kimmy, ticker says 170,000. kimmy, are you watching on the live stream? did we deliberately fiddle it so that it happened during my speech? did it? hell. it's happening, folks, because this party is on the march. >> well, that follows claims from kemi badenoch that reforms onune from kemi badenoch that reforms online membership figures are fake. that's despite several news outlets now reporting the membership data is, in fact, accurate. farage told supporters he was offended by accusations of being a fraudster, saying that he's never been dishonest and will never be. he also ianed and will never be. he also invited supporters to an event later this month to prove the numbers are real, adding that her criticism had fuelled a surge in new members. well, the chairman of the reform party, zia yousef, claimed that over 46,000 people joined the party in late december alone and credited badenoch comments for making the party the talk of the western world.

>> we all know that we should be very grateful to kemi. we should be very, very grateful to the leader of the tory party because in the preceding 24 hours of her ill advised outburst, reform uk signed up more members than in any 24 hour period in our entire history. so can we please give a big reform round of applause to kemi badenoch? >> in other news tonight, the prince of wales says he and his wife, princess catherine, are shocked and saddened by the death of his former nanny's stepson. that was in a vehicle attack in new orleans. 31 year old edward pettyfer was one of 14 people killed when a pickup truck ploughed through crowds on new year's day, injuring at least 35 others. his majesty the king has also offered his personal condolences to the pettifer family, who say edward was a wonderful son, and added that they are devastated by the loss. meanwhile, police in the united states say the suspect, shamsuddin jabbar, also fired

>> it appears britain is a safe haven for paedophiles. and i'm not just talking about pakistani rape gangs. what kind of society lets a bebe? bbc news anchor walk free from court after possessing child abuse images involving kids as young as nine. yet in prisons, a bloke who sold dodgy streams of premier league football matches. this is sunny candour of halifax in west yorkshire. he was just banged up for two years for depriving the likes of bt sport, sky and disney of more than £100,000 by selling illegally modified tv fire stick devices. now, clearly that's something i'd not condone, even if tv firms these days are absolutely fleecing fans with their subscriptions. but is it any wonder people think we have two tiered justice when the likes of canada get two years in the slammer and child abusers are allowed to walk free? in fact, child abusers get such a soft touch from the law that it's hardly surprising. mass child rape gangs were allowed to run riot for years with their very existence today, as we've seen this week, still being denied by some apologists.

dozens of paedophiles caught with the most severe child abuse images are walking our streets right now without serving a day in jail. huw edwards, of course, was given a six month suspended sentence after admitting three charges of possessing indecent images of children as young as seven in some cases. now, judges can dish out three year sentences for possessing category a images, the worst of their kind, like huw edwards had, but instead they routinely offer rehab programs or community orders. look at this bloke here, 45 year old timothy johnson, hiding behind a face mask. he admitted possessing 3000 abuse images at bournemouth crown court in october. he was given a 12 month suspended sentence. this is 57 year old stuart pettifer. he made and distributed images of children, some as young as five, being abused. he had 14 cat images, but was given an eight month suspended sentence after his solicitor told the court his client had been having intimacy issues in his marriage. and this monster is 38 year old mark

bullen. take a good look at him. he was found in possession of 3500 photos and videos in what one police officer described as one police officer described as one of the worst cases of his career. he had 556 category a images, but got a 15 month suspended sentence 15 months when his barrister said bullen had learning difficulties. this pervert is doctor ross canady. he's a 53 year old child psychologist who did work at the tavistock gender clinic. of course he did. he was given a 12 month suspended sentence for grooming, who he thought was a 15 year old schoolboy. he spoke with the lad about having sex in a park and five days later tried meeting up with him, only to find out the boy was actually a paedophile vigilante group. i could literally sit here for the next two hours and keep those examples coming. they go on and on, after, being spared jail, all while we're banging up blokes who sell dodgy tv fire sticks, and even those who posted words and memes on the internet during the riots. in fact, the national crime agency last year raised the alarm that

eight out of ten people in the uk, caught with indecent images of children have avoided going to jail. eight out of ten. and sometimes these people aren't making it to court at all. because in a gb news exclusive, our national reporter charlie peters, he's revealed a rotherham grooming gang survivors being forced to wait almost two years for trial after one of her alleged rapists was charged last year. she was first abused by pakistani rape gangs in south yorkshire when she was just 11 years old, and after waiting 20 years for an investigation, she told gb news today about the pain of further delays to achieving justice. i say a country that doesn't protect its children is a country that's very, very sick indeed. two tier britain isn't just a meme anymore, it's our dark reality. i'll get the thoughts of my panel in just a moment, but i'm joined first by co—founder of parents against grooming uk, billy howarth. billy good evening. thank you for joining me. appreciate your company. you're born and bred in rochdale, infamous, of course, for its own grooming gang

scandal. do we have. can i ask you two tier justice for child abusers in the uk? >> absolutely, absolutely. i agree with everything you said with the court sentencing. i'm seeing with cases i'm involved with, where 99% of these people who were downloading images of children category are walking out of court. someone who's posted something on facebook is doing two years in jail. so you know. yeah, that that to me is to justice. and of course with the grooming scandal here in rochdale as well as the norview scandal in rochdale, there seems to be a politically two tiered justice at play here in rochdale. >> so do you think this is just a coincidence? we've got the grooming a coincidence? we've
