sandusky and penn state why a former da chose not to charge of the coach when the charges of child abuse surfaced. we may never know. the da chose not to prosecute. we'll ask his nephew and family spokesman from columbus, ohio. why didn't he prosecute? >> i can't imagine he would be able to prosecute with the evidence they had. it is different than prosecuting it. and those are the guys to ask about it. but it doesn't seem like on what i saw and talked to people about there was a -- >> and what about his disappearance. you think he knew something and was -- >> if you would have asked me last week, he was declared dead this summer and if you
