingly, the only group that kamala harris gained support by was actually white voters a little bit. but black asian hispanic voters overwhelmingly came to trump. and let me give a shout out. right now, i'm up near bedminster, where president trump is. caroline leavitt is bringing in all sorts of new media. i am one of them. i am up here. i'm going to be with donald trump tomorrow with the president, several other people to watch the ncaa wrestling championships in philadelphia. guess what? the penn state wrestling team endorsed donald trump. good for those guys. in october of 2024, right before the election in the swing state of pennsylvania. also tudor swing state of michigan. they won as well. but it should be an electric atmosphere. trump's been cheered at the at the
11:19 pm
daytona 500 at the super bowl. i bet he gets a phenomenal reception in philadelphia at that wrestling championship tomorrow. i can't wait to check it out. >> yeah, i know some of the best wrestlers in the world. i don't know if we ever had a president go to such a wrestling match, but good on it. great question. i'm glad that he's bringing you along. yeah, i don't think he has. but you know, penn state, iowa state i mean, there's some really good teams out there and wrestlers that are off the charts. and look, this is the magic of donald trump that the democrats never figure out. they never figure out that the idea that guess what? he just goes and does things that real people actually do, and they don't try to pretend, you know, go on the view and tell people they're racist. that's just doesn't move the meter. tudor. what last thought to you? last thought to you. >> exactly. when you're watching this, everything on their side is very scripted. they've been used to having messages that they then send to the media. the media spreads
11:20 pm
that message. they feel like their voices are being heard all across the nation. but now everybody's turned on the media, they've turned on their messaging, and it's all fake. it's all acted out. i mean, they've got these stupid videos. you got the fighter, who's your fighter? it all feels very scripted. and the american people are done with scripted. donald trump is like the least scripted man on the planet, and people love that about him because they think he is real. they know he's real. they know he cares about them. and when they when he goes to these wrestling matches, when he goes to these fights, when he goes to the super bowl, people go, he's just like me and he cares about america, because if you care about sports and you care about the events that happen in the country and you care about the musicians, people say he really gets it. he gets every aspect of it because we know he gets business. we know he gets foreign policy and he's real. >> clay, last, last word to you. actually. >> i think he's absolutely killing it. and you nailed it. look, tudor started off by saying 29%, 27% approval. cnn
11:21 pm
and nbc, the democrat party has lit itself on fire. donald trump's got some s'mores, and he's keeping his hands warm as they continue to burn themselves down. fortunately, the country is benefiting. >> well, you enjoy your time with the president and the wrestling tomorrow. tudor, thank you so much for joining us. and you know what? authenticity wins the day. and they understand that donald trump delivers authenticity all the time. all right. have a good weekend. enjoy it and stay with us here. because coming up the left well they're continuing their relentless attacks on elon musk and tesla including acts of domestic terror. but trump is now threatening to send some of these anti tesla terrorists to el salvador. we'll explain as this special edition of hannity continues.

start your risk free trial today at stamps.com. >> welcome back to this special edition of hannity. the left's rage against tesla is sadly only getting worse. in response to these continued threats and harassment, tesla ceo elon musk held an all hands meeting today at the company where he reassured employees that the future remains bright and told them not to sell their stock. meanwhile, president trump had some very harsh words for tesla vandals this morning on truth social, letting them know, quote, we're looking for you. end quote. and openly wondered whether some of these criminals could serve their prison sentences in prison in el salvador. but as these threats get more and more violent, few democrats seem to care. as
11:27 pm
columnist carol markowitz writes in the new york post, their silence is deafening. carol joins us right now, along with fox news contributor sara carter. thank you both for joining us tonight on hannity. carol, tell us, what are you hearing? what are you seeing? i mean, this is it's absurd what they're doing. it's insane. >> yeah, well, it's very similar to trump's first term, where they. >> just. >> couldn't deal with their emotions about the. >> trump win. >> and so they were violent and crazy on our streets. very similarly, now they're targeting teslas, both drivers and dealerships that sell them. and they're doing these violent acts that they just think that they won't be held accountable for. but this is a very different trump administration than the first one. and i think they will be held accountable this time. adding to that, of course, is that democrats are openly rooting for this violence. tim walz is so excited that tesla stock is down. it was 225 when he mentioned it. it closed today at 243. i think elon musk should pay. tim walz talk bad
11:28 pm
about tesla more often. >> yeah, look, i own a tesla. we my wife and i, we've had a tesla for years. it's a great car. i also happen to have a ford f-150 and it's but it's this is ridiculous because it was just months ago. they were going to pass legislation to make sure that we couldn't drive a gas powered car because they want an electric car. now, what are we trying to do? save money. make sure this country is on sound financial footing. that's elon musk's big, big violation here. i'm glad that pam bondi, the attorney general, is getting after it and that they're going to start charging people with terrorism. and these idiots, if they understood tesla's have nine cameras on them, what, eight outside and one inside. so they put it in sentry mode, folks, we're going to catch a lot of criminals, and they might go to prison in el salvador. and sarah, you've actually been to this prison in el salvador. tell us about it. >> well, yeah, absolutely. i've been there, and i was there late last year, and.
11:29 pm
>> president trump is scaring them straight. >> we had four years. >> of complete lawlessness with. >> the. democrats where the radical left. >> this isn't. >> about, you know, the old dems. >> this isn't. >> our father's old democratic party. these are radical marxist leftists that. >> are. >> enraged and they are. >> taking out. >> their rage on elon. >> musk and president. >> trump. on tesla, on innocent civilians and. the hypocrisy of it all. this was what the left wanted. they were lauding, you know, electric vehicles and saving the environment. and they loved elon musk. they loved him until he got the common sense, supported president trump. and then all hell breaks loose in our streets. and we've seen that look at what happened in las vegas where we see the tesla, you know, dealership on fire. we have molotov cocktails being thrown. we have innocent civilians, people driving in their teslas, being harassed and stopped by masked strangers
11:30 pm
in the middle of the street. this is very much out of control, but it comes directly from the marxist playbook. this is not the america, jason, that you and i know, where democrats and republicans can find some common ground. this about a company that is revolutionizing the future and the way we do things. and they would rather throw the baby out with the bathwater. these radical leftists would rather destroy tesla, destroy the united states, stomp all over the constitution because of their hatred towards president trump. and that is absolutely unacceptable. and that is why attorney general pam bondi has every right to throw the book at them. these are domestic terrorists. these are terrorist actions, and they are putting people's lives in danger. and it has to stop. it absolutely does. >> it it truly is terrorism the way that it's targeted. but this is the way the left and the democrats act. and what's
11:31 pm
unbelievable to me, carol, is that you don't have responsible democrats, with very few exceptions. i think ro khanna, the congressman from california, is one example. but in a sea of democrats, you don't hear anything. instead you see, like senator mark kelly going out and filming a video saying, oh, i got to get rid of my tesla because i'm sending the wrong signal. and then he's going to go out and he gets a chevy tahoe, which great car, wonderful vehicle. but come on. i mean that. where are the democrats standing up saying, no, we don't do violence in this country. and you know what a no, a zero emissions car that's good for the country. >> it is what the problem here is that the media does not hold the democrats accountable. obviously you do and fox news does, but in general they are not held accountable by the media. if this was happening by on our side, on the republican side, you'd have every republican in congress having to answer for this vandalism and for this terrorism. and
11:32 pm
that's another thing. you know, i drive a tesla. i think we should drop the domestic part of the terrorism conversation. it's just plain terrorism. it's intimidation and violence, hoping for a political outcome. in this case, they want to shut elon up. they want him to quit his job at doj. they want him to say, oh, this is too scary and this is too much. and i have to go back to being a tesla. i have to protect my, my employees and my stock. so this is really a targeted political thing. and i think we just need to call it plain old terrorism. again, i drive a tesla. you can't try this kind of thing in florida. let me tell you, that would be very risky if you tried to deface teslas in florida. >> yeah, i just can't imagine, you know, their tesla dealerships right now are charging stations where people are out picketing. so it's friday night. you're picketing somebody who's charging their car. just a neighbor who is purchased a tesla. and to what end? i can't i just can't even fathom the type of person who does this. sarah, last word to

you. as we exit this segment here. >> well, let me tell you this, jason, this is the time for each and every one of us in america who support freedom, who support the constitution, who support president trump and elon musk to get out there to purchase a tesla, if you can, if you can afford it, to go out there and buy tesla stock to really show that we are unified behind our president, we are not radicals. we are not going to go out there and destroy property or target corporations like we see rick wilson and the lincoln project and all of these idiots out there that are doing that. we're going to stand unified. and i think that's what's going to happen. i say buy tesla stock now. it's going to go up big time. >> thank you both for joining us tonight on hannity. do appreciate it. all right. coming up next, trump derangement syndrome. it's reaching new levels of insanity. according to one new report, some americans now have

11:39 pm
avoid being identified as americans. here, now with reaction is the host of ask doctor drew on rumble. doctor drew pinsky. all right, doc, analyze this for us, because it seems like a lot of people jumping at a lot of shadows. >> well. >> let's think about it this way. >> trump derangement is. >> actually a. >> two. >> sided a husband and wife psychologist that actually defined the syndrome. they use psychometrics to figure out what this thing is. clearly, it's afflicting some people. and the one feature that was universal in people who were really suffering from this was a sense of external or external locus of control. in other words, things happen to them, sort of victim. think about that. and also associated with that is kind of a narcissism. and if you have a narcissistic personality trait, you're going to believe that the world is thinking about you. so your hatred, your panic, your psychotic feelings about president trump are going to be projected out to the world. the reality is, the rest of the
11:40 pm
world, first of all, mostly already hates us when we travel. they're not super happy with it with american travelers and secondarily, at most, whatever i've encountered has been sort of confusion. if they have questions, they're sort of confused. what's going on? it seems like a lot, but there's not hatred. >> yeah, it depends where in the world you go, because a lot of places you go in the world, they love america. i mean, they can't get enough of america for sure. you know, there's places that maybe a lot of people don't go to lithuania, but they can't survive without us. you go to romania, they love us. and quite frankly, i've been to mexico since donald trump was elected. i didn't have any problem. nobody gave us any hard time at all. but i do think that you're on to something that people get externally worried. and it's interesting that you say about the narcissism, oh, they're all thinking about they they know what my thoughts are, but what what is it that donald trump is provoking that maybe other presidents or political figures haven't done? >> yeah, it's hard to say
11:41 pm
exactly what the features are that he maintains that really triggers this thing, but somehow he pushes right on that button. and it fundamentally underneath this, or let's put it this way, another way of sort of conceptualizing this is yet another mass formation or mass formation psychosis. about 20% of people really become hypnotized by the press. they become hypnotized by their social echo chambers, and they can be persuaded very quickly that 20% that they're in danger, they can be hysterical, they can be delusional. and to the extent that trump derangement syndrome affects functioning, and i would dare say that having trouble traveling is beginning to affect functioning, then it becomes a real disorder. now, what's underlying it? i would actually say that trump derangement is sort of a symptom of other disorders. it's a feature of other disorders. although as i said, these two psychologists have characterized it as a real syndrome. it is not in the dsm five. and i know minnesota is attempting to legislate it as a
11:42 pm
syndrome. that will not increase the probability that we'll show up on a diagnostic manual. >> but isn't there an easy remedy for these people? if it scares you to go travel abroad because you you're afraid of donald trump? maybe he just maybe you could go travel to some other place, maybe in the united states, or just not travel. isn't that the easiest remedy? >> i it no, it's not the remedy. guess what? because what we know, contrary to the way we've sort of directed our youth in the last ten years, the way to develop mental health and resiliency, particularly around obsessive thoughts and anxiety, is exposure exposure therapy tolerable exposure? ideally, we'd expose them to president trump. we'd make contact with him so he doesn't become that cartoon figure that they've heard about in their echo chambers. he becomes a human being. he becomes somebody they may or may not disagree with, and that's that. but as it is, we tell people you need a safe space. you can't be offended.
11:43 pm
you need to protect yourself. that is how you create mental illness, particularly around ocd and depressive type, excuse me, and anxiety type symptoms. and that certainly is a feature of all this. >> yeah. you know, there's some families they just can't get together at thanksgiving or because it instantly devolves to talking about politics. and there are a lot of people out there that just can't resist the idea that maybe they would just talk about family or sports or entertainment and just not talk about that. but exposure, you know, that's an interesting theory on how to how to deal with it, because some people i think it is very real for them. >> oh for sure is and it needs, as i said, because it's sort of a mass formation, 20% become thoroughly hypnotized by this. about 10% are outside going, what is these people? what is going on here? this doesn't feel right much the same way as covid went. and then about a 70% really doesn't care that
11:44 pm
much. they just want to get on with their life. they want you know, people are often saying these days they want the economy to grow, they want jobs. they want to take care of their family. that's the vast majority of americans. and those people are not the ones staying away from their family dinner tables. it's that 20% that is hypnotized that makes all the trouble. >> well, it's that small percentage that wants to throw a molotov cocktail at a tesla. that scares me. and i don't know, you know, you may have some deep seated thoughts on how to how to deal with that, but law enforcement and incarceration may be a good remedy as well. that's just my personal take on it. last thought to you. >> i would just say we just don't bring consequences down enough. that is what helps people contain their behaviors when their behaviors are destructive and irrational. >> doctor drew pinsky, you're the best. i appreciate you joining us tonight. i really do appreciate it. all right. coming up, more and more companies are investing in the

11:50 pm
billion a year, thanks to johnson and johnson. good on you. and following president trump's meeting with leaders from the united arab emirates earlier this week, the uae has committed to a ten year, $1.4 trillion investment in the united states. none of that was happening with joe biden, but it's certainly happening with donald trump. also this week, the sun reported that king charles may propose making the united states an associate member of the commonwealth. during trump's second state visit. trump responded to the report with a truth social post saying, quote, i love king charles. sounds good to me. here now with reaction. trump, economic adviser and co-founder of unleashing unleashed prosperity steve moore, along with steamboat institute blakely fellow kaylee mcghee white. kayleigh, let's start. start with you here. donald trump, i mean, promises made, promises delivered. we're in like day 91, i think, of the
11:51 pm
trump administration and we're seeing billions and billions pour into manufacturing that wasn't there before. >> yeah. and this. >> influx of investment is really one of the reasons that i refuse to be sour on trump's economic agenda, no matter what the polls say, because clearly what he's proposing is attracting money and money talks. and, you know, i think this very swift and massive influx of investment also speaks to a larger point, which is that for the past 50 years, there very clearly has been a deliberate and coordinated effort to dismantle the united states economy from a great one to just an average one that everyone else in the world gets to benefit from, except for the very people who pay taxes into the system. donald trump wants to change that. he has a plan to change that. and that plan just so happens to be invested in attracting a lot of investment from companies that wall street might not like. but certainly the american taxpayers are going to end up
11:52 pm
liking what they produce. >> i mean, steve, this is just this week and the numbers are pretty stunning. you look you understand the numbers. you made a whole career, a whole living out there, crunching numbers. what's going on here? what's the difference? why is trump able to do this? and maybe others? not so much. >> well. >> all those numbers. >> that you cited are. >> on top of the $1 trillion of commitments. >> he already. >> had the week before. >> and so that's an amazing number. it's certainly an all time record of $2 trillion committed to being invest in the united states. and i want to make sure people understand when companies invest here, they create jobs here. and those tend to be high paying. you were talking about manufacturing jobs. we're talking about construction jobs, pharmaceutical jobs and a lot of new investment in the technology sector. now, the reason that's happening is not just because these companies, these countries love trump. they love his policies. you know, we're going to lower the tax rates. we're going to reduce the regulatory costs of
11:53 pm
being here. we're going to reduce the cost of energy. when you're here. i mean, what's not to like? and i think this is just the beginning of an avalanche of investment coming into the united states and creating jobs here and making us number one again. >> yeah. to steve's point there, kayleigh, there's a lot of jobs. a lot of people are going to have some options to move up the food chain and make more money and look at these employers to attract good employees. they're going to have to pay more. >> yeah. and it's going to be especially important for working class voters and for the middle class, which has been completely hollowed out under democratic policies that have only benefited the upper 1%. i think of my own family in rural ohio, many of whom still work for the exact same auto factory that they started at when they were teenagers. they've watched their industry be hollowed out at the expense of democratic policies. trump cares about those workers, and many of the economic policies that he's introduced are deliberately designed to benefit them, to bring the factories back, to bring their jobs back, and to give them a
11:54 pm
shot at the american dream, which is what everyone deserves. >> yeah, steve, so much of this is going to revolve around taxes, right? and it's not a discussion maybe that everybody has on a daily basis. but you've made a salient point about the need to have tax reform and make sure that it's permanent. give us a little more depth to that. >> well, i would say on top of that, even more important than permanent is do it urgently. and i think most of your viewers understand that by january 1st, if we don't g that bill passed, we're talking about $4 trillion tax increase. that would be the biggest tax increase probably in world history. and incidentally, your former colleagues, the democrats in congress, every single one of them, every one of them voted for that $4 trillion tax increase back about three weeks ago. so it's critical that they get it done. it's critical that they do it quickly. look, the first quarter gdp is going to be negative because of the residue
11:55 pm
of biden. we don't want a second quarter of negative gdp or that would be technically a recession. that's not the way republicans want to want to start. the way to avoid that recession is get the tax cut done now, and then the investment will flow in even faster, and so will the jobs. >> real quickly, both of you, i want to get you on the record. i want you to predict. kayleigh, starting with you, is it going to be one big, beautiful bill in reconciliation? can can they actually do that, or are they going to have to push it into two bills. >> you know i think it will. i think it will be one bill, because i think trump is going to get everything that he wants. he's going to fit a lot in there, and he has a lot to fit in there. and i think he just wants to do it all at once, and he knows it has the best shot at passing. if they do it in one. >> yeah. >> steve, quickly, what's. >> your prediction? i say one bill. one bill. and here's what i want president trump to get on the case of these senators to get this done. how about a how about a bill signing
11:56 pm
ceremony on memorial day? >> oh, there you go. one big beautiful bill. republicans. you figured out how to play team ball. now you got to do it one more time. one big beautiful bill. you only need a majority in both the house and the senate. you can actually pull that off. kayleigh. steve, thanks for joining us on hannity. all right. coming up, more of this special edition of hannity right after the break. don't go anywhere. we're not done yet. >> i worship only the lord god. >> he's not a prophet, just an ordinary man like everyone else. >> repent while there is still time. >> we need you. that holy man is a parasite. >> what did you say? everything. >> spring is the time to join fox nation for a limited time only. sign up for just 2.99 a month. hurry, take advantage of the spring sale and start streaming all that fox nation has to offer. >> when you discover boling branch bedding, you uncover the
