saying at the top of the hour, we are expecting to hear from donald trump speaking in miami very shortly. and although that is at a saudi backed conference regarding investment, it is anticipated he will, of course, be addressing the allegations levelled at zelenskyy, to which he hit back, saying donald trump is living in a disinformation space caused by russia. meanwhile, uk leaders from across the political divide have also condemned mr trump's recent remarks, including the lib dem leader sir ed davey, and tory leader sir ed davey, and tory leader kemi badenoch. in other news, uk inflation has jumped to 3%, the fastest rise in ten months, driven by soaring food prices, airfares and private school fees, with energy, water and council tax bills also set to rise. households are bracing for yet more pressure on budgets. businesses, meanwhile, say higher wages and national insurance hikes could push pnces insurance hikes could push prices up even further. the government's warning the road to low inflation will be bumpy, with political parties trading

responsible, in no small part, for the start of the war that we're seeing in ukraine, and that he should have a election in ukraine either right now or very shortly after the end of this war. his comments, of course, are controversial. plenty of people agree with them. plenty of people disagree with them. but we're going to be heanng with them. but we're going to be hearing what he has to say there. for what it's worth. keir starmer, our prime minister, has just released a statement saying that he spoke earlier on with ukrainian president volodymyr zelenskyy, saying that he's got his full support, that he backs the fact that zelenskyy hasn't had elections recently because his country has been at war, citing the fact that winston churchill did the same thing. so the second that we see the president, united states, walk out onto that stage, we will take you there. it's going to be bombshell, whatever he has to say. but in the meantime, back here, bit closer to home, i am going to be talking to you about something that i think a lot of you really, really care about as well. is keir starmer's labour
