>> hello there and merry christmas! coming up on the saturday night showdown, remember trump said, they're eating the cats. they're eating the dogs. well, in britain, are they eating the swans? footage emerged this week of a man taking a swan from a london park. we're not sure if he wants it as a pet or if he's saving money on a christmas turkey. we'll show you that in a moment. and as germany suffers another mass killing at the christmas markets by a middle eastern immigrant, the outrage seems to be deflected towards the far right. and elon musk, who don't want mass immigration. we were told that we need immigration because we need doctors. this guy apparently was a doctor. we ask, has the experiment in mass immigration and multiculturalism failed and the nhs calendar of events for staff to recognise in 2025 has been released, and it includes 351 awareness days, awareness weeks and awareness months for things like transgender parent day,

pansexual and panromantic awareness and visibility day, intersex day of solidarity, transgender day of remembrance and national coming out day, and international pronouns day. and there's genderfluid awareness day as well. listen, the only gender fluid the nhs should be deaung gender fluid the nhs should be dealing with should be mopped up, mopped up by an orderly. if they have to celebrate all that, will nurses knees buckle under the weight of their badges? and will doctors have any time to actually do any health care? this is your saturday night showdown. discussing all tonight's topics with me are my brilliant panel. joining me tonight are dating guru kezia noble and the comedian nicholas de santo. but first, let's get your latest

initial reports were that a car had driven itself into the crowd, raising concerns that this could be a self—driving car gone haywire. but no, this car was apparently driven by a real person saudi asylum seeker taleb al abdul—mohsen. newspaper headunes al abdul—mohsen. newspaper headlines then started claiming the attacker is an anti—islamist who supports israel, and they've said the attacker was a sympathiser with the afd. that's germany's far right party who want to restrict immigration. and the media has also blamed the far right for exploiting the attack to criticise islam and immigration, although i'm not sure the people saying maybe we shouldn't import people who keep killing us are far right. is anyone worried about the far right? i'm not sure. the diversity barriers designed to stop car attacks like this are there because of the far right. elon musk came under fire because he's voiced support for the afd, germany's far right party, tweeting only the afd can save germany. but has musk got a

point? voters are being pushed towards the afd because they appear to be the only party who will do what the voters want. now i'm joined tonight by dating expert kezia noble and the comedian nicholas de santo. now people keep criticising the afd, saying they're disgusting. they hark back to the nazis, but other parties don't seem to be offering a solution to this. kezia, there is no alternative anymore. >> you know, we've tried. germany has also tried with the sort of much more in the middle. well, parties that say they're centre right. they're not doing anything about immigration. so this is a reaction. this is just simply a reaction to i mean, this is not the first time this has happened in germany. >> no, there have been some horrific attacks and similar attacks like this in 2016. i believe there was one in which 13 people died. and i mean, i'm just amazed that people are still willing to sacrifice children and women and children and innocent people on the altar of multiculturalism to say, you know, one day this is all going
8:08 pm
to work out. one day the attacks are going to stop. >> i think multiculturalism was working to a certain point until we started letting in a lot of men from a particular area of the world. we have to be honest about that. you know, multiculturalism has always had its ups and downs, but this is serious now. this is children being killed on our streets. and this man, a lot of people are saying, oh, but he was he was a right wing sympathiser. well, why didn't he attack a mosque? >> yeah. >> yeah. >> i mean, make it make sense for me, please. >> yeah. his actions don't don't augn >> yeah. his actions don't don't align with what's being said about him. nicholas. which is one of the things that, you know, i can't get my head around. people are saying people are so quick to jump to blame, you know, the far right. because he's he's tweeted before in support for the for the a f d. but this guy doesn't seem to be doing you know, anything that you know, a supposedly far right person would be doing. he's behaving in the same manner as previous islamist attacks. yeah, exactly. >> i mean, you need to judge him
8:09 pm
by what he's done. not by any presumably pro afd previous tweets. the thing is, the media, just like mainstream parties, are totally in denial. and that's why people go towards the likes of afd. and by the way, what what does far right mean? any, any way, anyone to the right of boris johnson nowadays is far right. you say we want to control our borders and we don't want to become a minority in our own ancestral homelands? and please do not groom and rape our little girls. and they call you far right. or as some of our far right. or as some of ou
