judge said to one of the detainee, stop. stop. put your shirt back on or you will be escorted from the courtroom. from our vantage point we could not see which detainee it was but it seems to fit a pattern today of frustrating and also delaying the process here. >> all that going on. then you had witnesses there. some of the 9/11 families themselves in court. >> well that's right. there were 6, 9/11 family whose traveled down to guantanamo ba bay, cuba earlier this week. they were in the courtroom with us but there is a long blue curtain that separates the families from the reporters so we can't see them directly but through most of the hearing there was this virtual silence. i could see upped the curtain at times. some of the family tapping their feet. and it was also clear in court today that this was a decision by the 9/11 suspects not to answer the questions because when they were on their recess you could see the men talking to each other and passing messages to each other and even laughing in
