"education and vigilance. we have...every wednesday we have a talk show where we

bring in speakers to inform our members and the general public," said santi. the efforts that this center provides is what santi calls a team effort, because not every scam that occurs goes noticed. "dakota access" plans to route it's pipeline across iowa including parts of siouxland.the landowners

led suit against the company, claiming it's plan to use emminent domain to aquire their land is illegal, since the land is being used for private gain. today the judge told landowners that atleast for now, they don't have legal standing to fight dakota access. one landowner says it's still a fight worth having.
