here's katie bowen. >> martin, thank you very much. it's just gone. 3:00. these are your latest headlines . the your latest headlines. the fallout from rachel reeves budget continues as the government faces backlash over increasing inheritance tax for farmers. farmers across the uk are set to gather in london for are set to gather in london for a rally against the government's agricultural policies, which they say put the future of family farms at risk and threaten food security. the nfu is organising the rally, which will take place on the 19th of this month. fears have grown that labour's tax and spend budget will fail to boost growth , budget will fail to boost growth, with bonds, shares and the value of the pound all falling. nfu president tom bradshaw says the government's decision to limit inheritance tax relief on agricultural property to the first million pounds of assets threatens family farms. it's been described as a closure of the minds moment. here's what one farmer told gb news this morning . morning. >> we're doing this to produce

spending for the rest of this parliament to spain. >> now, where rescue teams are continuing to search for bodies after flash flooding swept through large areas of the country. the spanish government has now confirmed 205 deaths. crews are continuing to search for bodies and stranded cars and buildings following the flash floods, as authorities deal with the worst flooding in the country in decades. dozens of people are still missing. spain's prime minister announced the area will be declared a disaster zone . the teenager, who disaster zone. the teenager, who stabbed 15 year old hollie newton to death in northumberland, has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 17 years. 17 year old logan mcphail followed ex—girlfriend hollie through hexham town centre in january last year before attacking her. a 16 year old boy, who was with hollie at the time and tried to help her, was also stabbed, leaving him with several injuries which needed surgery. mcphail was found guilty of murder and wounding with intent in august. he initially couldn't be identified, but earlier this

month a judge changed that decision because he turns 18 on the 19th of december. gb news can confirm that an afghan migrant who appeared to threaten nigel farage over social media has been detained by uk authorities. matthew laza was detained by immigration officers in dover yesterday. a scotland yard spokesman has confirmed that detectives investigating threats to kill an mp are now liaising with colleagues from border force. the detention comes as gb news can reveal around 800 migrants on small boats have crossed illegally from france in just two days. the latest arrivals take the total to just a few hundred away from 31,000 for the year so far. that figure is already more than 1200, ahead of the number who crossed during the whole of last yeah crossed during the whole of last year. a man has been arrested following a burglary at england cricket captain ben stokes's home in county durham. police have said this afternoon. stokes said his wife and two children were at their house in castle
