one driver was killed. five park guests were treated for injuries. the other driver was take on the a hospital but is okay. rick baldwin spoke to a witness. >> there was a family coming from the train -- the actual first train, the first car. >> were they getting off easily? did you see ems, emergency crews. >> when we got upstairs we were there for ten minutes, 15 minutes before police and fire rescue got on the scene. we got upstairs, we got the doors open and the family was able to come out. they were just shooken up. they didn't know what was going on because you can't see forward. they came out, the kids were crying. it was, i want to say a family of six, mother, father and kids.

>> disney officials in orlando are working closely with law enforcement to find out exactly what happened. former nfl star steve mcnair and the woman he was found dead with were in a dating relationship. mcnair's death was a homicide but police have not determined whether the woman was killed or committed suicide. >> as a result of the autopsies we know steve mcnair was shot four times, twice in the head and twice in the chest. ms. kazemi was shot one time in the head. at the scene, a semiautomatic pistol was recovered from underneath ms. kazemi's body. >> yesterday mcnair and the 20-year-old kazemi were found shot to death in mcnair's condominium. police say mcnair spent several hours in bars near the apartment bf he died.

kazemi was arrested for dui several days before. mcnair was married with four children. steve mcnair accomplished a lot in 36 years. >> reporter: steve mcnair was a small down boy and big-time dreams with a throeing arm to match. he was recruited to play football at several major universities but they wanted him to play on defense. determined to play quarterback mcnair went to alcorn state, a historically black university where he became one of the most prolific passers in college football and nicknamed air mcnair. in his senior year he was featured on "sports illustrated" and the third overall pick in the 1995 draft by the houston oilers. mcnair became the startest in 1997 the same year the oilers moved to tennessee.

in 1999 he led the team to the first and so far only super bowl becoming the second amp american quarterback to start on the game's biggest change. it was a thrilling game with the titans coming up just short of the goal line for the winning score. mcnair never would get back to the championship game but was the nfl's co-mvp with peyton manning in 1993. mcnair retired after the 2007 season with more than 30,000 yards passing, good enough for 28th on the all-time list. titans owner bud adams said of mcnair "he played with unquestioned heart and leadership and led us to places we neve reached." steve mcnair was 36 years old. don lemon, cnn reporting. >> roger federer made history at

the men's final tennis match at wimbledon. he defeated andy roddick in a nail biting tie-breaking match. it was his sixth wimbledon title and 15th grand slam crown. federer has broken a tie with pete sampras for the most grand slam singles wins in history. alaskan governor sarah palin is giving some hints what she might do once she steps down later this month. she indicated on her facebook page she has a higher calling to unite the country on conservative lines, greater energy independence, stronger national security and fiscal restraint. some bloggers speculated she might be under investigation for criminal wrongdoings. her spokesman says there is no such investigation. she will be exploring possible

defamation lawsuits. sean parnell will take her place. one woman is dead and several people hurt after a tour bus plowed in a rock ledge in a adirondack mountains. the bus rolled on to its side and one women was killed. the bus crashed around 3:00 this morning in lake georgia new york. no word where the bus was headed. we have an update on deadly fireworks explosion on okracoke island. a third person has died from injuries when a truck carrying a load of fireworks blew apart. the truck suddenly exploded. two other people were critically injured in the blast. they were part of the crew setting up for the show.

federal investigators are looking into what caused the explosion. a lightning strike killed one man and injured a dozen others in lakeland, florida. a sheriff said the lightning came out of nowhere. >> we know there was no rain at the time. there were a few clouds moving in the area, according to the preliminary information we received but obviously nothing at all would indicate to them that there was a danger and as a result one man died. >> the injured people all had non-life-threatening injuries. authorities haven't found any clues to where the lightning hit. a spokesman for the los angeles police department confirms michael jackson's family is talked with the forest lawn cemetery about their plans. he would not confirm whether jackson would be buried in one

of the four locations, but the hollywood hills cemetery is a likely burial place. there are no plans for a funeral procession. nearly 1 million fans who registered for free tickets to the memorial service are finds out if they are picked. 1.6 million people signed up, 17,500 will be allowed to attend. 11,000 will be in the staples center the others will mr. be in the nokia center next door watching via satellite. each winner will receive two tickets. the winners are being notified right now by e-mail. the reverend al sharpton delivered a sermon honoring michael jackson in los angeles. he called for a national day of mourning for the superstar as well as the creation of a

headed to california's senate. president obama leaves on a week long trip today that will take him to russia, italy and ghana, anchored around the g-8 summit in rome. russia and ghan. it is anchored around the g-8 subject in rome. first, he will swing by russia for diplomacy that is every bit as important to his agenda as the economic talks in rome. ed henry tells us why. >> reporter: the president leaves sunday for his fifth foreign trip since taking office. the first stop in moscow is all about trying to warm up the u.s./russian relationship, which got downright chilly in the bush years because of tensions with then-president vladimir putin. mr. obama has said he wants to reset that relationship and so far his outreach to current russian president dimitri medvedev is bearing fruit. this week both sides will officially announce that russia has afreed to let american troops and weapons headed for afghanistan to fly over russian territory. it's a big deal as the u.s. ramps up efforts to finally finish that war. the u.s. and russia also are hoping to announce major cuts in
