5:00 pm
a famous shot here andy card interrupting the president to tell him what happened. we will have dick grasso, who was opening bell on the stock exchange and pennsylvania governor ed rendell and so many more, tomorrow. [captioning made possible by fox news channel] captioned by the national captioning institute ---www.ncicap.org--- glenn: hello, america. welcome to the glenn beck program. these are the things that you have to ask yourself. you have to ask yourself these three questions -- one, how does the media sleep at night? when you see the story that broke this morning, and can you tell me how many hits has this story received on cnn, msnbc or any other network? zero. zero. how do you sleep at night, media? next question is where is congress? and the third one is will the united states of america, will the citizens, will the
5:01 pm
republicans and the democrats and the independents, not the politicians but the citizens unite on this story? if you believe this country is great but the corrupt are trying to take over the world, you stand up now! come follow me. hello, america. i have to tell you, i was reading thomas jefferson last night, and i see the light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in a very long time and i'm going to be covering that this saturday as we cover what is happening in washington, d.c. with the march on washington. it is the 9/12 project and the tea party, all coming together. republicans, democrats and independents. make sure you're with us on saturday here 1:00 to 3:00 eastern time. now, today, the media has been covering and talking about the president's big healthcare speech, and you know, about
5:02 pm
the usual politics as usual, the political games being played in the beltway or healthcare reform and everything else. you know, will nancy pelosi get the votes? did you see that republican who was really rude during the speech? i'm not going to waste one single second debating things that politicians on both sides of the aisle in washington want us to debate. i'm not going to play their game, because that's what they want us to do, because it leads us away from the truth. it doesn't take a genius to see what's going on. you know, last night, if you look at their words, obama last night saying there were 30 million uninsured americans. wait a minute. i thought it was something different on the campaign trail? >> i just want to be honest here. there are about 46 million people who are uninsured. there are now more than 30 million american citizens who cannot get coverage. >> what happened? 16 to 17 million just suddenly
5:03 pm
disappeared or have health insurance? shouldn't the president be celebrating that? no, of course not. the reason that number was changed is because 16 million people aren't magically insured? how did they arrive at that number? the administration official says 30 million is the total uninsured minus illegal immigrants and a smaller group of people who just fall through the cracks? wait. what? mr. healthcare for all, you're going to turn away the illegal aliens at the hospital? really, are we going to not treat them now? because aren't the hospitals falling apart? have you been to a hospital emergency room lately, and you're going to turn away the unfortunate people who fall through the cracks? isn't that the whole point of universal healthcare? but why have that conversation? instead, we could argue about congressman joe wilson yelling at president obama and calling him a lie amplet i thought that was wrong of him to do, but i understood his frustration, but again, it was wrong.
5:04 pm
let's not get bogged down in the nonsense. the day-to-day political garbage is what put america where it is today. it is more than just what is on page 100 of healthcare or the cap and trade. our entire system is corrupt. it consistently ranks number two, corruption in the polls is the biggest problem in america. it should be number one, because it affects everything, and it seems to be everywhere. it certainly is at acorn, and i'm going to show you a tape that i don't care who you voted for, if you're an american, this should outrage you. i'm going to show it to you in a two-minute capsule so you can pass it around to your friends and we will pull it apart and explain what is going on. it does revolve around acorn, an organization that in your gut, i don't care who you are or who you voted for, you know something is not right, but the president has endorsed them. he has said this about acorn
5:05 pm
acorn -- >> before i even get inaugurated, during the transition, we're going to be calling all of you in to help us shape the agenda, so that you have influence in the agenda for the next presidency of the united states of america. glenn: acorn is leading the community organizations. i get a lot of heatt for exposing van jones. how, targeting him? by using his own words? now let's use the words of other people. an organization that you know is rotten from the core. if you want to know the president's agenda, the reason why we are looking at all of these things is because we have to see who he has surrounded himself with. tonight, i'm going to show you who acorn really is, in new undercover tapes that expose the corruption that is acorn. first, just a quick two-minute capsule of what you're going to see and then we will break it down.
5:06 pm
>> i have a client, male clients. let me get somebody to do the taxes. >> how can she do that, though? >> because she is good. >> i want to help her out, give her a place to go so she can perform her work. >> she needs a house. do you have any offices to send her to? >> what kind of business? >> the type of business, there is a code for it. >> a code for prostitution. >> we shouldn't have to pay taxes on the money we make. >> is there any way around that, though? >> yeah, don't file.
5:07 pm
if it's illegal you will get shot down. >> she knows her stuff, because she said we can classify this no, not as prostitution, but put it down as performing arts. there is another variable here. we can complicate the taxes because we have a couple of girls coming over from overseas and they are very young. we don't want to put them on the books. there is like 13 of them. >> you can issue them 1099's. >> but they're not legal citizens. >> you can claim them as dependents if you're making the money and they're underage, nobody would know anyway. >> i'm not hearing this, ok, i'm not hearing this. >> this doesn't affect us if we have these 13 salvadoran girls in houses? >> no, they won't know. >> cover your [bleep].
5:08 pm
>> i really don't care. glenn: every day americans look at the news and know something is not right. republicans, democrats and independents. we all do it. it is getting more and more difficult to tell you the truth. i have been told that there are three private eyes currently looking into my life. these two people that i'm going to introduce you to at this hour are risking their life. they're exposed. there are billions if not
5:09 pm
trillions of dollars at stake. please, america, i ask you to look past the politics and look to the principles. this is an acorn office in baltimore, maryland. they are taking your tax dollars. i don't care who you voted for. demand that this is looked into. why is congress covering the tracks for acorn? why has the media not reported on a story that broke today? here's an acorn office where two people come in looking for help. i want to introduce them to you, because i want you to understand who these people are. hanna, she is 20 years old. she is a are regular girl. she wants to be a journalist. here is somebody who wants to be a journalist doing the work that real journalists that actually have a system of protection, some kind of protection, she just did it for this guy james, he's 25.
5:10 pm
now, hanna, she plays a prostitute in this video. james is playing a politician. wait until you hear the whole story. now, these two employees you have to meet, these two people here. the first one is shira, an acorn employee. i don't know if she -- i'm sure there's loopholes all through acorn, an acorn employee in baltimore. this is tanya. she's the tax specialist. so here's the deal. the girl is a prostitute. she is saying she's is being discriminated against by the banks and the police because she is involved in illegal activity. well, here it is. we start a with woman at acorn who says she is a tax specialist. she is about to see if there's some way, some code in the tax code to call hanna something other than a prostitute.
5:11 pm
>> ok. the type of business. let me see if i can find a code for it. >> a code for prostitution. >> yeah, because i have to have a name and a code number. >> i don't know if there is going to be a code. >> i will look at my list. >> ok, ok. glenn: so she leaves. as she's waiting. now the other lady, the other employee from acorn, shira, she steps up her game. as the tax specialist finds more information on how she can relabel prostitution, the other acorn worker joins in for a little pep talk. >> do not ever, let anybody not let you be proud of it. you're 19 and be proud of it. don't feel like because you
5:12 pm
don't have a job. you're not robbing a bank or nothing, ok. >> ok. let's see what we got here. we might be able to find something here. in order for you to file a return for the business -- glenn: they have to name it something else for you to be able to file a return, otherwise you have to buy your house with cash, but they'll help you. if we can just make this money in this business appear to be legal. by the way, i appreciated the pep talk. gee, if it was only my daughter and she was sitting there being told to be proud of being a prostitute, but name it something else besides prostitution. again, the couple has questions about the whole pesky tax return process. they want to avoid that. don't worry, they've come to
5:13 pm
the right place. baltimore's acorn knows exactly what to do in this situation. >> ok. is there any way around that, though? >> yeah, don't file. continue to do cash and just don't file. glenn: don't file. i have never had h and r h&r block tell me that. they ask any way around taxes. acorn's answer, yes, you don't have to file. then they continue on with more creative alternative name ideas. >> the name is another variable. >> ok. we can do this. how about if you want to do that, we can put you under other recreational and amusement services. >> we can go under recreational services. >> but that would be including golfing courses, skating
5:14 pm
centers, golf courses. performance parks for the independent arts. we could do that one. we'll put you under performing arts. >> so we can potentially qualify as performing arts? >> right. you can use performing arts as the principle business and there's a code for that, so you want to file a tax return and do it under a schedule c for a performing arts business. glenn: i'm trying to figure out how journalists don't report this today. i'm trying to -- ok. nbc, i get. they're in bed with the obama administration, and they're going to go down all the way to the end. they'll go down. that network will go all the way down, sink with the ship. cnn, where are you?
5:15 pm
abc? cbs? well, no. they still have time. it might be on the evening news. reminder, this is an organization that may get as much as $8.5 billion in stimulus money. remember, this is also about the president of the united states and who he surrounded himself and what he says about community organizations including acorn. >> before i get inaugurated, during the transition, we will be calling you all in to help us shape the agenda so you have influence into the agenda of the next presidency of the united states of america! glenn: we have shown you who has been writing the stimulus package and about seiu and how much control they have had in healthcare. how much control have you had? how many times has anyone reached out to you? i know we have seiu on healthcare. i'll tell you more about that in a second. it is about to get worse, as if encouraging an illegal business and tax fraud isn't
5:16 pm
enough to convince you that, gee, congress needs to step to the plate and investigate a corn. if this hasn't convinced you, i'm not sure anything else will, but just how about -- give me a second. when the prostitute and the pimp reveal what the real hidden agenda is -- >> i want to ask you a question and we should talk to you about our taxes. we have a couple of girls overseas coming over and they're very young, and we don't want to put them on the books. they're from el val is va door. erthere is like 13 of them. they're probably going to move into the house we get, just to get them on their feet so they can do this type of thing. glenn: it is not just one prostitute, but a bunch of prostitutes. the house is going to be a brothel. thank you, acorn. even after that revelation, acorn continues to help. how could it get any worse?
5:17 pm
well, how about if the boyfriend, the future politician drops the bombshell that the women from overseas aren't even legal citizens. would that change anything? >> you are going to have to cover yourself on that part. you need to issue 1099's. >> but they're not legal citizens. >> you don't have to worry about that. they can get an i.d. number, get a srs even for working, but you can always claim them as dependents. you can claim them as dependents because they live in your house, plus they have to be under 16. >> they can be in the house. we can use the house for them.
5:18 pm
>> >> so if we got 13 in the house, we can just list them as depends. >> 13 might put up a red flag. you file tax are returns and you can put 13 defendants dependents on there, but if she was in her 40's or 50's, i could do that. glenn: if she was just a little older. she is a 20-year-old girl. it's obvious. you're going to meet her here in a few minutes. does anybody find it ironic that you can barely hear the tax specialist because of the children in the other room while the tax specialist helps a 20-year-old girl and other illegal aliens just being brought in for the sex trade? what happened to us, america? what happened to us?
5:19 pm
if that hasn't shocked you, maybe what i show you after the break will. stay with us. @=huuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
5:20 pm
5:21 pm
5:22 pm
glenn: our founding fathers never intended on the media doing all the work. they intended on us doing all of the work. the america i thought we had -- i always thought the media was by wased one way or another. this isn't biased.
5:23 pm
this is criminal. this is implicit. this is criminal what the media is doing right now, and all of you in the media, every single one of you, you should be ashamed of yourselves. ashamed. when people are risking their life. you are going to meet somebody who is risking their life to do this. what, you're driving home in your mercedes, you got your nice office looking at central park, hey, don't worry about it, as long as we sell more windmills, huh? what the hell is wrong with you people? this story broke early this morning. fox news has been on it all day. the other networks, the other journalists, zero. in fact, i have the only ones that are on it, the national review on-line, "the wall street journal," wbal radio, and fox. whoa. it's not like your tax dollars are going to fund acorn.
5:24 pm
no, why cover that. everybody else wants to talk about healthcare. you can't talk about healthcare. the system is corrupt. you want -- do you know what's in the healthcare bill? that healthcare workers can be unionized. oh, that's not going to spread the disease, no. that's not going to flood out washington. they want to talk about the battle on healthcare and left and right. forget about it. nothing should move until you solve the corruption problems. acorn. acorn. what does it mean to you?when wa few minutes ago, the acorn tax specialist said "don't worry about the illegal aliens that you're bringing into the country and going to have them be prostitutes. call them dependents." she adds the idea "especially if they're under 16." under 16, illegal aliens, 13 of them coming into the united states of america for the sex
5:25 pm
trade! well, you should get the mother of the year award. the couple made it clear that these girls were going to be prostitutes. this doesn't seem to bother the acorn worker, and neither does the fact that all of this is illegal. watch. >> so you're making money and you're underage, nobody needs to know anyway. >> what do we need to tell the bankers? >> i'm not hearing this, ok, i'm not hearing this. don't give us no information you're not asked. glenn: i don't know about you, but i am hearing this. america, are you hearing this? now, they spent a lot of time making sure that they have the story straight, trying to let the couple know, hey, it's legal. the couple keeps asking questions an acorn still will
5:26 pm
not say hey, you know what, pros stiewtion destroys -- prostitution destroys lives. tax evasion, probably a bad idea. you're making a lot of money having sex, and the people that are actually working for a living are sending their tax dollars against our will to this crappy organization, and i'm going to give it to you sex workers bringing in illegal aliens so you can have a house. you got to be kidding me! no, no, they don't say this is wrong. they just work harder at getting the story straight. >> you don't want anything to be known about you by anybody. >> we had an argument but he said he didn't mind me being around. >> you shouldn't discuss this with anybody.
5:27 pm
>> if i didn't discuss this with you, and it came up with the approval process -- >> no, no, you don't bring that up. she's purchasing a house. she's buying a house to live in. >> ok. glenn: why work on this if you have "the new york times"? why would your viewers at cnn be interested in this? how could acorn be so brazen, so willing to lead a young woman further and deeper into a life of prostitution? oh, it's compassionate. is it now? they have an out, of course. you can get away with it. it's not caught on tape. oopsie. do you remember the illegal immigrants the couple talked about bringing into the sex trade, the one acorn says "claim as dependents." if you didn't think she caught how old they were, listen again.
5:28 pm
>> what if one of my girls gets in trouble? >> first of all, they're not going to know, and tell your girls to be careful. train them to keep their mouths shut. >> they're like, 14, how can we trust them? >> just be careful. glenn: be careful, don't worry about the 13-year-old that you're going to have sleeping with scumbag men. be careful or you could get in trouble. 14-year-olds being shipped over in the sex trade and acorn not only actively encourage this couple but train them to be silent. be careful. >> all right. when is this conference? >> we do ask that you join acorn. >> you're telling us, but we know what to say, to people
5:29 pm
who come in for housing or tax purposes. >> so you can take care of this problem? >> but i don't want you to say to nobody. >> we can't be like they're working a special favor for us. we just need to know amongst ourselves. >> and your bis in is a performing arts, which you are . ok. it's a play on words. stop saying prostitution. >> got it. >> because people will shut you down. that's why the banks shut you down and considered you illegal. >> ok. >> see, whereas performing arts is not. glenn: let me show you something. it ain't about shira. it's not really about her.
5:30 pm
it's not really about tanya. i don't know how these people live with themselves, but honestly -- i really don't. are they moms? i would like to know, do you have children? do you think it's ok to sell your kids into slavery, sex slavery, the sex trade? but it's not really about you, it's really not. i'm sure we will hear from acorn some excuse. these people, maybe they will go to prison, maybe they won't. i don't know. there will be some excuse for acorn to distance themselves. acorn will just take these people, because they're expendable. they'll just throw them away. it doesn't matter to them. these are the people that are making all the money. oh, yeah, this is the power behind it! one of the heads of acorn has told me, you know, it's the plantation system, oh, yeah, here are the white slave owners right here wade and dale. wade, he are runs acorn. yeah! dale, he's got seiu! oh, my goodness.
5:31 pm
he's got the united states of america now! media, journalists, if you're not on this, you're part of the problem. you are part of the problem! you watch. watch. the media will say, oh, glenn beck, oh, he almost had a meltdown. how do you stay sane in this city? how do you stay sane in this business? do you not have a soul? do you not have children? do you not think you want to turn us into mexico, a country just riddled with corruption? do you think that that's good for the mexicans? why do you think they're coming across the border? why? why? because they can't make it there because of corruption.

5:38 pm
overseas coming over and they're very young. we don't want to put them on the books. they're from el salvador. there's like 13 of them, and they're probably going to move into the house we get. >> just a year or two to get them on their feet. >> to to get them on their feet so they can do this type of thing. >> acorn goes on to explain you should claim them as dependents but not all 13 because that would send up a red flag. joining me now is the person who posed as a prostitute, hanna. >> hi, glenn. glenn: how are you? >> good. glenn: i talked to you on the radio program earlier today. i encouraged you not to expose yourself anymore. i think you are a very courageous person. i think your partner in crime here, or exposing crime is also courageous. i think andrew breitbart, this comes from big government -- you can find all of this on biggovernment.com. i saw this on saturday, and i
5:39 pm
was amazed at your courage. how are you? you are 20? >> i am 20. glenn: why did you do this? >> i saw acorn as a thug organization that was getting my tax dollars. glenn: didn't you go to a journalism -- you want to be a -- >> i want to be a journalist. i had a summer internship with a national journalism center out in washington, d.c., and they set me up with a job, and one day i was jogging after work and i saw an acorn, you know, hmm, like i never saw them before, i don't like them, and i thought about the idea, you know, what if a prostitute walked into acorn, had no legal paperwork at all and wanted a house to set up her business? i called up my friend, because i knew he would be down with stuff like that, it was in his
5:40 pm
nature because of the planned parenthood stuff he had done in the past. he said when can you do this? i said i don't know, whenever you are available. we planned for six weeks and we did it in baltimore. glenn: i have to ask the question that the other people would ask you, the first question, who paid for all of this? why are you doing it? who are you working for? >> i drained my savings to do this project. glenn: so it was all funded by you? >> yes, for me, and james funded himself. glenn: what was the most shocking thing that you found? >> let's see. at the end of the baltimore thing, we were leaving, and she said "you know what? since you're starting out this new business, i'm going to give you a discount on what it will cost for me to do your taxes," so instead of $150 to fill out a form and do all my
5:41 pm
paperwork, she gave me the price of $50, so that's $100 off. glenn: because you're a new business? >> because i'm a new businessperson trying to establish myself and bring underaged girls in for a sex company. glenn: are you surprised acorn said today, well, this is just not true, i mean, this is a smear campaign. >> obviously, because they're guilty. glenn: hanna, you take care of yourself, ok. america, i told you i don't know how long ago -- i remember holding up a picture of a pulitzer, and i don't know if i said this on the air -- i know i said this on the air "hey, journalists, this is what it looks like, why don't you go get one? there is lots of stories you can win one with." of course i won't win one, but you could win one. i said this on the air. my companies and here at fox, i said i need to stop trying to grab them from the barrel. all of these organizations.

5:43 pm
particular woman who did most of the talking clearly was uncritically helpful in facilitating criminal activity. prostitution, organizing prostitution, bank fraud, filing false documents with the federal government, immigration violations, impairing the welfare of a minor, bringing women over interstate lines for immoral purposes, brying minors over interstate lines for immoral purposes. there is a slew of potential conspiracy charges. beyond that is the fact that she enabled. she helped. she told them. glenn: how much time in prison, approximately? >> five years for each of those charges and i rattleed off about eight of them. glenn: holy cow. i wonder if any of these people willing be charged with anything. acorn is supposed to help the community. is this helping? next. >> i launched a project back in march.
