i remember growwing up as a kid. you took people who were homeless and didn't have food and no one cared if it was somehow bad or thought it was bad. he is trying to take care of the homeless and give them healthier food. give nem healthy food . done with donations is a new york city rule for many, many years. they don't take outside private food .
