close knit group and others just aren't so suited just to being on their own .7 on their own.7 >> yeah, we spoke about that in depth, actually. we spoke about being part of that, you know, of an organisation being part of a group and bouncing off each other. and when you had a bad day, your team member, you know, would lift you up and be there for you. and i suppose when i talk about that isolation, it's exactly that. but also, you know, the identity as well. you know, the identity as well. you know, not only have you lost that, that camaraderie or that that, that camaraderie or that that team dynamic, but you've also lost your identity because ultimately what you're doing without even realising it. you know, when that boyband broke up, they're all competing against each other. you know who's going to get the next the next record deal .7 who's going to next record deal? who's going to get the next sponsorship? why? why is that person getting it and why is that person not getting it ? so i suppose you getting it? so i suppose you know, once you you leave that group as well, you become competitors. so you've got to really look at things like in that, in that light as well,
