things of importance. he said they are not attacking private equity. he said success at that does not qualify you to be president. if you are private equity executive what you are trying to do is maximize the profits of your shareholders. you have to look at all of the people who may be out of a job. you can argue different things about whether he has been good about people or whether it should be equity investing with federal money. the point being that is an area where i think at thats nit is n good to go after obama's record. what they are saying about it is fair and balanced is another matter. we will be hearing more about it at this moment the romney people better be ready. >> brit hume referring to solyndra. weather update with maria molino who has more on the

temperatures. >> good morning ainsley and heather. temperatures aren't too bad on the eastern part of the country. 57 in cleveland, 64 in rale leigh, north carolina. how muddy it is and how much rain some areas could get over an inch in the northeast. as you head further they are south thunderstorms in the afternoon hours. through the afternoon hours you can see we have moisture. the reason for it is we have the slow boundary stretching from the north east down to the south. ahead of it we had the showers and thunderstorms and relatively warm temperatures from new york city a lot of cloud cover up into portions of connecticut and boston. you could be seeing delays at the airport. as we head south we have one area of showers and thunderstorms across portions of alabama. those will continue to track
