♪ a fox urgeent. developing story in the southwestern part of our nation. new video of an eerie scene in arizona as wildfires burn uncontrolably. the governor calling it unbelievable and frightening. i am harris faulkner, we are live as fox reports tonight. fire officials have zero containment of the walo fire despite firefighters working through the night to contain it. crews tapping in resources from oregon and new york. the fire burning near the new

mexicitate line and pars of southern colorado. people in small communities forced to evacuate their homes. no serious injuries have been reported since the fire started. the walo fire is not the only one in that state. the crews in the southeastern united states is the horseshoe two fire. it has been burning since may 8th. weather conditions could kick it back up again. we are monitoring the stories and fires out of the arizona. our meteorologist maria molina will bring us the forecast including dry thunderstorms that could be a problem there. also on the fox report tonight: deadly clashes. marking 44 years to the day

syria reported the death was 20 people. reports are that may they are amassing at the border. israel won control of the golan heights and today israeli troops fired at a crew of protestors trying to break through the fence. israeli army said they were hurling fire bombs. they managed to cut through the coiled wire and go into the buffer zone. israel said syria is trying to deflect the unrest in their country. they did not keep them from reaching the fence. rena is live in jers lemm. >> hi, harris. report that is land mines exploded in the israel-syrian border in the golan heights.

a lot of attention taken on the border and here in the west bank, we have also heard as you mentioned clashes taking place. palestinians are saying all of this activity is momentum to a future palestinian state. >> the first clash began when the palestinian are marking the day and when took over the clashes continue here . and he wanted to come at the checkpoint. it is the main israeli checkpoint. they had crossed in the area only to be pushed back by israeli forces with stun grenades and tear gas.

we are getting word on the israel and syria border that palestinians tried to cross that border and israeli forces fired back despite the fact the lebanon and syria government announced they would close the border with israel to make sure they didn't cross over. >> palestinians said if the israeli government doesn't move toward creating a palestinian state, they will go to the united nations in september and ask them to declare one. >> i can imagine, it is a long day for awe all of the forces to keep it at bay. what sense are you getting there? >> that's a good question, harris. a lot of the pro palestinian protestors are saying that they are going to come increasing number and thousand by bus load and they are going to have a sit in and that the

>> arizona fighting massive wild fires. crews battling the third largest fire in the state's history. they have zero containment for the wallow fire.

144,000 acres on fire. sending smoke in new mexico and parts of southern colorado . firefighters are battling another fire in the southern part of the state. the horse shoe two fire and making it fifth largest in state history . in arizona where there is a strong need for water. in iowa the trouble is flooding. 600 people told to leave their homes after a levee was breached in missouri . south dakota water gushing through all 14 flood gates of the dam. right now it is released 100,000 cubic phot per second in the missouri river. >> hi, harris. we are watching the two big stories and drought conditions and helping to feed the wildfires and excess of water in the northern plains.
