just when riders thought it was over, the bart labor dispute is back. remember the tentative contract that ended the bart strike? management now says there's a glitch in it. >> stuff happens is all that i can say. things flip by. >> bart board director told us buried in the contract, which is hundreds of pages long, is a provision that gives workers six weeks of paid family leave. bart management says that provision should not have been in the contract. >> we did not know how it got in there and figure out that and work with the unions to resolve this isolated elements of the contract. >> but the union already ratified the contract and in a statement, atu's president said bart management is attempting to go back on agreement that were part of the final deal. this is unconscionable. bart board members plan to meet behind closed doors to talk about the problem tomorrow. >> is there any possibility

that worse case scenario, we could be looking at another bart strike? >> i don't think that has much potential, but of course, anything is possible. >> the bart board will vote on this contract in a week, november 21, they say they hope to have all of this resolved by then. reporting live, kristen ayers, kpix5. >> well, it's another possible hate crime involving a transgender teen. this one, a fight on a high school campus that was caught on video. andrea is in hercules tonight. she has the video of the fight and what another student heard. andrea. >> well, ken, this fight was caught on a student cell phone during the school day between 6th and 7th periods. when you see this video, you're going shake your head. >> i heard screaming and then everybody ran out of my class.

>> this is what rickie heard yesterday afternoon between 6:00 and 7th period. a fight between a group of girls and a transgender teen. >> then there's a bunch of teachers that tried to stop it. >> administrators said the transgender initiated the fight after being taunted and said she was harassed. all over campus, there are signs like this one warning disruptive conduct could lead to fines and jail time. none of the teens involved were in class today. the fight with the transgender teen comes days after an agender team was set on fire on an ac transit bus in oakland. it's leaving parents to tackle tough conversations about right, wrong, and fighting. >> it's the world we live in. >> no one was seriously injured in this fight, but hercules pd is taking a closer look at the video. in hercules, kpix5. >> authorities are looking for

help identifying a man involving in a sexual assault at dianza college. that happened last week at the media and learning center. here's a sketch of the guy. he's white or latino about 5'9" weighing between 180 and 200 pounds. he has shoulder length hair and acne in and around chin area. if you have any information in the case, you're being asked to call the santa clara county sheriff's department. the aide efforts in the typhoon disaster zone picked up over the last 24 hours. the uss george washington aircraft carrier arrived in the region carrying a 5500 person crew and 21 helicopters. soldiers doled out food and cleaned water people. the u.s. pledged $20 million in emergency relief. cbs reporter, seth, shows us the recovery efforts in one of the hardest hit areas. >> utility workers were back

hospital will change keiser's mind. >> my hope is that when it opens san leandro. they will have time to realize the mistake they have made and come to their senses and open that unit that was originally slated to be there. >> kaiser says by moving everything to oakland, children are getting better care. it adds that the heyward unit treated on average four patients day. >> a woman is the first to file a lawsuit against the company linked to a major e. coli outbreak. richmond based glass recalled about 182,000 pounds of prepackaged salads and sandwiches. after dozens of people got sick. nancy was one of them. she claims she had to go to the hospital after eating a salad from glass onion last month. she was only there for a day, but she still suffers from symptoms of her e. coli infection. workers at the oakland airport are threatening to go
