arrested in oakland. it's the nonviolent day and it's not over. they're is a lot of look up the standoff between police and protesters. officers have arrested several protesters. >> there have been tensions from the start of this today with some occupy oakland protesters writing online even before the demonstration began. they were responding to bottles and rocks with smoke bombs and tear gas. >> by evening occupy oakland demonstrators left for other areas. they attempted takeover of the kaiser center. instead they marched to 19 can telegraph, an inner-city condo and apartment complex. police moved in behind and box

website cbssf.com. new information tonight in the murder of an oakland couple. the couple was found in their car outside their home. tonight authorities say 15 -year-old moses come he killed his parents. police have been to the home earlier in the day after our call from the coworker. at that time nothing appeared out of the ordinary. police went back after our second call and found the couple. and police are asking for your help to find the teacher they stabbed and killed april. the victim died at the scene and was 15 years old. she and the 19 -year-old suspect, nine -month-old baby. the suspect is defined as henry leon. he is from oakland, and anyone with information is asked to

meteorologist ken bernard joining us now and, it seems like we have increased spring all of a sudden. >> we did have some yucky weather but the storm offshore breeze prevails across central and southern california, and the offshore breeze will continue through the night for clear, dry and cool conditions. humidity is low tonight so nobody in the morning. temperatures will bottom out in the mid and low thursday, 30's. but according trend to take us through the beginning of the week. nothing dramatic, just a few degrees cooler or most of next week as we continue with our dry and mild weather pattern. looking for overnight lows that bottom out in the north and

east bay. upper 30's and low 40s, tomorrow eyes will be slightly cooler. we see a few more making their way, and the wind shifts to more of an onshore breeze. the tail end of this frontier will bring with us like chance of showers into the north bay but i doubt if we will see much in the way of any rainfall activity there as we look for this brief disturbance to clear the area. more clouds showing up tomorrow and the rain will bypass us to the north and we will see just glancing blow of some moisture in the big guy through early monday morning. another weak frontal system across the region but temperatures tomorrow expected to drop in it and low 60's for most locations, upper 60's for some of the former spots. in the water we will look for low 60's at the beach with the cooling trend continuing
