in parts of massachusetts, including martha's vineyard where president obama and his family will arrive tomorrow on vacation. the center of the storm is expected to pass by offshore tonight. forecasters are telling people to steer clear of the beaches. bill is to kick up rip currents and surf. rip currents can be dangerous because they can pull strong swimmers out to sea. bill caused minor damage as it skirted bermuda today. it scattered debris and caused sporadic power outages on the island. we have new and disturbing details about the killing of a former swimsuit model in california. two law enforcement officers tells us the remains were so badly mutilated investigators had to use the serial numbers on her breast implants to identify her. her nude body was found in a dumpster behind an apartment complex. she was stuffed inside a suitcase. an arrest warrant was issued thursday for reality tv contestant ryan jenkins who is

from canada. nancy grace talked to a royal canadian mounted police official about the search there. >> straight out to sergeant duncan with royal canadian mounted police. he joins us from vancouver. thank you for being with us. sergeant, i understand many authorities believe he is hiding in the metro vancouver area. why do they believe that? >> well, at this point i guess, nancy, some of the original indicators were that he might be attempting to enter canada. at this point we haven't confirmed that he is in canada, but we are obviously not taking any chances and ordering a thorough investigation to figure out if he is here. >> jenkins and fiore were married in march. cnn has been unable to confirm reports that marriage was annulled. the international manhunt heats up for the former reality tv star, now a murder suspect ryan jenkins. nancy grace brings you up to the minute developments in this

shocking model murder case. cleanup is under way the a a kentucky prison that was damaged by rioting inmates last night. prisoners started fires in several buildings, including the kitchen at north point training center. it is a medium security prison facility south of lexington housing 1,200 inmates. guards had to use tear gas. most of the prisoners are being moved elsewhere. eight inmates and eight staff workers were injured. no one had to be admitted to the hospital. right now we are happy to report to you that the facility is secure. the inmates are accounted for. we have minimal injuries which are still being assessed to the inmates. as far as we know right now, minimal, if any, injuries at all to any staff or department of corrections personnel. >> state police haven't said why the inmates rioted. the prison had been on lockdown since tuesday when a group of inmates assaulted two others in a fight over stolen property. prison officials announced plans

to relax that shortly before the rioting started. as long as they're in life-long and monogamous same-sex relationships, lesbians and gay men can serve in the clergy. last night they allowed noncelibate gays to serve as officials and lay leaders. they used to be allowed to serve in professional rosters only if they are celebrate. the church represents about 2% of the u.s. population. the numbers from the white house show a big jump in the country's budget deficit. the obama administration forecast it will increase from a projected $7 trillion to $9 trillion by 2019. officials peg most of the increase to a bleak financial future. the white house says the government isn't taking in as much tax revenue as it's spending to money to bring the economy out of recession. president obama talked about health care in his weekly radio

this is amazing. take a look at the video of a rescue that happened in utah. a helicopter had to land on an edge to get a hiker who went missing. the hiker fell pretty far into a narrow canyon. the rescue crew made a shaky landing before hoisting the man out. unfortunately the man knocked out most of his teeth, but is expected to be okay. he is being treated at a local hospital. i'm reynolds wochl for hln with a look at your forecast. the big weather story today is hurricane bill. still spilling with winds out to 125 miles per hour. the storm expected to continue its march to the north. the latest path from the national hurricane center brings that forecast showing it going more to the north, then veering off to the northeast as we go into sunday and monday, skipping along the canadian maritimes, but away from making direct contact with the u.s. heavy waves can be expected and

only a single pass for four yards, but the vikings did beat the chiefs 17-13. a cash for clunkers program officially ends monday night. a car dealer group is asking the government to give them another week to file paperwork. the national automobile dealers association says problems with the government's computer application system means many clunker deals cannot be submitted on time. they say the extra week gives them more flexibility and allows them to keep the program running through monday night. unusual and often absurd. that is what a new report is calling millions of dollars in bonuses paid to some workers at the vet advance' administration. thousands of technology employees received $24 million in pay bonuses while thousands of disability claims remained backlogged at the department. the report calls the payments, "not fiscally responsible" and said some bonuses to high-level employees were not justified. the bonuses were paid over a two-year period between 2007 and

2008. the pilot of the plane stranded for hours on a minnesota runway apparentedly repeatedly begged to let the 47 passengers off the plane. yesterday the transportation department released recordings between the pilot and rochester airport officials. the continental express flight was forced to stay on the tarmac more than six hours with angry passengers, no food and a full, smelly toilet. transportation secretary ray lahud called the situation ridiculous. the islamic holy month of ramadan begins this weekend. president obama is making good on a campaign promise to reach out to muslims. in a video message, president obama said u.s. efforts to end the iraq war and isolate extremists in afghanistan and pakistan are aimed at building a more peaceful world. the president reiterated his support for a two-state solution for israelis and palestinians. >>. >> moving can take a toll on
