been accused. she's not allowed to know the tweets. she's not allowed to know who is accusing her. >> sorry. >> sorry. >> the victim. who is the victim? the victim has to be an accuser. otherwise they're not anyway. and it's not a crime. >> but it is a crime. and to make it even more complicated. elon musk has now tweeted about this. he's obviously very critical of what he sees as a labour government's crackdown on free speech and yet he is now a member, or soon will be, of the us government commenting on free speech in the uk. i mean, it's a mess, a plot twist, it's a it's a complete mess. >> it's actually deeply concerning. if, i mean, i suppose i'd almost rather live in a country where we all knew what the rules were, even if the rules were ridiculous and tight and overbearing and statist at least knowing what the rules, what you were allowed to say and what you were allowed to say and what you're not allowed to say. in this instance, it looks like you don't even know what you're not allowed to say, but any rules that are based on what you might call an abstract noun like what is hate, what is love, are just purely in the eye of the
