your show today. i think every world leader this morning woke up and was singing and dancing to everybody wants to rule the world by tears. tears for fears. because that's exactly how it feels like right now, as we continue to watch all of our world leaders kind of struggle for power and try to influence each other. but you're right. donald trump got up this morning. he's obviously very frustrated by what's going on in the middle east and the fact that we still have not seen hostages released, something that he said had to happen from day one, or there would be severe consequences to hamas if they did not release all of the hostages. and yet we're still seeing this slow trickle out. and i think that's starting to get very, very frustrating to donald trump that i can guarantee you as soon as he gets peace in the ukraine, russia conflict, his all of his energies, foreign policy, energy is going to be turned on. what's going on in the middle east. >> but threatening palestinian civilians to say, you know, if you don't make sure that all these people in your communities are released, you are dead. it is it incredible thing for any, anyone, any leader to do. never

mind the president of the united states. >> well, i think you're having to show some strength right now. so some non—conventional negotiating skills. and i definitely do not like threatening women and children. if hamas was smart, if hamas really cared about their own women and children, they would be going along with donald trump's request from the very beginning and trying to show this effort of wanting peace within the region. i think that's where you that just shows how desperate right now it is to get these negotiations and both groups back to the table and talking to each other. >> well, this comes off the back of the revelation by the press secretary at the white house that the us has actually been holding talks with hamas in doha. so they've broken tradition here, haven't they, by speaking with the terror group? >> well, 1581 00:07:
