"right now it's just paved with these round rocks and my chair does not have much ground clearance. these peebles.... natpop -- al driving wheelchair over pebbles. make it hard to get around. and getting comfortable at a nearly impossible. and was sentenced to 100 years in prison. but autumn's family was shocked and outraged when a judge cut that sentence on thursday. "i was completely blown away. i did not even know that was an option for the judge to reconsider it when rochelle had signed a plea agreement. i believe that he completely forgot who the true victim in this case is." autumn's family tells abc9 that what bothers them the most, is they don't feel as though sapp has shown any remorse, even in her court appearances. "there's just a complete lack of taking any responsibility for her actions and she is showing no remorse. her behavior was stone cold and i really wish people would have been able to see that and it would maybe help them to understand why we are so angry." the elgersma family is honoring autumn by helping start a center in her memory for children who have been abused. we have more information on our website, siouxland matters dot com. allison: what started out

as a mild shed fire, soon turned into a blaze claiming 50 acres of corn just 5 miles south of le mars iowa, a small shed ignited just before one oclock this afternoon and it wasn't long before cinders from the shed blew into a nearby field, causing a raging inferno that stretched across 50 acres of standing corn. by the time fire crews from the le mars fire and rescue department got to the scene, fire chief dave schipper says the second fire broke out. firefighters were called back to the residence to extinguish an area that had re- ignited on the second floor of the house. no injuries were reported. allison: flying a drone could get a little harder. starting tomorrow, as the goverment is set to announce new regulations. abc's aditi roy with the reason behind the move.
