>> sean: now three weeks left until the elections there is another tight race in the state of kentucky polls show the senate match up between rand paul and jack conway remains close. recent poll has rand paul up 11 points on conway. survey usa shows the race a virtual toss up with only a two-point lead for rand paul. the numbers could shift depending on the outcome of the debate held this evening this, was the second face-to-face meeting between senate hopefuls. frank luntz was there and joining me from louisville with a special "hannity" focus group of kentucky voters is the poll sister president of the word doctors. frank? >> sean, we're going across the country trying to focus on what real voters have to say in this election campaign wex found ourselves in louisville. didn't we did watch debates,

donors. the american association of retired persons, the league of conservation voters naacp voter fund all could -- do not report their donors, barack obama ran a campaign in which he does not produce the names of donors under $250 amounting to tens of millions of dollars in donations he hid. cohave produced those names at the bush campaign did for every dollar but the voter -- the president and vice president saying if you don't do it you're a threat to democracy them refuse to produce their donors. >> it's hypocritical. isn't the purpose of the law so that that information would not be used to intimidate people? >> absolutely. and in fact it was upheld in in a 1958 case involving an attempt by the state of alabama to get voters to the
