protests against the shooting death of trayvon martin. hundreds rallied for justice in the streets. they are calling for the arrest of george zimmerman the neighborhood watch captain accused of killing martin. martin was unarmed at the time. zimmerman has not been charged or arrested because of a state law. martin's parents speaking out. >> there is nothing we can say that can bring him back. i am here today to ensure that justice is served and no other parent has to go through this again. >> my heart is in pain, but to see the support of all of you really makes a difference. >> reverend sharpton is holding a rally at the baptist church in sanford, florida. you are looking live at capitol hill where the senate is expected to finalize a bill making it illegal for members of

to a record high. >> the president will say it is critical for getting oil from kushing to texas. it doesn't go across international line so it doesn't need presidential approval. this is a matter of the state the army corps of engineer and department of u.s. fish and wildlife services. the president trying to take credit for keystone progress is like former vice president al gore taking credit for the int et. daryl ice sis says pretty much the same thing. the problem he has is the only thing done on oil is what he has on private lands in spite of reducing oil exploration on public land. he doesn't have the credibility to say i have done all i can and the prices have still risen. he has done everything he could

business roundtable. these are the economic effect of $5 gasoline. unemployment would go back up above 9 percent. ddt would go up 1 and a half percent. many stores wouldn't do so well. harley davidson, they wouldn't do well and the boating industry would get crunched. not only do you need fuel to run the boat, you knead fuel to get to the boat. >> it effects everything across the board. the trickle down effect. the next thing is the buffet rule. >> warren buffet said to tax millionaires. the joint committee on taxation finds this rule passing millionaires would only bring in 47 billion over 11 years. that's the equivalent of 4 billion a year. honestly you might as welcome

groundwater line. want to volunteer at your kid's school soon you may not be allowed to unless you join a union. people are getting fired up about this this morning. fox business network is following this story. >> hey, patty anne we a-- patti. it depends who you talk to but parents in the district have come out with a petition against the local union saying the union threatened the district with a lawsuit to do away with any conditions funded by the booster club or staffed by volunteers. a lot of booster clubs in this town fund raise to create extra positions that the school district themselves to not supply. the parents are saying we ask that our school district give all parents at all schools the right to fund raise for conditions that are not supply by the school district but would have been necessary in our school children's education. the union is saying they are not

mistakes in your past jobs celebrate your failures is what they told us. they really appreciate that. digital marketing they made photo shop. you have seen these programs on the computer. they want to do more with movies and screaming and television that is now on the web. they are looking for people that can help them with that a thousand jobs engineers sales marketing. they have a education program. tuition reimbursement. if you are thinking about changing jobs you are not sure what it means you want to get a job at adobe you can do that that is a positive way to change careers and survive what is a rough economic downturn. >> adobe a growing company. you mentioned banking as well. pnc on your list. >> a lot of smuler regional banks have been doing awell. americans are tired of the bigger banks. they are going and getting loans and credit cards at smaller

banks like pnc. most are in the pittsburgh area. they have 1,000 positions open now. branch managers software engineers and also mortgage loan officers. we are seeing a big pick up with low interest rates in the housing market. people are going out trying to refy and get loans. a smaller name a smaller bank. another company expanding towns ford. people want to exercise. >> there is a trend recently i was doing some background work on this. there's a treentdly with gymnasium sports programs jzumb as everybody is talking about behind the scenes here. whatever that is that is in the business overall. town sports owned mostly in the northeast. new york sports club, washington sports club boston sports club. you don't need a degree to be a personal trainer. they will pay you and train you at the same time. 125 openings. they also need general managers.

captain zimmerman. he's still a free man not facing charges because of ap controversial state law that says a person can use force if they believe self defense is necessary. we are in sanford, florida. they are planning to do another rally with reverend al sharpton. steve? >> these rallies have been intensifying this week. it has been more than 3 weeks since the shooting. they will be at the small church in sanford for a rool lee at 7:00. the black panther party scheduled to be a protest at the police department. they want the arrest of the night watchman george zimmerman accused of shooting and killing 17-year-old trayvon martin. he claims self defense. they believe he was targeted because he's black. the department of justice will investigate this case and the way it was investigated it now goes in front of a grand jury in florida. the outrage is growing across the country.
