need a driver's license or a personal identification card which are issued at driver's licenses facilities. right? now, one third of the counties, almost all hispanic in texas have those driver's licenses and drive a long way to do it. we're going to pay to citizens to drive and cost to do that or extend the hours that the motor vehicle department is open and both those republicans defeated and this is clearly what i said last week, this is clearly an effort to keep hispanics away from the polls. >> didn't they offer then didn't the state of texas offer, want anybody an i.d. send it to their home. >> no, because they need a picture. >> the secretary of state in georgia had a similar law and a challenge from the department of justice. today went back and because they offered to figure out any sort of way for free to get people, state issued identifications, for all sorts of things so you can live a modern life. they found there was such a small percentage the program has not been uselized.
