also brings a risk of ice the best of the brightness likely to the far northwest of scotland. but it will also eventually brighten up across parts of devon and cornwall too. for many, it is going to be a chillier day, but starting to turn slightly milder across parts of the southwest, particularly by the afternoon. so to end the day on saturday, then plenty of clear skies

across the southwest, so likely seeing quite a nice sunset. but that's where it's going to turn chilly overnight. likely to see some patchy frost elsewhere. there's plenty of cloud around, so quite a murky evening on offer. low clouds, some outbreaks of rain and drizzle and still a risk we could start to see some snow, particularly around north sea coasts, mainly across high ground, though we could see some flurries to lower levels to plenty of clear skies to the north—west of scotland. here, once again we're likely to see some patchy frost. then overnight we see this area of cloud and rain slowly shift its way northeastwards. as it does, it does tend to fizzle out a little bit, but still going to leave plenty of cloud. still a chance. we could see some drizzly outbreaks and still to higher ground, risk of snow to higher ground, particularly in the northeast, but largely dry and clear across the southwest and across the northwest of scotland. but here it is going to be chilly with that risk of frost by the time we reach the morning. as this area of cloud and rain continues to push northeastwards, there's also a chance we could see some freezing rain along this feature. so once again a chance we could see some ice. but for many across wales, southern
