away. when officers approached, he pulled out a firearm, prompting them to open fire. he was taken to hospital, but his condition is unknown. the police department is now investigating. back in the uk, a 32 year old man has been charged with murder of 16 year old nathan rob burrow, who was shot dead in stockwell in south london on tuesday. omar rempe was arrested and charged on saturday and will appearin and charged on saturday and will appear in court on monday. daniel was found with gunshot wounds on paradise road but died at the scene despite paramedics efforts. police are reviewing cctv and urging witnesses to come forward as they keep an open mind about the motive, under—performing civil servants could be incentivised to leave their jobs under government plans to overhaul the service. cabinet office minister pat mcfadden says it's not match fit for what the country needs, promising a shake up where top officials pay is linked to
