conservative government. rather than take responsibility, they've just been talking to each other and with more division and chaos and infighting . as this leadership infighting. as this leadership election has played out. >> now it's understood police investigating historical sex offence allegations against actor and comedian russell brand have handed a file of evidence to the crown prosecution service. a statement from the metropolitan police said following an investigation by channel four's dispatches and the sunday times in september 2023, the met received a number of reports of sexual offences between 2006 and 2013 from women in london and elsewhere in the country. russell brand has denied all of the allegations made against him, and said his relationships were always consensual . now, just three days consensual. now, just three days remain until us election day and both republican presidential candidate donald trump and democrat kamala harris are hitting the american south, continuing to make their closing arguments to voters. donald

trump has made a pitch to voters in north carolina this evening as the race for president nears its end . will trump accused the its end. will trump accused the democrats of a coup for heaping pressure on joe biden to drop out of the race in july? biden's exit made way for kamala harris, while donald trump said, i think joe might have done better. meanwhile, harris, who's been speaking at a campaign event in atlanta, georgia, today, says trump is increasingly unstable, obsessed with revenge , consumed obsessed with revenge, consumed with grievance. and she also said he's out for unchecked power . and covent garden's power. and covent garden's famous christmas tree has been handpicked and freshly harvested ahead of this year's festive season for the 15th consecutive yeah season for the 15th consecutive year. the 55 foot norwegian spruce christmas tree was chosen from woods farm, a 200 acre festive forest near solihull in the west midlands. wood's farm, also supplies festive trees to other notable locations such as downing street and windsor castle . and those are the latest castle. and those are the latest gb news headlines. for now, i'm

that isn't. he's unpredictable. he's undisciplined, he's mad. and he's probably the only narcissist in the world that would admit to being a narcissist. he'd probably be flattered by the description. no, i'd much rather have fearless florida governor ron desantis in the white house. a war hero who governed by his freedom loving principles during the pandemic , pushing back on the pandemic, pushing back on covid lockdowns, mask mandates and vaccine tyranny, delivering great outcomes for the sunshine state and a fraction of the economic and societal damage . economic and societal damage. but you don't choose, do you? who goes on the ballot paper? and if it's harris versus trump, then for me, it's trump all day long. he'll close the border. so far, upwards of 11 million people have entered the united states illegally over the last four years. it's so bad. it's like the spanish armada compared to our current problems in the

channel. trump will tackle the poison of woke ideology , which poison of woke ideology, which sees young children at elementary school being asked whether they're a boy or a girl. today and told to hate america and its past. and told to hate themselves if they have the wrong skin colour. the democratic party seems to be in the bosom of the military industrial complex, where war has proved mightily profitable, not to mention the pharmaceutical industry and their frothing enthusiasm for their frothing enthusiasm for the jab. trump will seek an end to the carnage in ukraine by reaching out to both parties , reaching out to both parties, knocking heads together. and as is befitting the author of the art of the deal, getting a peace deal across the line. the safety of the world is probably the biggest argument for a trump presidency , given that he was presidency, given that he was the first occupant of the white house in decades. not to start a

single conflict. and in fact, it was his idea for america to withdraw from afghanistan in the first place, although he would have done it far better than the catastrophic way that it happened under the increasingly confused joe biden, who, let me tell you, he's back in the news filmed this week biting the ankles and legs of children at a halloween celebration. well, it beats sniffing their hair or discussing their sex life. i suppose. discussing their sex life. i suppose . terrifying that he is suppose. terrifying that he is still president. so there are all sorts of practical reasons as to why trump should prevail over kamala. but what trumps all of those policy issues is principles . although trump principles. although trump spends a lot of the day thinking about himself, he has demonstrated that his other great love, alongside his reflection in the mirror is the united states of america. he loves his own country as a self—made billionaire. he didn't need to be president. who wants

to go through all of that hassle? and since his four years in charge, in which he grew the economy and reached out to tyrants like kim jong un of nonh tyrants like kim jong un of north korea and president xi of china, the guy is being compared to hitler, a profound insult to jews who perished in the holocaust, as well as being a lie. trump has been dragged through the courts, suffered multi—million dollar fines. he's been impeached. or at least they tried. and his ongoing liberty is still not a given. oh, and as a result of being characterised as the devil incarnate by most of the us media, he has suffered at least two assassination attempts. but his response after taking a shot to his right ear in pennsylvania was to look for his shoes, get back on his feet and tell his supporters that he will fight, fight, and tell his supporters that he will fig
