everyone. and it's just vodka, rum like everyone goes back in the uk. >> the family of a woman found deadin >> the family of a woman found dead in a car boot in london have paid tribute to her. in a statement, the family of 24 year old birla said you left this world, but you are still in our hearts and will always be there. it comes after detectives investigating the murder released a new cctv image of her on the night police believe she was killed. the image shows birla walking in the area around the corby boating lake in northamptonshire on sunday, the 10th of november. she is seen in the picture with her husband pankaj lamba, who has been described by police as the prime suspect in the investigation. an international manhunt to find the 23 year old continues. detectives suspect he has fled the country. in other news, the ofgem energy price cap has been announced this morning and it's bad news for households. the regulator has revealed that as of january 1st, the energy bills

are on average. the average household will increase by 1.2%, a rise of £21. given the 10% hike in october and the cuts to pensioner fuel allowance. the news of a further rise this morning will likely come as a blow to many across the uk. earlier, lib dem leader sir ed davey put pressure on the government to support those who needit government to support those who need it most. >> energy bills have already too high. the idea they're going up even further is just outrageous. we don't want these energy bills going up any further, and we must bring back the winter fuel payment for pensioners. it's really cold at the moment. i'm really cold at the moment. i'm really worried that there will be millions of pensioners not putting on their heating because of the reduction and the abolition of the winter fuel payment. >> and as storm babet approaches, many around the uk have experienced freezing temperatures overnight. the storm is set to reach the uk tomorrow, with the met office predicting it will bring heavy rain, strong winds and disruptive snow across the
