that the white house plan would be especially harmful to small businesses. >> their plan would increase spending by more than $2 trillion, when fully implemented and would, according to the non-partisan congressional budget office, add additional costs on to an already unsustainable system. they proposed to pay for this new washington-run health care system by dramatically raising taxes on small business owners. small businesses create jobs. approximately two-thirds of new jobs in the last decade. with a shaky economy and the need for new jobs, the last thing that the president and congress should do is impose new taxes on america's small businesses. new taxes on small business would cripple job creation, especially jobs for low wage earners. investigators are working on the hotel bombing attacks in jakarta and made a grisly discovery. the remains of another victim in the rubble. indonesian police don't know if it's a hotel guest, though, or a

suicide bomber. police suspected notorious militant may be behind the attacks on the two american hotels in indonesia. the group led by fugitive noordin tap linked and reportedly has ties to al qaeda. police aren't sure he's involved but the evidence indicates he maybe. two suicide bombers hit jw marriott and ritz-carlton hotels yesterday killing more than nine people, more than 50 others wounded including six american. a u.s. f-15 jet crashed in afghanistan killing two crew members. the crash happened in eastern afghanistan early this morning. so far, the military hasn't said what led to the crash, but they say it was not caused by hostile fire, because a second fighter plane traveling with the f-15 didn't see any evidence of enemy fire. police are releasing more details about a motive in the killing of a florida couple, and

it leads one rumor surrounding byrd and melanie billings is put to refrt and friends and family members say their final good-byes.

tragedy at the tour de france today. french police said a spectator was hit and killed by a police motorcycle clearing the road for cyclists in the race. the accident happen's as the woman tried to cross a road during the race's 14th stage through western france. a french police official says the motorcycle officer could not avoid hitting the woman. he fell off his bike, was then hit and injured two other people. their injuries are not life threatening. police and relatives are trying to end some rumors about this florida couple, byrd and melanie billings who were killed at home on july 9th in a home invasion robbery. eight people arrest sewed far in 9 case. speculation the robbery wasn't the only motive. police say the suspect took a safe from the house. haven't said what they expected

to find but the family says there was nothing of great value. as a result of the intense speculation regarding the motive of the crime, i have been authorized to tell you that the safe that was removed from the billings' home contained only children's prescription medication, important family documents and some jewelry of sentimental value. hopefully this will put to rest the intense speculation and rumors that are swirling about the billings' family. >> unhundreds of people showed up for the funeral in pensacola yesterday. byrd and melanie billings adopted 13 special needs kids over the years. a church pastor reed letter from one of their daughters at the funeral and she says she'll tell her son some day how much people cried at the injustice done to her parents. check out this bus.

literally exploding into flames before your eyes here. the nine passengers and driver did get out safely, but the force of the blast was so strong it blew out the windows. the fire spread to some nearby brush and burned about ten acres. investigators are still trying to figure out what caused this. the bus had already pulled over on the shoulder of interstate 5 near los angeles when this fire started. the vatican says that pope benedict xvi is learning to cope with a new cast on his arm. the 82-year-old pontiff had surgery yesterday on his right wrist. he broke it during a fall in italy. the pope, who is right-handed, will keep the cast for a month. the hardest part, giving up writing by hand, something he planned to do during vacation. a hearing on the custody of michael jackson's kids has been pushed back a third time now. it is set now to happen august 3rd. a jackson family lawyer says jackson's mother, katherine, and his ex-wife debbie rowe have

a health committee will investigate any laws were broken after claims the cia hid a counterterrorism program from congress. cia director leon panetta briefed members of congress last month saying he was told former vice president dick cheney ordered the cia to withhold information about the secret program, which was never fully operational. reports suggest the program involved missions to kill certain suspected terrorists. panetta said he cancelled the program. four more u.s. banks just went out of business. regulators shut down two banks in california plus one in georgia and one in south dakota yesterday. that makes 57 banks that have

looking for more clues and more possible victims. dan rivers is in jakarta with more on the latest discovery. >> reporter: the police investigation here in jakarta the at the scene of both hotel blast, the latest information police have given us is that the death toll has risen by one. they are concerned that there are six known hotel guests who died in the twin blasts. three australian, one new zealand, one singaporean and one local indonesian man. in addition to that police recovered two headless corpses which they believe are possibly the suicide bombers themselves, and they've also found one severed head, which doesn't match either of the two headless bodies. they don't know whether this indicates a possible third terrorist or whether this was in fact another guest. they're working on dna testing and dental records to try and match up and find out the identities of those three

bodies, but certainly the number of injured now is confirmed as 53 including 6 people from the united states. one person from australia, two from holland two from canada, one from india, two from singapore, one from new zealand and one from norway. so a wide range of international people who were in these hotels. there was a big business meeting going on as regularly goes on on a friday morning, and you see the footage showing a man wheeling a suitcase akrot the lobby of the marriott heading towards that meeting room. we spoke to one security guard who challenged this man with the suitcase. he managed to persuade the guard to let him pass saying he to give something to his boss, and few seconds later, the bomb exploded with such devastating results. for cnn, dan rivers, jakarta.

they don't know if it's a hotel guest or suicide bomber. they believe a militant may be behind it. a group led by noordin top. police are not sure he is involved, but there's evidence he may be. two suicide bombers hit the marriott and ritz carlton killing nine people. 50 others were wounded including six americans. secretary of state hillary clinton says the bombings are a reminder of the terrorist attack. it is the first stop in her week long visit to india in tieland. she's scheduled to speak with officials tomorrow and monday about a wide range of issues. a u.s. f-15 jet crashed in afghanistan killing two crew members.

the u.s. military says the crash happened in eastern afghanistan early this morning. so far, the military hasn't said what led to the crash. they say it was not caused by hostile fire. a second plane didn't see evidence of enemy fire. police are releasing more details about a motive and killing of a florida couple. at least one rumor surrounding byrd and melanie is put to rest as family members say their good-byes.
