very little is known right now, and police aren't saying much. don is there to tell us why all this mystery. >> we don't know exactly what il about. we know this much. a woman motorist was shot by a daily city officer. homicide investigators were on the scene, but told by one officer, he does not believe that she is dead. why all the secrecy? there's many police agencies here, and san francisco chp officers here as well, and we went over to the police department where we were supposed to get information. what we saw were many officers coming into the police department there talking about this case but not talking to us referring us to daily city, and then san francisco, and san francisco has not told us much about what's happening. we can only surmise there's a lot of concern about a woman being shot by a police officer, and

what jurisdictions are involved and who is responsible. so they are trying to sort that out and get a unified story or description of events together for us, and ultimately we'll learn that. once again, we think the woman motorist is not dead and treated in a hospital. he's now on administrative leave and that's everything we know and we don't think police are giving out more details but we'll be on the scene. >> thank you. police are investt injured a 9-year-old boy. the boy was found with a gun shot wound to his stomach today. he was treated at san francisco general hospital. his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. they don't know if it was hit by a stray bullet, an accident or if someone distributely shot him. two murders in 24 hours and each is similar. early this morning, an

unidentified woman was shot to death in a vehicle. they saw two men running away, and one suspect was arrested. the second suspect still on the loose. yesterday, 23-year-old was found shot to death in his car. family and friends say he was a former gang member that turned his life around. just 22 days into the new year, and recorded their 7th homicide. a teenager is the most recent victim. the murder is linked to gang activity. >> you're looking for it, and ws it. >> richard knows, he used to be a gang member, and now works to help get kids out and has an inside look at gang life. >> we have a lot of people that are not in for it all the way. they're just, you know, wearing the colors, hanging out, they have nowhere else to go or to

next couple of days, but next few days maybe all week long. here it is, that weak disturbance rolling over the top of it, and bringing in clouds moving on through. i think tomorrow we're talking mostly sunny skies again, and hazy conditions in the afternoon, temperatures 60s and 70s as we head tomorrow afternoon. winter's day looking more like spring as we head towards tomorrow afternoon, once again. numbers outside, still pretty warm santa rosa 66 degrees, and cooler at 47 degrees in the napa valley, 60 degrees in san jose, and 59 in mountain view. if you plan on traveling around the state, we're looking at dense fog especially into the fresno area, and maybe patchy fog zbing in sacramento and by the afternoon, sunshine. high country looking good and

nice and dry. that ridge, well it continues to send storms well to the north of the bay area. this looks similar to last weekend. so that's going to keep us high and dry and hazy as we head towards the next couple of afternoons, and then offshore flow, continuing to blow. looking at some pretty good weather. a little chilly to begin with, 37 in fairfield, and 37 in concord, and 39 in santa rosa and by day looking great. 70 in morgan hill, and east bay temperatures warming up nicely into the 60s all around the area. if we do see some patchy fog will be up towards if delta in the morning, but by the afternoon that's all gone. north bay had some temperatures up in the mid-70s today, but tomorrow might be just a little
