pending. we, of course, are following that, too. a man got his stolen stuff back after following and then tackling the suspected burglar. he says that a camera and $100 in coins disappeared from his home in west seattle on tuesday. a neighbor saw someone suspicious leaving the house and had a hunch on where top find him. >> i said, those are my son's coins that you're putting in those machines and that's my son's lab top. and then i put him on the ground. the suspect could have been armed. not a good idea there. >> cracker barrel has banned a man from a restaurant because he beat up one of his customers. he was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman and yelling racial slurs at her outside of a cracker barrel last week. the fbi is investigating it as a possible hate crime. the man told police that the

they're back, opposition protesters in the streets of tehran today. some of the loudest and biggest rallies in months. they shouted slogans in support of opposition candidates who say the government stole the june presidential election. most of our pictures are coming from ordinary iranians, anyway they could get them. they posted them obviously on youtube or any other social networking site available. international reporters have all been kicked out. protesters were heard yelling

scientists are surprised at a recent discovery of a smaller tyrannosaurus rex. great story, huh? >> it's interesting. i guess you could call this a tiny t rex. scientists are calling it a raptor rex actually. when we say tiny, it does stand a little bit taller than a human male. it was discovered in northeastern china, and the interesting thing about this was, as you mentioned, that it was completely unexpected. that's what makes it such a great discovery for scientists. you can read all about it on cnn.com. you can also see renditions of the raptorex. specifically it stood about 9 feet tall and weighed 150 pounds or so, same powerful legs, razor sharp teeth and tiny arms as t rex, but it roamed china some 125 million years ago. that's about 60 million years

we want to start with some breaking news. this just in. that massive manhunt has just ended for a fugitive, describe as armed and dangerous. authorities in illinois captured tulane-year-old robert maday who escaped yesterday. he robbed a bank and hijacked a car from a woman this morning. no one was hurt in the robbery or the carjacking. the woman got away. he was captured after getting into a traffic accident in the chicago area. >> aware very happy that mr. maday is in custody. we're happy for the community. it has been a tense 24 hours since he's been on the run. there have been a number victims from his carjackings. i can't say enough about the cooperative nature of this investigation between state, local and federal law enforcement agencies. the information flowed great between all the agencies and again, it was a very good cooperative nature. and investigation, we're very happy that it is concluded.
