it is not going to be easy for him. >> the mayor is considering suspending him before official misconduct. he is troubled by the plea deal the d.a. gave the shares. >> the question i have to ask is if they did this out of legal convenience or if there was some determination made >> to remove him from office would require the ethics commission to go along and nine votes on the board of supervisors. he has friends there but domestic violence is an uncomfortable issue for the ones facing reelection this year. >> i would be surprised if there were not having those conversations about persuading him to step down so that this becomes an issue that is on the table and they can move forward. i don't sense of lot of support among the populace in san francisco for the sheriff >> a domestic violence
