news out of canada this evening. 15 people have been injured after a delta plane carrying 80 passengers flipped as it landed at toronto pearson international airport. footage shows the plane flipped entirely upside down. of those 15 injuries, one child and two adults are critically injured, according to regional paramedic authorities. toronto's pearson airport said it was aware of an incident involving a delta plane arriving from minneapolis, and that emergency teams are currently responding. the airport also said earlier that it was dealing with high winds and extremely cold temperatures. following a snowstorm over the weekend. the transportation safety board of canada says it is deploying a team of investigators following the crash. all passengers and crew have been accounted for, the airport added in a statement on x. sir keir starmer has said that the future of ukraine is an existential question for europe as a whole and is vital for

britain's national interest, as he called for a us backstop to effectively deter russia from attacking ukraine again. speaking after a summit of european leaders in paris this afternoon, the prime minister reiterated that he is prepared to consider committing british forces on the ground in ukraine if there is a lasting peace agreement. sir keir starmer confirmed that he will travel to washington, dc, next week to meet with president trump. >> but must play its role. but i am prepared to consider committing british forces on the ground alongside others if there is a lasting peace agreement, but there must be a us backstop because a us security guarantee is the only way to effectively deter russia from attacking ukraine again. so i will go to washington next week to meet president trump and to discuss what we see as the key elements
