square in favour of a sculpture dedicated to dead trans sex workers. sadiq khan has been about as good for london as novichok is for the nervous system. his knighthood is a reward for failure. let's get our thoughts from our panel this evening. we are, of course, joined by journalist and broadcaster esther krakow. we've also got political commentator alex armstrong and former labour minister bill rammell, who i think is going to have his work cut out tonight. esther sadiq khan, a knighthood for failure. >> well, just in principle, i don't agree with giving sitting politicians a knighthood. it's inherently political, and i think it's the last thing that the labour party needs. i mean, at the moment the country just looks at the labour party as if you're one of their client groups, if you're a unionist, or if you're a union or if you're a train driver, you're fine. but if you're everything else, you're not. and i don't think this is a good look for the labour party in particular. i think if any one else, if any other politician, particularly a conservative politician, had sadiq khan's track record on london. s&p, every other party out there would be shouting it
