>> mother nature unleashing powerful storms. 200 thousand people in ohio, new york and pennsylvania in the dark with no power. take a look at this home video. in muncie, pennsylvania capturing what some believe was a tornado. the storm bringing on heavy downpours and high winds that up rooted trees. the share raves office in pennsylvania confirming a woman was killed when a tree smashed down on top of her car. she was trying to seek shelter while at a camp site. a man was not inside of a home when a tree came down. a possible tornado in elmira, new york. winds at 60 miles an hour. hospitals have been put on disaster status. the national weather service headed to the area to see if it was an actual terrorister. people saw blinding rain and hail. people saw flash flooding and

jerk is irrelevant to the question of whether we like in america. >> independent and undecided schroeders are going -- voters to play a big part. now to stories you can bank on this morning. some analysts are calling the forecast for today's gdp report ugly. here to explain lauren simonetti from fox business network. ugly indeed not the best reference. >> we get our first glimpse of how much the u.s. economy has hit the breaks. gdp is the largest economic activity. it will cover the april to june period. economists have been sharply downgrading expectations in growth in recent months. most will come in at 1 and a half percent down from 1.9 percent last quarter and 3 percent at the end of last year. indeed a slow down.

by republicans in capitol hill chris crane referred to so called creamers illegal immigrants who would be covered under the proposed dream act. all the illegal immigrants have to say now is they would be qualified even though congress hasn't passed the law. if the inmate tends to be a dreamer claiming deportation or arrest they are accepting that claim and no other proof is required to substantiate the alien meets the criteria of the new administration policy. at this point we don't understand why they even have criteria at all as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien. we believe significant numbers of people who are not dreamers are taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest. for their part the immigration and customs enforcement agency says they are just prioritizing here focusing only on illegal immigrants who
