pet, with some estimating that there are as many as 100,000 of these xl bully dogs currently in these xl bully dogs currently in the country. now, as we learnt from the dangerous dogs act, banning certain breeds doesn't seem to work as loopholes are exploited. personally, my mind is open on that one. i don't think that these dogs should be bred or sold whatsoever, but enforcement is difficult and if so, why not place the emphasis on the owner? if your dog seriously harms someone , seriously harms someone, especially if it's a known dangerous breed , then you should dangerous breed, then you should go to jail. if you own a dangerous animal, quite frankly, you should be in the doghouse and face rough justice. at the moment, the rules are barking mad . i'm really unhappy about mad. i'm really unhappy about these xl bully dogs that are around. you see them in the
