on board when the vessel went down, leaving many stranded in the water. labour peer lord alli is facing fresh criticism after reports revealed four minor breaches in the registration of his interests. the house of lords commissioner for standards found that he failed to register himself as an unrated director of foundation and neglected to maintain accurate records for a company he controlled. however, the commissioner deemed the minor requiring only a letter of apology, which lord alli has provided. in his letter, he acknowledged the breaches and said he regrets the oversight . said he regrets the oversight. now, two survivors of the manchester arena bombing have won their high court harassment case against a former tv producer who claims the attack was staged . martin hibbert and was staged. martin hibbert and his daughter eve, who suffered life changing injuries, sued richard hall after he published videos and a book alleging the

bombing was a hoax. mr hall claimed his actions, including filming eve outside her home, were in the public interest as a journalist and that millions of people have bought a lie about the attack. however, the court ruled in their favour, dismissing hall's claims as unfounded and sir keir starmer insists his relationship with donald trump is intact despite claims labour interfered in the us election. trump's campaign filed a complaint accusing labour of illegally supporting kamala harris. citing meetings between senior labour officials and her team, starmer dismissed the claims, stating labour members are in the us voluntarily as they've done in previous elections. he emphasised his personal rapport with trump, recalling their meeting in new york, and said he'll work with whoever becomes the next us president. the complaint remains under review by us federal election officials . by us federal election officials. those are the latest gb news

campaign for kamala harris in critical battleground states, including pennsylvania . well, including pennsylvania. well, prime minister sir keir starmer has dismissed claims of interference and insists labour members are in the us voluntarily, as they've done in previous elections. well, nigel farage, of course, he's campaigned for donald trump previously, not least this year. and for years back. this is what he had to say earlier on. >> gb news when ellie costello asked if he was being a bit of a hypocrite by slamming labour. >> when i've been spoken, by the way, i spoke in 2016 at a major trump rally and i did say, now i know it would be wrong of me to tell you how you should vote, but this is what happened in brexit. never underestimate, you know, the fact that actually the polls can be wrong and i wasn't paid to do this. here's the point. the labour party today are trying desperately to backtrack by saying people will be going at their own personal cost. well, you know, airfares to america right now are very,

very expensive. there was no mention of that in the original advertisement at all. >> okay. joining me now is gb news political correspondent olivia utley. olivia, i've used this analogy before when it comes to labour scandals. in the first 100 days, but it seems like comical. ali from baghdad. the tanks are rolling in. nothing to see here and sir keir starmer says everything's fine. i'm not sure what the fuss is about. >> well, it is all a little bit awkward for keir starmer. he has made a statement and so has angela rayner. and they both say that because these activists were volunteering in their own time and were not funded by the labour party, there was nothing untoward about it. and it is true that in recent elections there have always been a number of labour activists going out to america to campaign for the democratic party. the question and this is what the official body will be examining is whether any of these activists paid over a thousand euro dollars for their plane tickets
