people buy homes and to register people to vote, almost always for the democratic party. nine states have charged their employees with crimes, and there have been at least 30 convictions. in the year 2000, they found one of their people had embezzled close to $1 million from the organization. acorn declined to press charges. lots of money was traced to an abandoned funeral home in new orleans, and there was something to do with the seiu. a state investigation is underway. now, that is the background. here is the latest scandal, and you will not delete it. because federal authorities have not done much policing, two private citizens launched an undercover sting investigation themselves. the two posed as a prostitute and a peimp and asked to get hep

for prostitution enterprise. the latest sting was in california. the young woman was posing as a prostitute. >> ok.

bill: why would you do that?

political corruption should be a major story in america, should it not? taxpayer money should be protected, or am i wrong? however, at nbc, it is worse. they are actually making excuses for acorn. >> this may be used as entrapment, that they used hidden cameras to get this on camera. you might see this, too, as part of a larger effort to undermine president obama. president obama does not have any direct relationship with acorn, but i think that by demeaning community organizers, that is part of a way to demean president obama's biography. bill: as long as you brought it up, let's look at the obama- acorn connection.

but now, acorn has been damaged, and even liberals are running for the hills. they voted to deny them federal funding. the seven senators that are supporting them are these people. do these senators understand that one of their employees was caught on tape discussing child prostitution? do the senators understand that they are in big financial trouble? at least 30 of its employees have been convicted of crimes, and tomorrow, we will report on the senators supporting acorn, because it is incredible, is it not? it should lose its tax-exempt

major problem. she had a lawyer contact her. the lawyer said you don't have an employment contract. right there she could be fired for pretty much anything. she'd have to prove they knew about her religious beliefs and she was fired because of them. she said she reads the bible every day. she's an actress. you don't believe what they're saying, they're acting. bill: but the integrity of her character. kind of like the integrity of whatever you were talking about. both of you say this actress who was fired from "one life to live," which i've never watched, cannot sue. >> she said because of my religious beliefs as a catholic i cannot do this in good faith she might have a leg to stand on. but she said this story line does not make any sense. but saying latinos would never react this way, the writers said, don't let the door hit you on the way out. >> there may be a pattern here with other christians being fired. if the lawyer can find that maybe there's something.

in tehran would nuke israel? >> i don't believe that the average iranian wants to nuke the nuclear retaliation. but for them chaos proceeds their version of a messiah and he and his hard core fanatics would be perfectly willing to jump-start armageddon. bill: anything is possible but i think it's more plausible and this is in your book, that they develop dirty bomb technology. they give it to terrorists who bring it to the united states and other countries, great britain. and ignite the low-level nukes to create chaos. barack obama has a decision to make and he has to make it pretty fast, on what to do with iran. because you have to assume that netanyahu and israel are going

to give him some time but after a while israel is going to take action. we, israel, are going to stop this. do you see it that way? >> the iranians invented chess. our government plays checkers. they're well ahead. they've been stringing us along for almost a decade and they're perfectly willing to keep talking and talking. bill: sure, that is what they're going to do. >> yes, and the problem with israel has the capability to badly hurt and set back iran's capability. it doesn't have the capability to totally destroy it. underground. and also the worst thing could happen -- none of us want to see a military option but if it does you have to do it right. the worst thing would be to do a half-baked version. you have no not just hit the sites. you have to hit iran so hard the intelligence, early warning, navy, air defense, air force so they can't close the straits of her mewed.

-- they cannot close the strait of hormuz. this is a big, business thank you. bill: that would be an amazing reaction in the world we have today. dick cheney basically said that's what he recommended president bush do, go hit them very, very badly. i don't think president obama being the type of man that he is with the type of administration that he is running would ever do that. >> i am certainly not advocating an immediate attack on iran and dr. strangelove types of things. but, bill, if every time a rogue state gets nuclear weapons, it increases, not charismatic lead but geometrically -- and arithmetically but geometrically and i truly believe if iran gets them, there's a very good chance that would use them on israel as a minimum. bill: i just can't see it but

you may be right. barack obama is an interesting president because he is waging a fairly aggressive war. they just took out a big al qaeda in somalia. they're using drones like crazy in pakistan. he's going to up the troop levels in afghanistan. we talked about that last week with you. so you can't say he's soft on terrorism, but this president is going to have to make a decision on iran. predict his decision. >> i predict that he'll back down and let iran get nukes. bill: he won't do any economic sanctions? >> he will try economic sanctions. russia and china will cheat and probably block it. hugo chavez as already agreed to provide them. -- has already agreed. sanctions only work if they're tough and everybody is on board. right. >> it ain't going to work. and, bill, a president doesn't get to choose the dangerous that occur on his watch. bill: no, he has to react to them, smartly.

you say? >> you tell me. it looks like a grifter organization to me and this kid's evidently got more tapes he's going to roll out. it would appear that every office so far is a different office. i think it's like a competition between each of them who's grifting the system more. i'm proposing a new realty game show to see which office is most effective at gaming the system. we'll have judges and call it "american idle," spelled i-d-l- e. and this went, we can pick. simon can come in, paula. pick which of the acorn offices is doing the most to take the government money. it's unbelievable. bill: it is. >> we're talking about underage hookers, bill, and nobody's blinking an eye. these people have to be brought down. pulitzers. >> they're not going to get them. -- bill: they are not going to get them.

the maryland authorities saying they might arrest them. we're politely suggesting the maryland general attorney not do that. and the baltimore authorities cease and desist. there is going to be trouble. these two -- the feds won't investigate. all right? we have louisiana investigating buddy caldwell but the feds won't investigate. they know. holder knows but he's not going to investigate because it's a democratic machine. element, acorn. so these two kids take it upon themselves to go around -- the one thing that hill pointed out that's accurate is they went to a bunch of other acorn agencies that didn't do that kind of stuff. to be fair, we have to mention that, but my question is does this hurt president obama? obama has some ties to acorn because acorn supported him and he said nice things about them. but does it hurt him? >> sure it does. just the fact he's uttered the name acorn in a way that wasn't disparaging. somewhere, over the course of

the campaign -- this looks really bad and mark lamont hill can talk about the ones who didn't do it. but i am talking that there is 3 now. there's rumored to be six or seven. if you prosecute these kids instead of acorn, the maryland a.g. is going to have a fecal storm come down on him he is not going to believe. bill: that's for sure. that is right. there will be tens of thousands of people demonstrating in maryland, and talking about demonstrating, in d.c. as you know, 75,000 showed up. they called it a fiscal conservative rally. there was some anti-obama stuff in it. we covered it pretty fairly. what's your impression of it? >> listen, the nazi stuff has to stop on both sides. unless somebody has systematically liquidated six million of their fellow human beings, you got to stop tossing the nazi thing around. both sides will use it to make the other side look like lunatics. so, yes, there are some bad signs there, but i do not know.

i watched these g-7 summits, there's kids throwing people through the window. there is always a few bad a news -- bad eggs. by and large when i look at these people, you know who they remind me of? me. i'm a square. they look like squares to me and i feel like a square. at least fiscally too. certain things, defending the country. certain things i'm a libertarian about. if 80% to 75% likes their health care -- if you asked that many if they liked themselves they would say no. to try to fix this is mindless. everything the government touches goes wrong. i don't want them anywhere near it. i'm not paranoid, i've just seen a long record of ineptitude. stay away from the money. bill: i think the protests are from genuinely fearful people of the direction the country is going in. now, here is the question. are you fearful, miller of the

country or are people whipping up the fear in a way that's irrational. -- that is irrational? are you, dennis miller, fearful of the direction of the country? >> i'd have to say that when i hear there's a group who consider themselves to be patriotic taking photos of interrogators at guantanamo bay to turn them over to the enemy, yeah, i'd have to say part of me is fearful to this country. that's crazy. bill: it is and holder better get on that. yes. ok. kanye west, do you know him? have you ever met him? >> no, i haven't. i've met that type. you know? the type that's raised in this generation and that's -- thinks the world revolves around them. you see a lot of kids like that nowadays. i'll try to sneak my answers in here in between his apologies, but he knows it's hit the fan and he can only be thankful that it's hit the fan in this generation because a guy like

him can rise to the top because it's the diminished expectations of the off the top culture. -- off the rack culture. that was a horrible thing to do. she's a 17-year-old kid in the moment of her life and he plays the bully part there. you know what? in the old days he would have been shamed. we would have shunned him, put him on a list or something, you're shunned from the pack. we don't do that anymore by. -- any more. so i guess he can feel bad if he really does. but this guy has done this before. he ought to start buying some preemptive credits before he goes up a red carpet because this seems to be his m.o. like carbon credits. he's pretty insecure. yes, we heard the apology. but zip it for a while. everybody is tired of it. it's boring. even you must know at this point you've gone too far. bill: we have something else to say about mr. west in the pinheads and patriots deal. dennis miller in chicago on
