You need to use the H.264 files
Also, did anyone else note that Roddenberry alluded a tribute to the 1958 film, "The Fly," by David Cronenburg, in which - for the first time in a SciFi movie - the concept of a tele-transportation device is presented. Roddenberry giving credit to his use of the idea in Star Trek.
I still don't understand why no one has ever made a Star Trek series about the adventures of Lincoln and Seven, as alluded to by Mr. Spock. (Would have to be better than some of the drek that's coming out these days.)

Subject: What Makes Star Trek Classic

Good writing trumps CGI every time. Some of the episodes are weak (granted) but many others are top shelf. The dynamic of the 3 central characters also contribute to the timelessness of this series. Leonard Nimoy, DeForrest Kelly and William Shatner are to be given all kudos. This show will still be remembered when we do have star dates.
