>> ben. thank you. it'sjust >> ben. thank you. it's just gone. 3:00 these are your headunes gone. 3:00 these are your headlines from the gb newsroom. child serial killer lucy letby has lost her high court bid to challenge her conviction for the attempted murder of a baby girl. the 34 year old, who was found guilty of attempting to kill a newborn known as child k, was seeking permission to appeal against the conviction, claiming media coverage had to led overwhelming prejudice. however, three senior judges in london three seniorjudges in london rejected her application. the nurse is already serving 14 whole life orders for the murders of seven babies and the attempted murders of six others. today's ruling marks her second unsuccessful appeal attempt, following a similar dismissal in may regarding her earlier convictions. gb news reporter sophie reaper is outside the court in london. >> it started today with his defence barrister benjamin myers kc, taking to the stand to set out exactly what their
