11:00 pm
we will see you tomorrow. do not forget to go to gretawire.com. make sure you check at the forum. bill o'reilly and "the o'reilly factor" is next. good night from washington, d.c. we will see you tomorrow night at 10:00 p.m. eastern. bill: "the apprentice the factor" is on. tonight -- "the o'reilly factor" is on. >> the guy that i am supposed to be working for your has got 12 girls from el salvador. bill: unbelievably. seven senators vote not to stop federal money going to a cornco, even though it is apparently a corrupt organization. we will have some tape that will
11:01 pm
make you angry. >> work in the community to try to create jobs, to bring people together. bill: what are president obama's ties to obama? and dennis millard. you may want to record this. >> it is like a fan -- it is sycophantic. bill: "the factor" begins right now. hi, i am bill o'reilly. thanks for watching us. the collapse of acorn. let's take it step by step. they are an activist organizations that have apparently received $53 million in state and local grants and other money since 1994. it was set up to help poor

people buy homes and to register people to vote, almost always for the democratic party. nine states have charged their employees with crimes, and there have been at least 30 convictions. in the year 2000, they found one of their people had embezzled close to $1 million from the organization. acorn declined to press charges. lots of money was traced to an abandoned funeral home in new orleans, and there was something to do with the seiu. a state investigation is underway. now, that is the background. here is the latest scandal, and you will not delete it. because federal authorities have not done much policing, two private citizens launched an undercover sting investigation themselves. the two posed as a prostitute and a peimp and asked to get hep
11:03 pm
for prostitution enterprise. the latest sting was in california. the young woman was posing as a prostitute. >> ok.
11:04 pm
11:05 pm
bill: why would you do that?
11:06 pm
political corruption should be a major story in america, should it not? taxpayer money should be protected, or am i wrong? however, at nbc, it is worse. they are actually making excuses for acorn. >> this may be used as entrapment, that they used hidden cameras to get this on camera. you might see this, too, as part of a larger effort to undermine president obama. president obama does not have any direct relationship with acorn, but i think that by demeaning community organizers, that is part of a way to demean president obama's biography. bill: as long as you brought it up, let's look at the obama- acorn connection.
11:07 pm
but now, acorn has been damaged, and even liberals are running for the hills. they voted to deny them federal funding. the seven senators that are supporting them are these people. do these senators understand that one of their employees was caught on tape discussing child prostitution? do the senators understand that they are in big financial trouble? at least 30 of its employees have been convicted of crimes, and tomorrow, we will report on the senators supporting acorn, because it is incredible, is it not? it should lose its tax-exempt
11:08 pm
status, and eric holder should begin an investigation. little was done to rein them in, but now, there cover has been blown, and the fed must act. political corruption on this scale cannot be tolerated in the united states of america, and that is the memo. it can be downloaded on foxnews.com. next on the rundown, a key question. why did seven senators want to fund the apparent criminal enterprise? and later, dennis miller wants a piece of acorn. diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating. that's me! can i tell you what a difference phillips' colon health has made? it's the probiotics. the good bacteria. that gets your colon back in balance. i'm good to go! phillips' colon health.
11:09 pm
11:10 pm
11:11 pm
bill: we continue now with our lead story. more possible criminal activity. with us is our fox analyst dr. marc lamont hill. and we have another guest. can you believe that they were voting not to defund them?
11:12 pm
>> of course, i can. acorn has helped to get democrats elected, including the president. they are all democrats. bill: they are all white, and they are democrats, but even democrats, even the very liberals -- i am sorry. >> that is right. you are right. you are right. but, bill, nancy pelosi blocked this bill six times on the house floor. she did not even want it for a vote. bill: when you have a situation is bad, ok, not just one bad apple, two, 30 convictions, and now this undercover video, and you are still voting to give them tax payer money, and can you imagine how angry taxpayers are? >> i would agree with you. bill: would you have voted against it? >> i probably would have voted
11:13 pm
in line with the other 83 people. but i do understand the resistance. the resistance is that they do not want to have this turned into a full-blown conspiracy against obama. i am not saying it is a conspiracy, but that is what they are operating under. bill: a. where it goes depends on the facts. i presented in the talking points memo. the only link to obama is a link from his own words, that is all. now, if more stuff comes out, just because a certain group supports you, that does not mean that you met any relationship with the group. >> bill, his own campaign -- $888,000 for a get-out-the-vote campaign. >> this is exactly why they vote this way. bill: if you were barack obama, and you knew that they were out
11:14 pm
pounding the pavement getting votes for you, when you not have given them $888,000? >> you are not supposed to promote just one candidate. bill: wait, doctor. i am talking about the spirit of it. if it is illegal, it is illegal. >> it is a non-profit organization. they did get-out-the-vote campaigns for obama. bill: if the president knew aboutovñ lawbreaking, he is in g trouble, but this is not even close to that. the argument i want to continue with here is that they could be a criminal enterprise. enterprise. it c it could be prosecuted. nine states, more than 30 people and now we have the child prostitution element. >> child prostitution? you gave a seven-minute presentation that was relatively devoid of hyperbole. >> no, i didn't, it's a fact. -- bill: no, i did not.
11:15 pm
it is a fact. >> these two actors went around to dozens if not hundreds -- bill: how do you know? >> according to their own word. according to their own words. no one seems to be disputing this, including the two undercover people. they went to multiple offices and were rejected every time. you find some low-level functionary. so you can get someone. bill: valid point, except the examples they gave are so attention. >> it is not a sensible. -- defendable. >> the girls are 15 to 18 years old. what else? >> they've had numerous indictments. part of which has been a campaign to make them look like a criminal enterprise. bill: but the doctor said he would vote to de-fund them. >> it's too messy not too. bill: i think these seven senators -- tomorrow we're going to have a report on all seven. they're in serious trouble. they're in trouble.
11:16 pm
serious trouble. because of the taxpayer anger. they're in trouble. >> plus, you're not an elected official. dr. it is sad that they know these people are breaking the law. >> we don't know that. bill: 30 of them have been convicted. 30 of them have been convicted. >> you look at any organization -- bill: fox news doesn't have 30 people convicted of crimes. >> how can you sit there and say that? bill: i got to go. on the seven senators. it will be big. mantua, doctor, thank you. -- angela. directly ahead, an actress may sue because she didn't like a gay story line on her tv show. and later, if you know kanye call him up and tell him to moments away.

[captioning made possible by fox news channel] captioned by the national captioning institute --www.ncicap.org-- congressman joe wilson. they just voted 240-179 to issue a form of disapproval of the congressman for calling president obama a liar last week it. here she is. along with lisa. -- lis wiehl. what do you care about wilson? >> i don't care about wilson at all. of the house was inappropriate and he apologized and the president accepted it and that was it. that should of been the end of it. the reason i care is because our lawmakers have a lot of important things to be dealing with right now and instead of dealing with them, they've taken up the floor to talk about to the people who were present for the comment. the target of the comment has already said apology accepted and asked on "60 minutes" whether he thought this would cause a dust-up -- see, it's turning into a big circus now.
11:21 pm
bill: and they are wasting the taxpayer's time and money. >> that's what they do best. bill: what do you say? >> i disagree you cannot call the president of the united states a liar. es a liar in an open forum like that. bill: so you feel bill: so you feel it should be reinforced 10,000 times? >> not at all. he's just getting a slap on the wrist. dollars used in this way? the integrity. bill: maintain the integrity? wait, wait, wait. maintain the integrity? is that what you just said? seven senators just voted to continue funding an-o where a -- an organization where the above representative said, hey, i'll help you set up a whore houseso we're going to maintain the integrity. >> you're talking about two behavior. justify one bad behavior with the other.
11:22 pm
bill: maintaining the integrity. >> they booed him but that's not in the jefferson manual. calling someone a liar is over the brink. bill: they can. >> where were you when pete president bush a liar. others did. they were scolded and that's it. they were said, hey, that's not appropriate. where were you then? bill: isn't it different when don't interrupt a speech. i think the interruption of the speech. >> hence the apology to president obama. she's referring to the house rule which says you cannot refer to the president of the united states as a liar. bill: i got to move ahead. >> you're giving her a pass on this. bill: what do you want me to do, hit her? i am not giving her a pass. >> what would you do? >> they should have been sanctioned as well. >> where were you? >> i would have said exactly the same thing.
11:23 pm
exactly the same thing. >> i don't remember hearing out of control. ok. we have this murder wheel new yale. -- up in yale. >> it upset me. bill: ok, ladies, i'm speaking. for a woman, going to be married. somebody murders her, puts her in the wall. to be married. the law enforcement has been talking to a guy, a lab technician. there are reports that he has defensive bruises on his chest, or marks on his chest, that he failed a polygraph. that's enough to arrest him but they're going to need d.n.a. evidence. we found out today there were bloody clothes not the victims ha also hidden away in that lab. bill: so they got him or somebody. that's good news. let's clean this up fast. this is the dopey story of the day but fascinating. the show is "one life to live." is that what the show is
11:24 pm
proofi've never seen it. >> he watches it. bill: i don't understand daytime television. >> oh, sure. bill: i don't understand your show at 9:00 in the morning. i do not understand mark hemmer. i do not know what he is doing. "one life to live." actor's been on there for 14 years. she says, you know what, i'm uncomfortable with this. i'm a very religious person and they fire her, kelly! >> you overstate her case. that is not what happened. bill: no? >> they wanted her character to react to news that he son might be gay in a light hearted way and she went in and said that's not how my character would react because a latino woman would be upset. bill: she may be right. >> who voted her the director? she is the actress. bill: she has been there 14 years. >> if you want to act you go out and act. bill: what do you say? >> i actually spoke with the actress who said she does have a
11:25 pm
major problem. she had a lawyer contact her. the lawyer said you don't have an employment contract. right there she could be fired for pretty much anything. she'd have to prove they knew about her religious beliefs and she was fired because of them. she said she reads the bible every day. she's an actress. you don't believe what they're saying, they're acting. bill: but the integrity of her character. kind of like the integrity of whatever you were talking about. both of you say this actress who was fired from "one life to live," which i've never watched, cannot sue. >> she said because of my religious beliefs as a catholic i cannot do this in good faith she might have a leg to stand on. but she said this story line does not make any sense. but saying latinos would never react this way, the writers said, don't let the door hit you on the way out. >> there may be a pattern here with other christians being fired. if the lawyer can find that maybe there's something.
11:26 pm
bill: ahead, patrick swayze will be part of the great american news quiz coming up. and dennis miller on acorn, the anti-obama d.c. protest and kanye west. we hope you stay tuned.

11:28 pm
11:29 pm
bill: there is a fascinating new book out by lieutenant colonel ralph peters. "the war after armageddon." it got a terrific review. between muslim fascists and the west, us. he joins us now. your book starts with i ron -- iran nuking israel and that's taken right out of the headlines because, iran they say is about a year away from getting a threatened israel. do you believe that the mullahs
11:30 pm
in tehran would nuke israel? >> i don't believe that the average iranian wants to nuke the nuclear retaliation. but for them chaos proceeds their version of a messiah and he and his hard core fanatics would be perfectly willing to jump-start armageddon. bill: anything is possible but i think it's more plausible and this is in your book, that they develop dirty bomb technology. they give it to terrorists who bring it to the united states and other countries, great britain. and ignite the low-level nukes to create chaos. barack obama has a decision to make and he has to make it pretty fast, on what to do with iran. because you have to assume that netanyahu and israel are going
11:31 pm
to give him some time but after a while israel is going to take action. we, israel, are going to stop this. do you see it that way? >> the iranians invented chess. our government plays checkers. they're well ahead. they've been stringing us along for almost a decade and they're perfectly willing to keep talking and talking. bill: sure, that is what they're going to do. >> yes, and the problem with israel has the capability to badly hurt and set back iran's capability. it doesn't have the capability to totally destroy it. underground. and also the worst thing could happen -- none of us want to see a military option but if it does you have to do it right. the worst thing would be to do a half-baked version. you have no not just hit the sites. you have to hit iran so hard the intelligence, early warning, navy, air defense, air force so they can't close the straits of her mewed.
11:32 pm
-- they cannot close the strait of hormuz. this is a big, business thank you. bill: that would be an amazing reaction in the world we have today. dick cheney basically said that's what he recommended president bush do, go hit them very, very badly. i don't think president obama being the type of man that he is with the type of administration that he is running would ever do that. >> i am certainly not advocating an immediate attack on iran and dr. strangelove types of things. but, bill, if every time a rogue state gets nuclear weapons, it increases, not charismatic lead but geometrically -- and arithmetically but geometrically and i truly believe if iran gets them, there's a very good chance that would use them on israel as a minimum. bill: i just can't see it but
11:33 pm
you may be right. barack obama is an interesting president because he is waging a fairly aggressive war. they just took out a big al qaeda in somalia. they're using drones like crazy in pakistan. he's going to up the troop levels in afghanistan. we talked about that last week with you. so you can't say he's soft on terrorism, but this president is going to have to make a decision on iran. predict his decision. >> i predict that he'll back down and let iran get nukes. bill: he won't do any economic sanctions? >> he will try economic sanctions. russia and china will cheat and probably block it. hugo chavez as already agreed to provide them. -- has already agreed. sanctions only work if they're tough and everybody is on board. right. >> it ain't going to work. and, bill, a president doesn't get to choose the dangerous that occur on his watch. bill: no, he has to react to them, smartly.
11:34 pm
certainly he doesn't want another terrorist attack. post 9/11, can't blame bush. he does not want another terrorist attract. with holder and the c.i.a. prosecution. bill: the war in the book. thanks for writing it and thanks for coming it. kanye west and dennis is next. the neighborhood where you get the real food. featuring a half rack of our new double-glazed baby back ribs with your choice of sauces. get one full-sized appetizer and two real entrees for just twenty bucks. it's 2 for $20. only at applebee's. introducing a breakthrough from tums that can control your heartburn for hours all day or all night. it's called tums dual action,

11:38 pm
laid out the acorn debacle. 83-7 in the senate. seven senators said we still wants to give them taxpayer money. what say you? >> i'll say you didn't leave much left. bill: know. >> -- no. >> you went after that like a flockdid you hear charlie gibson today? he had not heard of this at all? bill: i know, we used the sound bite. you know, the network news, you know how disengaged they are. look. charlie is a good guy and a good newsman. >> great guy. yes. he's got to wake up, though. pay attention to the story and not put it off on the cables. if he paid attention to this like he accuses palin of paying attention to the bush doctrine he would have known about it. bill: acorn it, there are two schools of thought, that it's an organization that is a criminal enterprise or it does some good and has rogue elements in it.
11:39 pm
you say? >> you tell me. it looks like a grifter organization to me and this kid's evidently got more tapes he's going to roll out. it would appear that every office so far is a different office. i think it's like a competition between each of them who's grifting the system more. i'm proposing a new realty game show to see which office is most effective at gaming the system. we'll have judges and call it "american idle," spelled i-d-l- e. and this went, we can pick. simon can come in, paula. pick which of the acorn offices is doing the most to take the government money. it's unbelievable. bill: it is. >> we're talking about underage hookers, bill, and nobody's blinking an eye. these people have to be brought down. pulitzers. >> they're not going to get them. -- bill: they are not going to get them.
11:40 pm
the maryland authorities saying they might arrest them. we're politely suggesting the maryland general attorney not do that. and the baltimore authorities cease and desist. there is going to be trouble. these two -- the feds won't investigate. all right? we have louisiana investigating buddy caldwell but the feds won't investigate. they know. holder knows but he's not going to investigate because it's a democratic machine. element, acorn. so these two kids take it upon themselves to go around -- the one thing that hill pointed out that's accurate is they went to a bunch of other acorn agencies that didn't do that kind of stuff. to be fair, we have to mention that, but my question is does this hurt president obama? obama has some ties to acorn because acorn supported him and he said nice things about them. but does it hurt him? >> sure it does. just the fact he's uttered the name acorn in a way that wasn't disparaging. somewhere, over the course of
11:41 pm
the campaign -- this looks really bad and mark lamont hill can talk about the ones who didn't do it. but i am talking that there is 3 now. there's rumored to be six or seven. if you prosecute these kids instead of acorn, the maryland a.g. is going to have a fecal storm come down on him he is not going to believe. bill: that's for sure. that is right. there will be tens of thousands of people demonstrating in maryland, and talking about demonstrating, in d.c. as you know, 75,000 showed up. they called it a fiscal conservative rally. there was some anti-obama stuff in it. we covered it pretty fairly. what's your impression of it? >> listen, the nazi stuff has to stop on both sides. unless somebody has systematically liquidated six million of their fellow human beings, you got to stop tossing the nazi thing around. both sides will use it to make the other side look like lunatics. so, yes, there are some bad signs there, but i do not know.
11:42 pm
i watched these g-7 summits, there's kids throwing people through the window. there is always a few bad a news -- bad eggs. by and large when i look at these people, you know who they remind me of? me. i'm a square. they look like squares to me and i feel like a square. at least fiscally too. certain things, defending the country. certain things i'm a libertarian about. if 80% to 75% likes their health care -- if you asked that many if they liked themselves they would say no. to try to fix this is mindless. everything the government touches goes wrong. i don't want them anywhere near it. i'm not paranoid, i've just seen a long record of ineptitude. stay away from the money. bill: i think the protests are from genuinely fearful people of the direction the country is going in. now, here is the question. are you fearful, miller of the
11:43 pm
country or are people whipping up the fear in a way that's irrational. -- that is irrational? are you, dennis miller, fearful of the direction of the country? >> i'd have to say that when i hear there's a group who consider themselves to be patriotic taking photos of interrogators at guantanamo bay to turn them over to the enemy, yeah, i'd have to say part of me is fearful to this country. that's crazy. bill: it is and holder better get on that. yes. ok. kanye west, do you know him? have you ever met him? >> no, i haven't. i've met that type. you know? the type that's raised in this generation and that's -- thinks the world revolves around them. you see a lot of kids like that nowadays. i'll try to sneak my answers in here in between his apologies, but he knows it's hit the fan and he can only be thankful that it's hit the fan in this generation because a guy like
