of terrorism in the world. to say they are not a threat is actually mind-blowing. it means you are living in some other universe. we should be making it very clear that we are prepared, but we are prepared to use military action if f we have to use it. we should not be relying on israel and threatening with the possibility of israel doing it. we have the largest military force on earth. military force that we have is gigantic compared to iran. we should be prepared to use it to stop them from becoming a nuclear power. >> sean: shouldn't we be at the point where we have to take out that you are nuclear sites? >> i can't tell you if we are there or not. i don't have the details about how far along they are.

here is where we're not. we're not in their minds, meaning they don't believe we're going to do it. they have seen a weak president. they have seen a president that they can ridicule. we don't want to talk to you. on president that has the green movement, any other president would have supported that movement. we have dissidents. we have the situation with camp and people who oppose the regime and killed by maliki in iraq and administration doing nothing about it. >> sean: as you look at the presidential race, a lot of times we may talk about the economy but the next president, biggest challenge may be national security. you never know. where are you on the race. >> i said very nice things about newt. i said nice things about mom's. i think newt has a bolder,

stronger plan on taxes, on the economy. >> sean: can he come back? >> i don't know the answer to that. he has before. he has defied the odds before. there is a chance he can come back and there is room for a roof here. so few delegates have been won. it's looking good for romney right now but i don't think it's over. a lot can be accomplished by a good race if they discuss issues, if they talk about the things that they would do definitely than obama than attacking each other so much. we know the differences between them. the attacks that offended me the most is when romney became a democrat to attacking newt and when newt became attacking romney. attacking newt over what went on in congress which was a democratic to get back at him,

spending more money, but remember this is proportional distribution of delegates up to april 1st. in the meantime, there is no big decisive blowout and we have a handful of states, so not to last until super tuesday but they do? >> a lot of them are winner take all within each congressional district. a lot of them if you get over 50 you get all of them. some are proportional but many are not. i feeyly disagree with you on one thing. this race is turned negative and ugly. >> sean: welcome to politics? >> the guy that you have to vote for is getting attacked day and night. whether it's romney, gingrich, santorum or paul, he is getting it. barack obama is sitting there laughing his head off.

there is a petition on my website to cut out the negative campaigning. i want to get a million people to sign that petition, deluge these four candidates and say you run as long as you want but don't attack a fellow republican because that may be the only hope you are attacking. >> sean: everyone said to clinton that he played the race card on him. by november nobody is going to remember what is happening in february and march. let me go on one thing about barack obama. he has solyndra, fast and furious, he has the scandal with catholic church and free exercise clause. thousand he is using quote, jesus at prayer breakfast to justify scoping the embers of class warfare. at that point obama is making a lot of mistakes, nobody is highlighting him but all of this is going to be big by the time

what is facing the country, illegal immigration. i think conservatives should be celebrating. we've killed off the rockefeller republicans. in 2008 we had one candidate running that was pro-abortion, one candidate that didn't want to, but we have killed rockefellers all of them. on half conservative positions now. i think romney is appealing. he is gentlemanly. this that is what you need looking at reagan how he ran in 1980. it's hard to take out an incumbent presidency and the media will take any about it, non-fox media, because you have the biggest ratings in the business. now it's non-fox. but taking any economic news isn't bad news. look at him the economy. bush created 2.2 million jobs.

sharia law. this is justice of the supreme court of united states? >> and ten commandments. these are documents that have stood the test of time for a reason. the bible, couple thousand years now you are talking about the constitution that only a few hundred years old. it's not like it's arcane. >> i mean, look. there is no reason to changing but what we're seeing, divergence of philosophy about the constitution. roosevelt tried to do things but it evolved over time. there is a divergence over the constitution. i'm not surprised justice ginsberg. we know that judicial philosophy because of liberal and how they see the document. it evolves.
