three teenagers have died and a fourth man has suffered life threatening injuries after a car hit a tree near wakefield in west yorkshire. they were travelling near the village of west bretton when it left the road and crashed on friday night. the 18 year old driver and 219 year old passengers died. two other men were taken to hospital. one is said to be in a critical condition. farmers from across the uk have been staging a national day of unity in a bid to protect the sector. it comes as pressure mounts on the government to halt the controversial inheritance tax laws that could see some forced to sell their farms. the national union has warned that many farmers are at breaking point and can't afford the bills. >> farmers are on their knees, they can't pass their farms to their children. they're already struggling to make ends meet. we have more suicides for farmers and for individual workers than pretty much any profession. they struggle with poverty. they

your questions. our first question comes from julie ford about the renter's rights bill. >> my panel, julie ford here. so my question is on the renters rights bill, particularly the fact that the new amendment means tenants will not have to pay means tenants will not have to pay rent before they sign a tenancy agreement, but the landlord will be obliged to have to let the tenant move in, even if they do not pay rent. do you think this will increase or decrease homelessness for the future? thanks very much. >> oh, i think this is going to massively increase homelessness. julie, the marginal landlord who isn't making a lot of money, is just going to leave the market altogether. >> and i'm currently selling the little flat that i had that used to be my son's. and the renters rights bill is going to destroy the rental market and push up rents, because there'll be fewer properties and homelessness, as juue properties and homelessness, as julie says, she's absolutely right. >> so it prices people out of the market.
