>> thanks for watching "fox & friends first". >> we begin with a fox a-- fox friends first. police holding a press conference. joining us live with the details ainsley earhardt. >> police are returning back to that tucson landfill this morning as they ramp up the search for that missing arizona girl. her name is isabel celis. her parents say they last that you their 6-year-old on friday night in her bedroom. when they went to wake her up saturday morning she was gone. they asked the family to leave the home after dogs picked up something inside the house. police wouldn't say what it was exactly. >> detectives are still conducting their investigation here at the scene. they are continuing their service of the search warrant that would begin earlier today. that has been a rather exhaustive process. >> isabel's parents have been cooperating with police.

primaries. one of them pennsylvania a battle ground state in the presidential election. voters head to the polls today for the gop primary it will be viewed as a dry run for mitt romney. he is expect to do win there. connecticut, dell wear, new york are also holding primaries. newt gingrich may drop out thife does poorly in delaware. >> former aid claims he was the father of edward's daughter with rielle hunter is back on the stand today. a wealthy campaign donor promised to do everything possible to get edwards into the oval office. the nearly $1 million from the donor was not a campaign contribution and was never -- or was used to cover up the affair but not for political reasons. it was a private gift, young handled the money even using that money to build a house for himself. young is getting immunity in exchange for his testimony. john edwards facing 30 years behind barps if he is convicted

of using campaign donations to cover up that affair with hunter. the columbian prostitute scandal involving secret service members may now extend to the obama administration. michaels saying quote first it was the secret service now there may be some activity by white house staff. we hear the person under investigation is a member of the communications industry. jay carney insists the latest person implicated is not a member of the white house staff. as general council review found no misconduct by white house staffers. congressman mica will be here to talk about the investigation into the gsa's massive spending spree. >> the extradition process for joran vander mroemploying is no underway for trying to export money from natalie hollow ways mother. he is the mane suspect in the disappearance of natalee

will drive sooner than expected. the social security and medicare finances for the retirement program for being hit hard. that could result in president obama having a tough time with senior citizens. trustees with social security and medicare say the disability trust fund which helps 11 million americans will run dry in 2016. that is two years sooner than expected. that short fall will be covered by social security retirement trust fund for a while but both trust funds will be depleted by 2033, three years earlier than projected. the projections in this we're's report are some what more pessimistic than last. these emphasize the reports on building consensus and reforms that put them on a sounder financial footing. >> top administration officials say there is some what better news out there that is the trustees found medicare has gone

broke in 2024 which is only good news in the sense that dire prediction is unchanged from last year. the white house is taking aim at house republicans and budget chairman paul ryan's plan to change medicare. well, part of why it hasn't worked yet is because republicans in congress refuse to accept the basic premise we need to take a balanced approach in the debt reduction. they are telling the american people through the republican budget that we need to dramatically cut taxes on the wealthyest americans dramatically and will pay for that in large part by gutting discretionary spending programs innovation and basic research in infrastructure and by ending welfare -- i mean medicare as we know it. >> everything is political with this administration. everything is designed around the elections and increasingly so you are start to go see that with things that you are highlighting. the bigger problem with medicare is this president doesn't have a problem to save it.

a primary day in a lot of states including pennsylvania. how are things looking for folks there? >> it looks much better. the snowstorm is winding down today. i wanted to show you how much snow we picked up from this storm system yesterday. it is really incredible. if you take a look at the total almost 2 feet of snow. 22.2 inches of snow fell out there incredible stuff and unheard of for the month of april. we picked up up to 10 inches of snow. a lot of cleanup will take place out there today. it will be improving today. pennsylvania we are not really looking at much more in the way of accumulating snowfall. another inch or two could fall down from lingering snow showers. most of that will be in portions of up state new york and across northern new england. otherwise out west i know most of you are still sleeping out there. it has been warm and it will be another warm one out there today. if you take a look at the high temperatures 94 will be a high

in phoenix. that's a cool down where you have been in triple digits. as we head northward upper 80s in rapid city north dakota. it will be warmer in rapid city than places in florida. incredible weird stuff going on in april. here is a look at the storm system across the northeast winding down not looking for much in the way of heavy rainfall. but on the backside of this system lingering snow showers and some of that also making it down off lake erie and portions of pennsylvania. looking good as you are at the national airport. southeast looks good. the only problem out there is it is a bit on the cool side. 85 degrees, warm out -- cool out east, warm out west. rob blieven, remembin leach?

you were four years ago? chances are that you are not. joining us now to breakdown the numbers from fox business network diane mess said doe. >> depends what numbers ryou ar looking at. based on the numbers available it is true or close to it. official data on household income is only updated through 2010. but according to the data from the census bureau and moodies median household income because 54,797 dollars when president obama took office in 2009. as of the last quarter in 2011 it was 52,377 dollars. that shows an income drop of 4,222 dollars. it is bad but not quite as bad as romney keeps mentioning. you could argue it is better to use the quarter before the president took office in which case you get a decline of 3,002

>> 58 after the hour. let's take a look at the good, the bad and the ugly. first, the good. what are the odds of this? an incredible lucky woman from virginia won the lottery twice in one day. she had two powerball tickets matching five of the six winning numbers. each ticket worth a million bucks. she's now $2 million richer before taxes, of course, and next, the bad. a man pretends to be an auditor to rob a dunkin donuts in florida. when he tries to make a run for it, a group of good samaritans chases him down grabbing him by the tie and holding him in the parking lot until cops arrive. finally the ugly. a 25-year-old texas woman busted for drunk driving. how? she slammed into a police van. the officers were actually on the side of the road dealing with another drunk driver at the time. >> wow. hope no one was hurt there.
